Abstract

Permukiman Kumuh adalah Permukiman padat penduduk yang tidaklayak huni antara lain karena berada pada lahan yang tidak sesuai denganperuntukan/tata ruang, kepadatan bangunan sangat tinggi dalam luasan yangsangat terbatas, rawan penyakit sosial dan penyakit lingkungan, kualitas umumbangunan rendah, tidak terlayani prasarana lingkungan yang memadai,membahayakan keberlangsungan hidup dan kehidupan penghuninya.Permasalahan yang biasanya timbul pada permukiman kumuh dan padatpenduduk adalah penyalit sosial seperti terjadinya konflik antar warga, yangdisebabkan kurangnya komunikasi antar warga dan akibat kurangnya atauterbatasnya ruang untuk berinteraksi sesama warga.Interaksi sosial antar warga dalam bermasyarakat membutuhkan adanyaruang komunal yang memadai. Ruang komunal adalah ruang tempat untukberkumpul dan bersosialisasi antar penghuni, tempat bermain anak, dan tempatuntuk melakukan aktivitas-aktivitas publik lainnya.Penelitian ini berupaya memetakan pemanfaatan ruang komunal padapemukiman kumuh yang padat penduduk yang hasilnya diharapkan dapatdimanfaatkan untuk menemukan solusi yang tepat, dalam mengoptimalkanpemanfaatan ruang komunal sekaligus melakukan penataan ruang komunal padapermukiman kumuh di perkotaan.

Abstract

Mangrove Forest at Sebubus Village of Paloh District Sambas Regency is a mangrove forest managed by the Sebubus Village Community Group namely the Kalilaek Group and Green Leaf. Having a mangrove forest area of ± 326.21 km², the forest has the potential for very high diversity of flora and fauna. Analysis of tree species of mangrove forest aims to obtain information about the diversity of mangrove vegetation. This study applied survey methods with a combination of continuous path and nested plot lines. The results showed that the diversity level  index of mangrove forest vegetation in Sebubus village was low with a value close to 1.5 with only a few species of vegetation in the area consisting of 11 species, namely, Acrostichum speciosum, Bruguiera parviflora, Calamus arinaeus, Ceriops decandra, Derris trifoliata, Excoecaria agallocha, Lumnitzera racemosa, Nypa fruticans, Pandanus odoratissima, Rhizophora apiculata, Xylocarpus granatum. The density distribution value shows that the Sebubus Village mangrove forest is relatively healthy. Important Value the Highest index for seedlings, saplings found were Excoecaria agallocha and Xylocarpus granatum trees. The Low Domination Index value shows that the Sebubus Village mangrove forest is not concentrated in one species.Keyword: Mangrove, species diversity, Paloh, Rhizophora Hutan bakau Desa Sebubus Kecamatan Paloh Kabupaten Sambas adalah  hutan bakau yang dikelola oleh Kelompok Masyarakat Desa Sebubus yaitu Kelompok Kalilaek dan Green leaf. Memiliki kawasan hutan bakau seluas ± 326,21 km² berpotensi keanekaragaman flora dan fauna yang sangat tinggi. Analisis vegetasi hutan mangrove bertujuan untuk mendapatkan informasi tentang keanekaragaman jenis vegetasi mangrove. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode metode survey dengan teknik kombinasi jalur kontinu dan teknik garis berpetak tersarang. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa keanekaragaman vegetasi hutan bakau Desa Sebubus tergolong rendah dengan nilai mendekati 1,5 dengan faktor jenis vegetasi dalam kawasan hanya sedikit terdiri dari 11 jenis, yaitu, Acrostichum speciosum, Bruguiera parviflora, Calamus arinaeus, Ceriops decandra, Derris trifoliata, Excoecaria agallocha, Lumnitzera racemosa, Nypa fruticans, Pandanus odoratissima, Rhizophora apiculata , Xylocarpus granatum . Nilai sebaran kerapatan memperlihatkan hutan mangrove Desa Sebubus tergolong sehat. Nilai Penting Indeks yang tertinggi untuk semai ,pancang ditemukan Excoecaria agallocha dan pohon Xylocarpus granatum. Nilai Indeks Dominasi rendah menunjukkan bahwa pada hutan mangrove Desa Sebubus tidak terpusat pada satu jenis tetapi terpusat pada beberapa jenis vegetasi.Kata kunci: mangrove, keanekaragaman jenis, paloh, Rhizophora .

Abstract

This qualitative study explores auditors' perceptions of ethical responsibility in auditing, aiming to elucidate the multifaceted dynamics shaping their attitudes and behaviors. The research delves into various dimensions of ethical behavior, organizational factors, professional standards, and regulatory frameworks influencing auditors' conduct. Through thematic analysis of existing literature, key concepts related to ethical responsibility in auditing are defined, and specific aspects pertinent to the research context are elucidated. The study highlights the critical role of ethical behavior in maintaining public trust and confidence in financial reporting, emphasizing principles of integrity, objectivity, independence, and professional competence. Organizational culture, professional norms, and regulatory oversight mechanisms are identified as influential factors shaping auditors' ethical decisions and actions. Moreover, the research underscores the importance of professional skepticism and independence as essential components of auditors' ethical responsibility, emphasizing their role in enhancing audit quality and deterring financial misconduct. The findings contribute to theoretical discourse on auditing ethics, enriching our understanding of the ethical imperatives governing auditors' conduct. Furthermore, practical implications for auditing firms, regulatory bodies, and professional associations are discussed, with recommendations for promoting ethical conduct and integrity within the profession.

