Abstract

Research aims: The purpose of this study is to reveal/investigate how the organizational culture changes the readiness of human resources through entrepreneurial competence to run an organization. At present, the organization's existence is very competitive with other organizations, making human resources a strategic resource owned by the organization. Therefore, organizations must be able to respond to many events that cause changes in the environmental forces that influence them.Design/Methodology/Approach: The type of research is quantitative research. This study used a questionnaire as the survey technique. The analysis of this research was carried out by conducting a classic assumption test, including the multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, and normality test. Furthermore, the data were analyzed employing multiple linear regression analysis, namely the coefficient of determination test (R2), simultaneous significance test (F), and the test of the significance of individual parameters (T). Intervening variables were tested with path analysis and multiple tests.Research findings: This study’s results revealed that organizational culture, readiness for change, and competence positively and significantly influenced organizational entrepreneurship. Organizational culture and/or readiness for change with competence as an intervening variable also positively and significantly influenced organizational entrepreneurship. Organizational entrepreneurship was influenced by 64% by organizational culture and readiness for change in human resources. Meanwhile, the remaining 36% was explained by other variables outside this study’s model.Theoretical contribution/Originality: The novelty of this research is that organizational entrepreneurship is a reference for business independence in an organization.Practitioner/Policy implication: Organizational entrepreneurship exists in organizations that have business entities for organizational independence.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Religiusitas, Pengetahuan dan Electronic Banking Terhadap Keputusan Generasi Z menggunakan Jasa Perbankan Syariah pada nasabah mahasiswa aktif di Yogyakarta. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan metode insidental sampling, yaitu sampel berdasarkan kebetulan, yaitu siapa saja responden yang secara kebetulan bertemu dengan peneliti dapat digunakan sebagai sampel, bila dipandang orang yang kebetulan ditemui itu cocok sebagai sumber data dan diolah data menggunakan program SmartPLS. Dari hasil penelitian diketahui bahwa Religiusitas, Pengetahuan dan Electronic Banking berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan generasi Z menggunakan jasa perbankan syariah. Berdasarkan hasil dari penelitian dapat dikatakan bahwa semakin tinggi tingkat religiusitas seseorang mempengaruhi minat seseorang untuk menggunakan produk perbankan Syariah. Kemudian pengetahuan manfaat pemakaian di perbankan syariah seseorang maka akan semakin tinggi minat menabung seseorang dan kemudahan serta keamanan dalam menggunakan electronic banking mempengaruhi seseorang untuk menggunakan produk perbankan Syariah.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of mentor teaching skills and family environment on interest in learning entrepreneurship. The population in this study were students of the Sekolah Tinggi Ilmu Bisnis Kumala Nusa Yogyakarta, while the sample was students who had taken entrepreneurship courses. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling. Base on 100 questionnaires distributed, there were 80 respondents who returned the questionnaire and were declared eligible for processing. Data analysis in this study used multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that students' learning interest in entrepreneurship was influenced by the teaching skills of the mentor and the family environment.

Abstract

In an organization, to be able to achieve the key to success and competitive advantage, one of the efforts that an organization can make is human resource management. This research uses quantitative research with a questionnaire distribution method. The population in this research is BMT Bina Ihsanul Fikri employees, totaling 75 employees using the census sample method. The data analysis method uses SmartPLS4. The research results show that the work environment influences OCBIP, organizational commitment influences OCBIP, job satisfaction influences OCBIP, the work environment influences OCBIP with job satisfaction as an intervening variable, organizational commitment influences OCBIP with job satisfaction as an intervening variable. Based on the results of this research, it shows that a good work environment and high employee organizational commitment can increase employee OCBIP behavior through job satisfaction for BMT Bina Ihsanul Fikri Yogyakarta employees. Dalam suatu organisasi untuk dapat mencapai kunci keberhasilan dan keunggulan yang kompetitif salah satu upaya yang bisa dilakukan organisasi yaitu pengelolaan sumber daya manusia. Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan metode penyebaran kuesioner. Populasi dalam penelitian ini yaitu karyawan BMT Bina Ihsanul Fikri yang berjumlah 75 karyawan dengan metode sampel sensus. Metode analisis data menggunakan SmartPLS4. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan lingkungan kerja berpengaruh terhadap OCBIP, komitmen organisasi berpengaruh terhadap OCBIP, kepuasan kerja berpengaruh terhadap OCBIP, lingkungan kerja berpengaruh terhadap OCBIP dengan kepuasan kerja sebagai variabel intervening, komitmen organisasi berpengaruh terhadap OCBIP dengan kepuasan kerja sebagai variabel intervening. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan lingkungan kerja yang baik dan komitmen organisasi karyawan yang tinggi dapat meningkatkan perilaku OCBIP karyawan melalui kepuasan kerja pada karyawan BMT Bina Ihsanul Fikri Yogyakarta.

Abstract

This MSME empowerment program aims to enhance product innovation and increase knowledge of digital marketing to business actors in Dermojurang. One of the proposed innovations is the production of cassava leaf chips as an alternative product with economic potential. The methods that used in this activity were digital marketing socialization, trial production practice, and e-commerce account creation training to help MSMEs expand their marketing reach. Socialization covered an understanding of MSME digitalization, digital marketing strategies, and packaging references to increase product appeal. In addition, logo and packaging sticker designs were also created as product branding examples to make them more professional. The cassava leaf chip production practice was conducted to teach proper processing techniques and identify product development potential. The results of this activity showed that participants experienced an increase in understanding of digital marketing and product innovation. Of the 12 participants, only 25% initially understood the concept of digital marketing, but after the training, this number increased to 83%. The main challenges still faced include limited access to technology and experience in managing digital platforms. With proper guidance, MSMEs can be better prepared to compete in the market and utilize technology to enhance their product competitiveness. Therefore, continued support from various stakeholders is essential to ensure the sustainability of this program

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menguji pengaruh marketing influencer, trend fashion muslim, dan gaya hidup terhadap perilaku konsumtif pada mahasiswa Universitas Muhammadiyah Yogyakarta. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif. Data primer yang digunakan berupa kuisioner dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 132 responden. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik non-probability sampling dengan metode purposive sampling. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah uji measurement model dan uji structural model dengan bantuan program SmartPLS 3.0 pada sitem operasi Windows. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa gaya hidup berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap perilaku konsumtif mahasiswa Universitas Muhammadiyah Yogyakarta, marketing influencer dan trend fashion muslim tidak berpengaruh terhadap perilaku konsumtif mahasiswa Universitas Muhammadiyah Yogyakarta

Abstract

This study examines the impact of the learning environment and motivation on student achievement, with productivity as an intervening variable. Using PLS-SEM for data analysis, the study surveyed 159 active students from Universitas Muhammadiyah Yogyakarta (UMY) and STIB Kumala Nusa, employing convenience sampling. The findings indicate that the learning environment and motivation significantly influence learning productivity. However, while the learning environment directly affects student achievement, motivation does not. Additionally, learning productivity does not mediate the effects of either the learning environment or motivation on achievement. These findings show that a supportive learning environment helps improve both learning productivity and achievement. Meanwhile, motivation enhances productivity but does not contribute to learning achievement.
