Abstract

At present, the world has entered the era of information-based competition. Information becomes a valuable asset for a business institution in winning business competition. At PT MNC Sky Vision Tbk is currently using an information system in the form of the use of computer equipment in carrying out its work activities, but in processing data on demand for goods currently in processing data is still less efficient, fast, accurate, and there are still errors in the monthly report, because when In the average daily demand for goods there are 10 requests, both departments / divisions and from branch offices namely KPP, KPD and KPU, which number around 46 departments / divisions and 75 branch offices, for the number of goods requested by the Demand Management Information System Web-Based Goods at PT. MNC Sky Vision Tbk. In one transaction, there were 8 types out of a total of 738 types of goods, so in the process of recapitulating data, demand for goods requires a long time either in adding data, changing data, deleting data and searching data for items needed in a month. Based on these problems, it is needed an application in processing demand data, especially office stationery (ATK) and other supporting operational activities of the office. In this study, the data collection method uses observation, interviews and literature studies. The application is compiled with the procedure of development stage which includes analysis of needs, making data flow diagrams, implementation using PHP as a programming language and MySql as the database. From the research conducted, a Web-based demand management information system software is produced, which can help in day-to-day office operations, namely data storage or data recap and also avoid losses due to human error.

Abstract

Berkah Jaya Gandaria Garage is a Garage that handles various types of motor vehicle damage, especially automatic transmission vehicles. One way to deal with the damage is to do a thorough check on the motorcycle, but because the work takes too much time, an analysis system is made using the Forward Chaining method. The damage analysis process is carried out in many ways, such as looking at the engine and transmission as a whole. To support the analysis process, a damage system analysis is made that can search for symptoms or damage quickly and accurately. By using the Forward Chaining method, the performance of the system that has been running previously at Berkah Jaya Gandaria Garage is expected to improve with the analysis of this system.

Abstract

Proses penagihan invoice pada PT. Antareja Prima Antaran (RPX Group) masih menghadapi berbagai kendala, seperti proses yang belum terotomatisasi, keterlambatan penyampaian invoice kepada pelanggan, serta tingginya potensi kesalahan dalam pencatatan dan pengelolaan data. Permasalahan tersebut berdampak pada rendahnya efisiensi kerja bagian Billing dan kurang optimalnya pengendalian arus informasi penagihan. Kondisi ini menunjukkan perlunya sistem terintegrasi yang mampu mengelola proses pengiriman dan penagihan invoice secara lebih cepat, akurat, transparan, dan terdokumentasi dengan baik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan aplikasi website penagihan dan pembaruan status pengiriman invoice dengan menggunakan metode Dynamic System Development Method (DSDM), yang menekankan pendekatan iteratif, kolaboratif, serta keterlibatan aktif pengguna dalam setiap tahapan pengembangan sistem. Tahapan penelitian meliputi studi kebutuhan, perancangan sistem, pengembangan fitur, pengujian, hingga evaluasi bersama pengguna. Aplikasi yang dihasilkan mampu mengotomatisasi pencatatan data pengiriman, memperbarui status pengiriman secara real-time, menghasilkan laporan secara sistematis, serta mengirimkan invoice kepada pelanggan melalui notifikasi email secara otomatis. Hasil implementasi menunjukkan peningkatan efisiensi waktu kerja, pengurangan kesalahan pencatatan data, serta peningkatan akurasi dan transparansi informasi terkait proses pengiriman dan penagihan. Dengan demikian, aplikasi website yang dikembangkan terbukti efektif dalam mendukung optimalisasi kinerja operasional perusahaan dan meningkatkan kualitas layanan kepada pelanggan.

Abstract

In today’s digital era, the existence of an e-commerce platform is crucial for vocational educational institutions to market student-made products and serve as a medium for digital entrepreneurship learning. SMK Putra Pertiwi possesses significant potential in creative products but remains constrained by market reach and online visual product presentation. This program aims to create an attractive and professional online store using the WordPress platform supported by the WooCommerce plugin. The implementation methods include needs analysis, responsive interface design (UI/UX), and content management training for staff and students. The output of this program is a functional, aesthetic, and easily manageable online store website. Through this initiative, SMK Putra Pertiwi is expected to enhance its digital competitiveness, expand marketing reach, and provide practical experience for students in managing a digital business ecosystem. Abstract

This study aims to develop a best-selling bread prediction system for Fun Bread Bakery using the Random Forest algorithm, implemented in a web-based application. The main issue faced by the store is the difficulty in accurately determining the types of bread most favored by customers, as stock planning is still done manually and not based on historical data. The Random Forest method was chosen because it can perform classification with high accuracy and handle complex data. Historical sales data was used as a dataset to train the prediction model. The system was developed using the Laravel framework, MySQL database, and Visual Studio Code as the development environment. The outcome of this project is a web application capable of processing sales data and providing recommendations for types of bread that have the potential to become best-sellers. With this system, it is expected that stock management at Fun Bread can be carried out more effectively and efficiently, while also supporting data-driven decision-making.
