Abstract

Usaha Kecil Menengah dan Mikro (UMKM) CV Kamilindo bergerak dalam bidang usaha produksi dan pemasaran konveksi jilbab dan baju muslim ?Rira Clothing? serta berlokasi di Kelurahan Rungkut Menanggal Kota Surabaya. Permasalahan aspek produksi adalah (1) Motif rancangan busana (fashion) masih terbatas dan kemampuannya hanya dimiliki oleh pemilik mitra, dan (2) Pemotongan bahan kain Mitra dengan ketebalan tertentu masih dilakukan dengan gunting kain manual. Masalah pada aspek produksi berdampak pada: (1) Pola desain jilbab dan baju muslim masih mengikuti pola lama dan kurang bisa mengikuti perkembangan mode baju busana muslim terbaru, dan (2) Proses pemotongan bahan baku kain ukuran lebar dan tebal menjadi ukuran kecil dan siap jahit relatif lama sehingga menghambat produksi. Program Program Kemitraan Masyarakat (PKM) menggandeng UMKM "Rira Clothing" sebagai mitra dengan tujuan untuk meningkatkan kualitas pola desain dan efisiensi produksi pada UMKM jilbab dan baju muslim. Dari sejumlah permasalahan diatas program PKM melaksanakan program lanjutan meliputi: (1) Peningkatan pengetahuan, keterampilan dan kualitas desain jilbab dan baju muslim menggunakan pola desain jilbab dan baju muslim dengan motif terbaru kepada desainer, dan (2) Efisiensi waktu dan tenaga pemotongan bahan baku kain ukuran lebar dan tebal menjadi ukuran kecil dan siap jahit melalui rancang  bangun inovasi TTG mesin potong bahan baku kain listrik ke Mitra. Hasil kegiatan adalah: (1) Pola desain dan produk jilbab dan baju muslim dengan motif terbaru hasil kreasi desainer Mitra dan (2)  Inovasi baru Teknologi Tepat Guna (TTG) mesin potong bahan baku kain dengan penggerak motor listrik.

Abstract

Kampung Madegan dan Kampung Tajung merupakan salah satu wilayah pesisir di Kelurahan Polagan Kabupaten Sampang. Pada sepanjang pesisir pantai telah lama tumbuh pohon bakau (mangrove) dan berbatasan langsung dengan lahan tambak. Sekitar sepuluh tahun terakhir vegetasi mangrove di kedua kampung ini semakin berkurang. Dampaknya ketika laut pasang, tidak ada media penahan alami sehingga air menerobos mangrove dan langsung masuk ke lahan tambak. Intrusi air laut ini menyebabkan banyak tambak penduduk tidak produktif lagi baik menghasilkan garam di musim kemarau dan budidaya ikan bandeng atau udang di musim penghujan. Penurunan vegetasi mangrove dipicu oleh: (1) penebangan kayu, dahan, dan ranting  pohon mangrove untuk kayu bakar, (2) pengambilan daun hutan mangrove sebagai pakan ternak, (3) penambangan pasir pantai secara masif khususnya ketika air laut surut untuk pasir bangunan, (4) minimnya pengetahuan dan pemahaman masyarakat bahwa bagian mangrove (dahan dan kulit batang) jenis dapat diolah menjadi bahan pewarna alam batik tulis. KKN-PPM Universitas Bhayangkara Surabaya 2019 dilaksanakan di Kampung Madegan dan Kampung Tajung. Salah satu hasil kegiatan program adalah batik tulis gentongan Motif Tajung menggunakan bahan pewarna dari dahan/kulit batang mangrove jenis Rhizophora Mucronata (tinjang) dengan melibatkan Kelompok Pengrajin Batik Tulis Tajung Laok (Mitra 1). Kegiatan diharapkan mampu meningkatkan pemahaman masyarakat, bahwa mangrove selain sebagai penahan ombak alami, habitat bagi ikan maupun udang muda, dan sumber oksigen, dahan dan kulit batangnya dapat juga dimanfaatkan menjadi produk bernilai ekonomis berupa bahan pewarna alam batik tulis, sehingga mampu meningkatkan kualitas batik tulis Motif Tajung  sekaligus mendorong masyarakat lokal menjaga kelestarian Mangrove.

Abstract

Balance Scorecard (BSC) is a score card for viewing and recording performance in an organization. Balance scorecard is used to measure executive performance and is a measurement tool for evaluating executive performance both financial and non-financial, in the short and long term, internal and external. Balanced Scorecard in its development not only relates to the card used to record executive scores but more broadly covers all lines. The results of research in the first year were the application of the BSC in the National Population and Family Planning Institution (BKKBN) starting in 2007 and up to now has experienced many improvements. BSC which was initially only applied for Echelon II levels, in 2009 was applied at echelon III and IV levels, then has also been applied at the staff level. The application of BSC in BKKBN is considered to have many benefits including being able to communicate organizational strategy from the highest level to the lowest level, providing an objective measure of employee performance appraisal, providing feedback to improve performance, and increasing leadership commitment to evaluate and improve performance.

