Abstract

This research is qualitative research at Artistica Jewelry which aims to determine the optimization of foreign markets through adapting to changing trends, to determine the challenges faced by companies in adapting to changing trends. How new growth opportunities emerge in foreign markets as a result of the adaptations faced by the company. This research analyzes secondary data, including company reports and related literature. Data collection techniques use interview, observation and documentation techniques. The research results reveal that Artistica Jewelry Surabaya has succeeded in expanding its market share in the target country market by adapting to consumer desires, innovating in product design. The challenges faced by companies in adapting include: consumer tastes changing rapidly, aspects of technology and innovation, the rapid development of e-commerce, competitive competition, as well as aspects of sustainability and ethics in business which are currently intensely discussed by people. Opportunities that arise as a result of adaptation are being able to gain a competitive advantage in increasingly complex international markets. This provides useful insights for other companies looking to strengthen their presence in foreign markets.

Abstract

Shopee, one of the leading marketplaces in Indonesia, has the majority of Generation Z consumers who tend to be tech-savvy in making purchasing decisions when shopping. Research gaps regarding the causes of consumer purchase decisions in online shopping state that purchase decisions can be influenced by brand image or online customer reviews, but several other studies also deny this. It is hoped that this research can contribute in the form of updating literacy, namely that brand image and online customer review variables influence the purchase decisions of Generation Z in Jakarta on the Shopee marketplace. This research uses a quantitative approach by distributing questionnaires. The number of respondents to this research was 200 Generation Z in Jakarta who had shopped at the Shopee marketplace. The data was analyzed using the Partial Least Square-Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) technique in the Smart PLS 4 program. The results of the analysis show that brand image and online customer reviews influence the purchase decisions of Generation Z in Jakarta on the Shopee marketplace. Shopee salah satu marketplace unggul di Indonesia memiliki mayoritas konsumen generasi Z yang cenderung bersifat tech-savvy dalam membuat keputusan pembelian saat berbelanja. Research gap tentang sebab keputusan pembelian konsumen dalam berbelanja online menyebutkan bahwa keputusan pembelian dapat dipengaruhi oleh citra merek ataupun ulasan konsumen, namun beberapa penelitian lain juga menyangkal hal tersebut. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan kontribusi berupa pembaharuan terhadap literasi, yaitu adanya variabel citra merek dan ulasan konsumen memengaruhi keputusan pembelian Generasi Z di Jakarta pada marketplace Shopee. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan menyebarkan kuesioner. Jumlah responden penelitian ini adalah 200 generasi Z di Jakarta yang sudah pernah berbelanja pada marketplace Shopee. Data dianalisis dengan menggunakan teknik Partial Least Square-Structural Equation Modelling (PLS-SEM) pada program SmartPLS 4. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa citra merek dan ulasan konsumen berpengaruh terhadap keputusan pembelian Shopee generasi Z di Jakarta.

Abstract

This type of research is quantitative research, the aim is to find out the extent of the influence of content marketing, influencers and online customer reviews on purchasing decisions for Azarine products. This study uses a type of quantitative research. The sample in this study was 98 respondents from the Faculty of Economics and Business, Bhayangkara University, Surabaya, using simple random sampling and purposive sampling. Using the t test, F test, and dominance with the help of SPSS and the results are content marketing, influencer, and online customer review variables simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions . In the partial test (t test) it is known that the content marketing and influencer variables partially have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions Online customer reviews have a positive and insignificant effect. The influencer variable has the most dominant influence on purchasing decisions.