Abstract

Abstrak Penelitian ini menganalisis karakteristik mekanik dan keamanan struktur alat angkat angkut yang terbuat dari Plain Carbon Steel menggunakan aplikasi SolidWorks 2019. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa material memiliki kekuatan luluh sebesar 220.594 MPa dan kekuatan tarik maksimum sebesar 399.826 MPa, yang mengindikasikan kemampuan material dalam menahan beban sebelum mengalami deformasi permanen. Dengan pengujian variasi beban dari 50 kg hingga 250 kg, ditemukan bahwa tegangan maksimum meningkat dari 3.462 MPa pada beban 50 kg menjadi 17.32 MPa pada beban 250 kg. Displacement juga meningkat seiring dengan penambahan beban, mulai dari 0.028 mm hingga 0.141 mm, menunjukkan deformasi yang lebih signifikan pada beban yang lebih tinggi.. Faktor keamanan (factor of safety) menurun dari 63.72 pada beban 50 kg menjadi 12.73 pada beban 250 kg, menandakan bahwa struktur tetap dalam kondisi aman namun mendekati batas kemampuannya. Analisis kurva stress-strain menunjukkan fase elastis dan plastis yang mencirikan perilaku material, dengan titik leleh yang penting dalam analisis kekuatan. Nilai yield point yang diperoleh adalah 5.174 N, dengan beban yang diizinkan sebesar 2.587 N atau 264 kg. Temuan ini menggaris bawahi pentingnya pemilihan material dan desain struktur yang tepat untuk memastikan keselamatan dan keandalan alat angkat angkut dalam berbagai kondisi operasional. This study analyzes the mechanical characteristics and safety of a lifting and transporting structure made from Plain Carbon Steel using SolidWorks 2019. The analysis results indicate that the material has a yield strength of 220.594 MPa and a maximum tensile strength of 399.826 MPa, demonstrating the material's capacity to withstand loads without experiencing permanent deformation. Testing various loads from 50 kg to 250 kg revealed that the maximum stress increased from 3.462 MPa at 50 kg to 17.32 MPa at 250 kg. Displacement also increased with higher loads, ranging from 0.028 mm to 0.141 mm, indicating more significant deformation under greater load.The factor of safety decreased from 63.72 at 50 kg to 12.73 at 250 kg, indicating that the structure remains safe but approaches its limit. The analysis of the stress-strain curve demonstrates both elastic and plastic phases that characterize the material's behavior, with the yield point being critical for strength analysis. The obtained yield point is 5.174 N, with an allowable load of 2.587 N or 264 kg. These findings underscore the importance of selecting appropriate materials and structural designs to ensure the safety and reliability of lifting and transporting equipment under various operational conditions.

Abstract

The concept of the creative economy has emerged recently, one of which is the emergence of small and medium industries (IKM) in urban kampong. The creative economy is the driving force for the nation's economy, so its existence needs to be managed and developed. The emergence of the IKM creative economy concept is inseparable from the cultural characteristics of rural communities, which have characteristics of "gotong royong" and "guyub". The community's cultural character triggers the emergence of creative economic areas in urban kampong corridors. This study aims to determine the sustainability of the creative economy area in urban kampong now and in the future by referring to the Penta helix concept. The method used is qualitative, namely conducting observations and interviews and exploring the research that has been carried out regarding the title and the actions needed for the sustainability of the current and future creative economy areas. The location used as a case study is an urban kampong settlement in the Paseban area of Central Jakarta. The results of this study indicate that the sustainability of the creative economy area in urban kampong settlements has not been fully implemented according to the penta helix model, nor has it been implemented sustainably. The researcher's suggestion that the community's creative economy area is always sustainable is that the Penta helix model must always be applied, and cooperation between the 5 elements must always be compact.

Abstract

Panel surya dikenal juga sebagai panel fotovoltaik, adalah perangkat yang bisa mengubah energi cahaya matahari menjadi energi listrik yang dapat kita manfaatkan Dengan adanya penelitian ini, perbandingan penggunan Termoelektrik cooler dan Termoelektrik generator ini yaitu untuk optimalisasi daya panel surya dan meningkatkan panel surya dengan membandingkan Termoelektrik cooler dan Termoelektrik generator. Panel surya dengan menggunakan termoelektrik cooler dan termoelektrik generator untuk membandingkan efektivitas penggunaan dalam meningkatkan optimalisasi daya panel surya, dan untuk mengetahui suhu lebih rendah dan suhu lebih tinggi antara TEC dan TEG.dengan menggunakan metode eksperimen ini akan memberikan hasil data yang berharga untuk mengoptimalkan penggunaan TEC dan TEG dalam sistem panel surya, hasil eksperimen ini dapat digunakan untuk merancang sistem yang lebih optimalisasi dan hemat energi. Dengan tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk membandingkan efektivitas penggunaan TEC dan TEG dalam meningkatkan optimalisasi panel surya.