Abstract

There is the influence of the Covid-19 pandemic on foreign and domestic tourist visits in Indonesia. The longer the COVID 19 pandemic, the more foreign and domestic tourists are postponing their visit to Indonesia due to the increasing number of Indonesians infected with COVID 19, the quality of personal protective equipment is not yet according to World Health Organization standards, incomplete hospital facilities in several cities in Indonesia, the limited number of doctors who treat the COVID 19 pandemic and the anti-COVID-19 vaccine has not been found. The decline in foreign and domestic tourism was also due to the temporary prohibition of foreign tourists from entering Indonesia and restrictions on domestic tourists from traveling to several cities and provinces in Indonesia, restrictions on the modes of air and sea transportation. There is the influence of the Covid-19 pandemic on hotel occupancy rates in Indonesia. The longer the COVID 19 pandemic, the lower the occupancy rate of star hotels in Indonesia is due to restrictions on activities in public places or facilities, restrictions on transportation modes, hotel room prices, hotel service quality, and hotel facilities. Keywords: Covid-19 Pandemic, Foreign and Domestic Tourists Visits, Hotel Room Occupancy Rates. Abstrak Terdapat pengaruh pandemik covid-19 terhadap kunjungan turis asing dan domestik di Indonesia. Semakin lama pandemic covid 19, maka semakin banyak turis asing dan domestik yang menunda kunjungannya ke Indonesia disebabkan karena semakin meningkatnya penduduk Indonesia yang terinfeksi covid 19, kualitas alat pelindung diri belum sesuai standar World Health Organization, belum lengkapnya fasilitas rumah sakit di beberapa kota di Indonesia, keterbatasan jumlah dokter yang menangani pandemic covid 19 dan vaksin anti covid-19 belum diketemukan. Penurunan turus asing dan domestik juga disebabkan karena pelarangan sementara turis asing masuk ke Indonesia dan pembatasan turis domestik berpergi ke beberapa kota dan provinsi di Indonesia, pembatasan moda transportasi udara dan laut. Terdapat pengaruh pandemik pandemik covid-19 terhadap tingkat hunian hotel di Indonesia. Semakin lama pandemik covid 19 berlangsung, maka semakin menurun tingkat hunian hotel bintang di Indonesia disebabkan karena pembatasan kegiatan di tempat atau fasilitas umum, pembatasan moda transportasi, harga kamar hotel, kualitas pelayanan hotel dan fasilitas hotel. Abstract

Era 4.0, digital change in almost all lines of activity, requires digitalization of development, organizational management can keep up with the times, administrators and members are required to follow technology and also apply it to organizational management, creating competent, globally competitive, competitive and innovative human resources (Setiawan, 2016). Previous research studies from primary and secondary data showed that the impact of digitalization was also felt by the East Java DWP by carrying out manual reporting which was not supported by good publications, resulting in all work activities achieved not being able to reach the maximum by the wider community, especially the people of East Java. Existence is able to come out of the existence of something and is able to transcend itself because the existence of a dynamic process comes from existere, which means coming out of, going beyond or overcoming, so existence is not rigid and stops but experiences development or decline depending on the ability to actualize its potential (Abidin, 2006). Women's empowerment accelerates economic growth in a country where to achieve development goals according to the concept of Development Economics, an appropriate development strategy is needed. Empowerment is one of the strategies most widely used in overcoming various development problems because without women's development, economic growth and development will not occur (Marditama et.al, 2021:11). Choosing an interpretive way of how individuals who experience it directly gives meaning to interactions that have been experienced in social life with a pattern of prioritizing a series of descriptions of the experiences of the informants, interpretive builds meaning from life experiences experienced directly (Cresswell, 2018). An interpretive approach to how the East Java DPD organization exists in the era of digitalization is the main focus of the study, how the subjects, namely women who are members of the East Java DWP organization, continue to exist amidst the onslaught of digitalization. Increasing the role of women in DWP so that they are ready in the 4.0 era and ready to face global challenges so that DWP members and families are able to develop their potential through DWP priority programs so that they are able to support the DWP organization to become a center of excellence in empowering women and families and can participate in progress world civilization. It is necessary to increase members' understanding of organizational management through a system that needs to be built in an integrated manner. By instilling a sense of belonging to the organization, caring and unity, a solid organization with creative and innovative activities will be formed.

Abstract

This research is qualitative research at Artistica Jewelry which aims to determine the optimization of foreign markets through adapting to changing trends, to determine the challenges faced by companies in adapting to changing trends. How new growth opportunities emerge in foreign markets as a result of the adaptations faced by the company. This research analyzes secondary data, including company reports and related literature. Data collection techniques use interview, observation and documentation techniques. The research results reveal that Artistica Jewelry Surabaya has succeeded in expanding its market share in the target country market by adapting to consumer desires, innovating in product design. The challenges faced by companies in adapting include: consumer tastes changing rapidly, aspects of technology and innovation, the rapid development of e-commerce, competitive competition, as well as aspects of sustainability and ethics in business which are currently intensely discussed by people. Opportunities that arise as a result of adaptation are being able to gain a competitive advantage in increasingly complex international markets. This provides useful insights for other companies looking to strengthen their presence in foreign markets.