Abstract

Tesis ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Secara parsial dan simultan gaya kepemimpinan, budaya organisasi, kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai Inspektorat Kota Jayapura. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian asosiatif, yakni pendekatan dengan menggunakan dua atau lebih variabel guna mengetahui hubungan atau pengaruh yang satu dengan yang lain. Penelitian ini memiliki dua variabel yaitu, variabel independen/variabel yang mempengaruhi dan variabel dependen/variabel yang dipengaruhi. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui dan membuktikan pengaruh Secara parsial dan simultan gaya kepemimpinan, budaya organisasi, kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai Inspektorat Kota Jayapura. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah pegawai Pada Inspektorat Kota Jayapura. sebanyak 33 pegawai. Sampel penelitian sebanyak 33 orang. Adapun teknik penarikan sampel adalah teknik sampel total atau sampel sensus yaitu semua populasi dijadikan sebagai sampel penelitian. Temuan membuktikan bahwa: 1). Gaya kepemimpinan (X1) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Inspektorat Kota Jayapura. Hasil ini dibuktikan dengan koefisien regresi sebesar 0,416 dengan tingkat signifikansi sebesar 0,045., 2). Budaya organisasi (X2) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Inspektorat Kota Jayapura. Hasil ini dibuktikan dengan koefisien regresi sebesar sebesar 0,595 dengan tingkat signifikansi sebesar 0,018., 3). Kepuasan kerja (X3) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Inspektorat Kota Jayapura. Hasil ini ditunjukkan dengan nilai koefisien regresi sebesar 0,666 dengan tingkat signifikansi sebesar 0.045., 4).Gaya kepemimpinan,Budaya organisasi, dan kepuasan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan secara simultan atau secara bersama-sama terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Inspektorat Kota Jayapura. Hasil ini dibuktikan dengan nilai statitik uji-F sebesar 3,409 dan tingkat signifikansi sebesar 0,031.i.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the simultaneous and partial influence of brand image, lifestyle and price variables on purchasing decisions. Apart from that, another aim of this research is to find out which variable is the most dominant variable in influencing purchasing decisions. The location of this research is the DNY Skincare Clinic Kavling DPR Sidoarjo. The sampling technique is Accidental Sampling. The respondents in this research were DNY skincare clinic consumers. This research involved 97 respondents and used a quantitative descriptive approach method. Data analysis in this research uses descriptive statistics and multiple linear regression. The results of this research are (1) Brand Image has a significant positive influence on Purchase Decisions. (2) Lifestyle does not have a significant influence on purchasing decisions. (3) Price has a significant positive influence on purchasing decisions. (4) Brand Image, Lifestyle, and Price simultaneously influence Purchase Decisions. (5) Brand image has a dominant influence in influencing purchasing decisions.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to find out how corporate social responsibility is implemented in domestic companies and what are the obstacles to its implementation and what solutions to solve them. This research uses a qualitative approach using domestic companies in East Java as research objects. Data collection techniques were carried out using survey interviews and observations. After data triangulation was carried out, data analysis was carried out including data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The research results found that the implementation of CSR for domestic companies in East Java includes, among other things, socialization, training, reducing environmental impacts, providing assistive devices for the disabled, free basic necessities and free cataract surgery. Obstacles in implementing CSR programs include obstacles from internal to the company, namely limited resources, while external to the organization, namely from consumers or environmental readiness. Solutions that can be implemented include CSR outreach activities and training. Conclusion: CSR in East Java is not only implemented by large companies but also domestic companies, the programs carried out are located around the company's environment. Obstacles from stakeholders are still found, both internal and external, which can be overcome by providing outreach and training.

Abstract

 The purpose of conducting this research is to find out whether Company Size, Debt, Profitability, Managerial Ownership of Income Smoothing Practices before and after the Covid-19 pandemic were case studies on property and realestate companies on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2018-2022. With a total population of 13 companies, and a sample of 65 financial data studied within 5 years. The results of this study, researchers found that company size before the pandemic had no effect but after the pandemic company size had an effect on income smoothing before and after the Covid-19 pandemic. Meanwhile, Debt, Profitability, Managerial Ownership partially affect income smoothing before and after the Covid-19 pandemic.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menganalisis beberapa faktor internal perusahaan yang sekiranya dapat memengaruhi kinerja perusahaan dan penelitian ini dapat menjadi pertimbangan bagi perusahaan dalam menentukan kebijakan baik itu jangka, pendek, menengah maupun panjang. Kepempimpinan, Kompetensi dan Komitmen merupakan tiga hal yang hendak dianalisis oleh peneliti terkait pengaruhnya terhadap kinerja pegawai. Kinerja pegawai yang baik tentu akan membuat kinerja perusahaan yang baik pula. Kepemimpinan dan Kompetensi diduga akan memengaruhi kinerja baik secara langsung maupun secara tidak langsung melalui Komitmen (dalam hal ini Komitmen menjadi variabel Intervening), dan penelitian akan menggunakan pengolahan data dengan metode Path Analysis dengan aplikasi SPSS. Dugaan ini bukan tanpa alasan sebab didukung dengan adanya penelitian terdahulu, teori teori dan pendapat para ahli mengenai adanya pengaruh faktor faktor tersebut terhadap kinerja.

Abstract

Economic growth is the primary condition of economic development. With growth, investment, increased employment opportunities, and equity are possible. Many factors are interconnected and affect economic growth. However, rapid economic growth in Indonesia has also caused environmental damage. This study aims to study the factors that affect the level of environmental pollution in Indonesia and the factors that have the most significant influence. This study used a multiple regression model. The results showed that the GDP variable (X1) and rice production variable (X2) had a significant simultaneous relationship with environmental pollution (Y), with an F value of 3.694 and a significance level of 0.032. The t-test results show that rice production (X2) has a significance value of 0.039, or below 0.05. indicates that rice production in Indonesia contributes significantly.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan mencari tahu dampak yang diberikan oleh  Rekrutmen, Pelatihan, dan Lingkungan Kerja terhadap Kinerja Karyawan di PT Dunkindo Cipta Rasa Surabaya. Populasi penelitian mencakup seluruh karyawan PT Dunkindo Cipta Rasa Surabaya, dengan sampel yang diambil menggunakan teknik sampling jenuh yang melibatkan 96 responden. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif dengan analisis kuantitatif, menggunakan data primer dan sekunder yang diperoleh melalui penelitian dokumen dan penyebaran kuesioner yang diukur dengan skala Likert. Data diolah menggunakan teknik analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Rekrutmen, Pelatihan, dan Lingkungan Kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan di PT Dunkindo Cipta Rasa Surabaya, dengan Lingkungan Kerja sebagai variabel yang paling dominan.
