Abstract

Various cases of violence, harassment, abuse and other criminal cases are happening and are in the spotlight today. This happens because of the lack of attitude, moral and religious character education or character education. Seeing this situation, the existence of an Integrated Islamic School is one of the answers in guiding, educating and improving the character of children from an early age. This study aims to describe the role of IT Private SD Petak Batuah in the formation of attitudes, morals and morals of the younger generation. This study uses qualitative research methods that use data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and document studies. Data analysis uses descriptive qualitative analysis which includes the stages of reducing data, presenting data, and drawing conclusions. From the results of the study it can be concluded that the existence of the IT Petak Batuah Private Elementary School has played a role in shaping the attitudes, morals and morals of its students, where educational activities in schools are not only to educate children intellectually, but also to shape the personality and character of students as a whole, described in several ways. as follows: 1) The implementation of school education combines general education with Islamic education, seen in educational activities that are in the packaging of Islamic teachings and values. 2) There are religious activities designed to shape the character of students which include routine habituation activities every day as well as activities on certain days which include; dhuha prayer in congregation, additional hours, yasin tahlil, and watching together one day. 3) schools shape the personality of students through the example that educators do in their various activities, becoming real examples in various words and actions that are seen by students.

Abstract

Kurikulum merdeka, yang diperkenalkan oleh Mendikbud Nadiem Makarim pada tahun 2022, menandai langkah maju dalam transformasi pendidikan Indonesia. Dengan pendekatan kualitatif dan penelitian kepustakaan, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memahami pengaruh kurikulum ini terhadap pembelajaran dan kemampuan siswa. Kurikulum merdeka, sebagai konsep yang menekankan kebebasan berpikir dan inovasi, bertujuan untuk menciptakan siswa yang mampu memecahkan masalah dengan cepat, ringkas, dan tepat. Kurikulum ini menuntut guru untuk menjadi fasilitator pembelajaran yang mampu mengoptimalkan kreativitas siswa. Studi kasus dilakukan di SDN Alalak Tengah 2, menunjukkan bahwa implementasi kurikulum merdeka telah membawa perubahan dalam pendekatan pembelajaran, seperti penggunaan media visual dan audio serta penekanan pada pembelajaran mandiri. Namun, tantangan terjadi dalam penyesuaian siswa dengan kurikulum baru dan dalam penerapan metode pembelajaran yang berbeda. Guru memiliki peran kunci dalam menciptakan lingkungan yang mendukung kreativitas siswa melalui tugas-tugas yang menantang dan umpan balik yang konstruktif kurikulum merdeka merupakan langkah awal dalam mewujudkan pendidikan yang lebih adaptif dan inovatif.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to map the palm sugar value chain in Dangia District, East Kolaka Regency and to identify the palm sugar business model in Dangia District, East Kolaka Regency. The sample in this study was palm sugar processors in Dangia District, as many as 5 palm sugar producers and 3 collectors, 3 wholesalers, 15 retailers. Data analysis used value chain analysis according to the Laundy approach in the link methodology. The results of the analysis showed that the palm sugar value chain in Dangia District has similarities, namely palm sugar producers only have 3 marketing channels, namely consumers, retailers and collectors. Each of these markets can provide different profits after being reduced by production costs (Rp11,200) namely for consumers Rp3,800, retailers Rp5,800 and collectors 3,800. The similarity in getting profits from consumers and collectors is due to the consumer factor, generally the buyers are neighbors around the house or family while the collectors are due to the purchase volume factor which is larger than the others. Retailers are buyers who buy palm sugar with the aim of reselling it and the volume is smaller than the collectors. The retailers then sell it to consumers and the collectors sell it to wholesalers. Wholesalers resell it to retailers and then the retailers sell it to consumers.

Abstract

The phenomenon of a single candidate and the absence of a blank vote option in the 2024 Banjarbaru local election has raised serious concerns about the quality of local democracy in Indonesia. Although legally valid, the limited political choice reflects a degradation of democratic substance and threatens public trust. This study aims to analyze the legal and political dynamics surrounding the case and to evaluate the legal mechanisms in place to safeguard the quality of democracy. This research uses a normative legal method with a case study approach, supported by qualitative analysis of legislation and Constitutional Court decisions. The findings indicate that elections without genuine alternatives violate the principles of participation and contestation as proposed in Robert A. Dahl's theory of polyarchy and contradict the values of public interest as outlined in Jasser Auda’s concept of maqasid shariah. Although the Constitutional Court ordered a re-vote, the legitimacy of the election process had already been undermined. In conclusion, lawful procedures alone are insufficient to ensure a fair democracy if they are not implemented inclusively and participatively. A thorough evaluation of regulations and institutional integrity is necessary to ensure that democracy is not merely procedural, but also substantive.