Abstract

Pembangunan berkelanjutan di indonesia menjadi hal yang penting untuk kemakmuran masyarakat. Pembangunan diimplemetasikan pada semua bidang termasuk ekonomi, dimana pelaku ekonomi besar maupun kecil menghadapi persaingan global. Pilihan konsumen hampir tidak terbatas dalam lokasi perumahan, keamanan bagi penghuni rumah, mutu, harga, desain perumahan, layanan dan lingkungan. Perlunya memahami pembeli oleh para produsen perumahan didasarkan bahwa pembelilah sasaran produk. Perumahan Araya Bumi Megah, Bumi Marina Emas dan Laguna Indah yang berlokasi di kelurahan keputih Surabaya mempunyai lokasi yang strategis di pinggir kota, yaitu jarak tempuh kurang dari 5 km atau 15 menit. Didapatkan pula informasi dari pengembang yang mayoritas pembeli dumah di perumahan Galaxy Bumi Permai, Bumi Marina Emas, serta Laguna Indah mempunyai motif untuk di tempati sendiri juga motif untuk anak-anak yang menempuh pendidikan, tempat singgah, dan investasi jangka panjang. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknis analisis kualitatif. Analisisi kualitatif dilakukan dengan mengamati dan mencermati pernyataan dari informan pembeli rumah. Open Coding merupakan proses awal dalam pengolahan data kaulitatif. Coding adalah usaha mengkalsifikasi jawaban dari informan. Open coding dilakukan dengan menggunakan kombinasi empat kutub ganda kecenderungan motif (our two pole motives tendencies) yaitu cognitive motives, offective motives, preservation motive, growth motive, active motive, passive motivs, internal motive, and external motive.

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi menghasilkan sarana yang semakin canggih, yang dapat digunakan sebagai media dalam pengembangan usaha bisnis berorientasi kepuasan pelanggan. Salah satu bentuk integrasi teknologi tersebut adalah dalam praktik pemasaran menggunakan strategi digital marketing. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengkaji secara konseptual mengenai strategi digital marketing berbasis aplikasi dalam meningkatkan kepuasan pelanggan. Jenis penelitian adalah deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Data penelitian merupakan data sekunder berupa teori dan temuan empiris penelitian terdahulu yang didapatkan menggunakan studi literatur. Kesimpulan yang dapat diambil dari hasil diskusi menyatakan bahwa integrasi strategi digital marketing berbasis aplikasi dalam sebuah bisnis memerlukan analisa faktor internal dan eksternal untuk menentukan strategi digital marketing yang paling tepat. Strategi tersebut pada intinya merupakan bentuk pemasaran yang menekankan komunikasi merek untuk dapat meningkatkan kepuasan pelanggan. Secara teoretis, strategi digital marketing berbasis aplikasi tidak hanya dapat mempengaruhi kepuasan merek, namun dapat juga menyebabkan meningkatnya kepercayaan merek dan loyalitas merek.

Abstract

This research is a quantitative study aimed at testing and analyzing whether brand experience, brand trust, and brand ambassador influence consumer purchase decisions of products. The sample in this study consisted of 100 people, and the respondents were domestic consumers of Artistica Jewelry. The research results show that brand ambassador, brand trust, and brand experience have a significant influence on purchasing decisions. Among these three variables, brand trust is the dominant variable affecting purchasing decisions at Artistica Jewelry. The company must maintain consumer trust in product quality and service, as well as brand consistency, in the hope of generating word-of-mouth sales. Consumer trust develops because of the belief that the company will act in accordance with their needs and expectations.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the potential and challenges of culinary businesses, the implementation of digitalization and halal certification, and the development of an effective and sustainable model for the "Resto Apung" culinary business to support food economic independence in coastal villages. The research was conducted at "Resto Apung" using a qualitative descriptive method with data collection techniques such as interviews, observations, and focus group discussions. The findings show that the "Resto Apung" business holds significant potential as a culinary destination with a strong attraction due to its unique location and menu offerings based on local marine products. However, several challenges hinder its development, including low digital literacy among business managers, lack of structured and professional management systems, and the absence of halal certification which is crucial in targeting broader Muslim consumer segments. Currently, digitalization has only been applied in the marketing aspect, primarily through social media, while other aspects such as financial management, customer service, and operational processes are still managed conventionally. Nevertheless, the managers have shown awareness and initiatives to improve, especially in recognizing halal certification as a strategic competitive advantage. The proposed development model integrates digitalization into all aspects of business management, enhances human resource capacity through technical and managerial training, and includes efforts to obtain halal certification. This holistic approach is expected to increase the competitiveness of the culinary business, optimize local potential, and ultimately contribute to the achievement of food economic independence in coastal areas.
