Abstract

Abstract: The purpose of this research is to know the effect of drill method training to shooting skill of the student in SMPN 1 Plemahan Kediri. The research method that was used in this research was quasi experimental. The sample of this research was 30 students who were divided into two groups using ordinal pairing matching technique. The analysis technique that was used in research was one tailed of ANAVA. The research used F-test on significant level 0,05 to analyze the data, the researcher found three conclusions. 1) Drill method training have significantly effected to the students’ shooting skill in futsal extracurricular with FHitung 4,08<FTabel 4,20. 2) Practice of command style was significantly effected to the students’ shooting skill in futsal extracurricular with FHitung 0,56<FTabel 4,20. 3) There was a significantly different effect between the drill method training model and the command style method model with FHitung 2,42<FTabel 4,20. Keywords: training of drill method, training of command style, shooting skill of futsal. Abstrak: Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh latihan metode drill terhadap keterampilan shooting siswa ekstrakurikuler futsal SMP Negeri 1 Plemahan Kabupaten Kediri. Rancangan penelitian yang digunakan berupa penelitian eksperimen semu. Jumlah sampel yang digunakan 30 siswa dan dibagi dalam dua kelompok dengan teknik ordinal pairing matching. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah Analisis Varian (ANAVA) satu jalur. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data dengan menggunakan uji F pada taraf signifikansi 0,05, diperoleh tiga simpulan hasil penelitian. 1) Latihan metode drill memberikan pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap keterampilan shooting siswa ekstrakurikuler futsal dengan Fhitung 4,08<Ftabel 4,20. 2) Latihan gaya komando memberikan pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap keterampilan shooting siswa ekstrakurikuler futsal dengan Fhitung 0,56<Ftabel 4,20. 3) Ada perbedaan pengaruh yang signifikan antara model latihan metode drill dengan model latihan gaya komando dengan Fhitung 2,42<Ftabel 4,20. Kata kunci: latihan metode drill, latihan gaya komando, keterampilan shooting futsal.

Abstract

Free sexual behavior poses significant risks, including sexually transmitted infections, unintended pregnancies, and the potential for illegal abortions. The prevalence of free sexual behavior among adolescents is often attributed to inadequate reproductive health education. This study aims to evaluate the effectiveness of a health promotion program utilizing game-based learning among students in a rural school setting. This study employed a a pre-experimental study pre-post-test group design with a sample of 31 students from Madrasah Tsanawiyah Al-Munawaroh Malang (grade nine). This research did not use a control group. Respondents were provided premarital sex education using power point presentation, a card game and educational BINGO games. Respondents were selected using purposive sampling. Data was analyzed using paired t-test. The game-based learning method demonstrated significant effectiveness in improving adolescents' premarital sex knowledge. The average pre-test knowledge score was 6.0, while the average post-test score increased to 9.6, indicating a substantial improvement. This finding is statistically significant (p = 0.0000.050), suggesting a notable enhancement in cognitive abilities related to premarital sex knowledge among the adolescent participants. Pre-marital sex education delivered through a Game-Based Learning approach, incorporating PowerPoint presentations and games media, has the potential to empower adolescents with the knowledge and skills necessary to establish healthy sexual boundaries, prevent risky sexual behaviors, and reduce the risk of sexually transmitted infections.
