Abstract

Background this study that of pts 19 who institusinya have accredited, only seven institutions ( about 37% ) have accredited b ( that was good categorry ) wholly are located in the Pontianak.This condition is allegedly affected by several factors and the internal conditions institutions such as leadership style, the quantity and quality of teachers, availability of supporting deliver pengeloaan administration and order and institutions.Refer of a whole factors, the researchers believed that the authority factors affecting the institutions is leadership style. Although other supporting factors available and adequate, but a style of leadership that is not a right actually make available resources be made of no effect. A style of its own leadership determined by a variety of factors influence it. Methods used in this study is the quantitatif approach to technique data processing using regression analysis. The factors causing as variable 1 ) situation; 2) experience and vision of leader: 3) vision (the foundation of education ); 4), communication and 5 ) cultural organization and leadership style as variable bound. The research results show that simultaneously all of these issues having a level the influence of as much as 0,947 ( extremely powerful category with the influence of as much as 89,8 %.

Abstract

Perilla plant (shiso plant) is still very foreign and rarely heard of by Indonesian people, but in Asian countries, especially Japan and Korea, the perilla plant has become an addition to food, especially perilla leaves which have a distinctive taste and have become an addition to side dishes in Japan and Korea. In Korea the fresh leaves of the plant can be used as fresh vegetables for Korean barbecue. The STIE Indonesia Pontianak PKM team saw an opportunity from this perilla plant, so the STIE Indonesia PKM team gathered housewives who had free time, wanted to gain knowledge and earn a little income. The IRT Karya Tani group has been formed for approximately 6 months and has started planting perilla plants starting from seed and is still in the process of growing these perilla plants. Based on this condition and awareness of applying knowledge to the community, the PKM Implementation Team always provides development and training to get to know this perilla plant first so that in the future it can be used as a commercialization business. The aim of this activity is that the perilla plant can grow and be used for commercialization.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis tentang fenomena pinjaman online yang marak terjadi pada mahasiswa di Kota Pontianak, penelitian ini menyoroti dampak perilaku konsumtif pada mahasiswa yang dimana dipengaruhi oleh variabel gaya hidup, periklanan, dan kemudahan akses terhadap maraknya pinjaman online. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa yang ada di Kota Pontianak. Sampel yang diambil berjumlah 30 responden. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa gaya hidup, periklanan dan kemudahan akses berpengaruh secara simultan terhadap maraknya pinjaman online dengan nilai sig 0,000 < 0,005.

Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat berupa seminar sehari bersama siswa SMP Bina Bhakti yang berdomisili di Jalan Adi Sucipto, Kabupaten Kubu Raya, Provinsi Kalimantan Barat. Kegiatan dilaksanakan pada tanggal 18 Juli 2023. Peserta kegiatan sebanyak 40 siswa kelas VII A dan VII B SMP Bina Bhakti. Evaluasi pelaksanaan kegiatan dilakukan dengan cara: sosialisasi/penyuluhan mengenai materi-materi seputar PPK, apa itu PPK, bagaimana terjadinya hingga sejarah terbentuknya PPK, selanjutnya metode diskusi dan tanya jawab seputar PPK dengan tema sosialisasi “Penguatan Pendidikan Karakter bagi Siswa SMP Bina Bakti Kabupaten Kubu Raya (Kalimantan Barat)”dengan tujuan agar  para siswa SMP untuk memahami dan mengerti terkait penguatan pendidikan karakter, sehingga kedepannya sebagai mereka  dapat menjadi generasi muda emas yang berkarakter serta mencintai bangsa dan negara.

Abstract

This PkM activity explores culture & local wisdom in education through the practice of washing parents' feet at Bina Bakti Elementary School in Kubu Raya. This tradition serves not only as a symbol of respect but also as a medium for imparting moral and ethical values to students. In the community context, washing parents' feet symbolizes gratitude and recognition of the sacrifices and contributions parents make in educating their children. The research methods used include observation and interviews involving students, parents, and teachers. The findings indicate that this practice is effective in building students' character, enhancing discipline, and strengthening intergenerational relationships. Furthermore, this tradition fosters a positive and respectful school environment. By integrating culture & local wisdom into the educational curriculum, Bina Bakti Elementary School not only preserves culture but also instills essential values crucial for children's development. This research is expected to provide insights for educators and stakeholders to explore and leverage culture & local wisdom in the learning process.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Bank Kalbar Syariah Financing on economic growth in West Kalimantan. The data used in this study is time series data in the form of Economic Growth (%) sourced from the Central Statistics Agency, Financing (million rupiah), ROA (%), total assets (million rupiah) and FDR (%) from 2010-2020 sourced from the Annual Report of Bank Kalbar and Monthly Publications of Bank Kalbar Syariah. The results of this study can be said that ROA has a negative and insignificant effect on the financing of Bank Kalbar Syariah. FDR and total assets have a positive and significant impact on the financing of Bank Kalbar Syariah. Financing has a negative and insignificant effect on West Kalimantan's economic growth, while ROA, FDR and Total Assets have a positive and insignificant effect on West Kalimantan's economic growth.

Abstract

This study entitled "The Influence of Customer Value and Satisfaction on the Loyalty of Members of the Keling Kumang Pontianak Credit Union. The design used in this research is descriptive and causal design using multiple linear regression. The sample in this study was determined by 100 respondents. The criteria for determining the population are members of the Keling Kumang CU who have been members for at least 5 years, this is so that the selected respondents have historical experience and can assess related to customer value, satisfaction and loyalty. The results of the research analysis are as follows: customer value and satisfaction have a significant effect on the loyalty of respondents as members of the CU. Rivet Kumang Pontianak. Customer value has a significant effect on respondent loyalty as a member of CU. Rivet Kumang Pontianak. satisfaction has a significant effect on respondent loyalty as a member of CU. Rivet Kumang Pontianak. The magnitude of the influence of the customer value and satisfaction variables on the ups and downs of the value or variation of the loyalty variable is 30.60% while 69.40% is influenced by other variables besides the variables in this study.
