Abstract

Bahan bakar minyak merupakan sumber energi utama yang ada di Indonesia dan harga minyak cenderung mengalami kenaikan pada tiap ? tiap tahunnya. Pada penelitian ini memanfaatkan energi gelombang laut ssebagai gantinya. Maka pada penelitian ini dilakukanlah penelitian Pembangkit Listrik Tenaga Gelombang Laut (PLTGL) metode mekanis apung menggunakan sistem transmisi sprocket dengan memvariasikan ukuran panjang lengan pelampung. Panjang lengan pelampung ini sebagai salah satu bagian untuk menggerakkan mekanisme dari PLTGL ini, yang mana variasi panjang lengan tersebut mempunyai ukuran antara lain 37, 42, 47.5 Cm. pada penelitian ini di mulai dengan proses membangun prototype PLTGL mekanis apung dengan sistem transmisi sprocket. Setelah sudah di nyatakan mekanisme PLTGL siap untuk di uji coba maka dilaksanakanlah pengujian PLTGL. Pengujian di lakukan pada kolam simulator, yang mana kolam tersebut dapat membuat suatu gelombang air menyerupai gelombang laut. Untuk memaksimalkan pengujian maka di gunakan berbagai fr kuensi antara lain 0.8, 1, 1.4 Hz. dan didapatkan hasil dari pengujian bahwa panjang lengan dan frekuensi sangat berpengaruh pada daya yang di hasilkan PLTGL. Voltage terbesar yang di peroleh pada pengujian PLTGL jenis ini adalah pada panjang lengan 47.5 cm dan frekuensi 1.4 Hz yaitu 0.0737 Volt.

Abstract

A literary work is inseparable from events, experiences, and also social activities experienced by the authors in real life. In the process, the authors must have a background that underlies why a literary work is created. This study aims to analyze the sociocultural background and the author's worldview reflected in the novel of Keluarga Cemara 2 by Arswendo Atmowiloto. Sociological approach of literature and the genetic structuralism theory were applied in this study. The data were collected by using semiotic reading method. The analysis was carried out through the dialectical method. The results show that 1) the sociocultural background in the novel of Keluarga Cemara 2 consists of the rich and poor community, 2) Arswendo views the poor as people who live with low economic conditions. Financial problem is the main problem mostly faced by the poor. They often get injustice in various ways. In contrast, Arswendo views the rich as people who live with a high economic level. The financial condition of the rich is certainly not a problem. They think that all problems can be solved with money.

Abstract

The "Guidelines for Planning House and Building Loads", "Minimum Loads for Designing Buildings and Other Structures", "Procedures for Planning Earthquake Resistance for Building and Non-Building Structures", and "Structural Concrete Requirements for Buildings and Their Explanations" serve as the guidelines in order to structural examination planning as well as layout of UGJ Property. Constructural drawing as well as structural analysis programs are accustomed to ascertain the seismic period of the constructure and the internal forces acting on it. The reinforcing steel utilized has a quality of 420 MPa, while the concrete material used has a quality of 30 MPa. A bored pile foundation of 4 m depth was selected based on the planning results. Abstract

The development of technology is directly proportional to the phenomenon of crime by utilizing electronic media. The government issued a special legal product to accommodate the development of criminal acts committed through electronic means, namely Law Number 19 of 2016 concerning amendments to Law Number 11 of 2008 concerning Information and Electronic Transactions. One of the most common crimes committed by means of communication is extortion and threats, as stated in the Police Report Number: LP/111/III/2021/SPKT-SBR. The formulation of the problem in this study is how to carry out investigations into criminal acts of extortion and threats carried out through a message application on a cellular number by the DitreskrimsusPolda West Sumatra on police reports number LP/111/III/2021/SPKT-SBR?. What are the obstacles in carrying out investigations into criminal acts of extortion and threats carried out through a message application on a cellular number by the DitreskrimsusPolda West Sumatra on the police report number LP/111/III/2021/SPKT-SBR?.What are the obstacles in carrying out investigations into criminal acts of extortion and threats carried out through a message application on a cellular number by the DitreskrimsusPolda West Sumatra on the police report number LP/111/III/2021/SPKT-SBR?. The approach used in this research is sociological juridical, namely the problem approach by looking at the reality in the field associated with the applicable rules. The results of the research and discussion are starting from reports of victims who have been threatened with the distribution of personal photos of victims who violate decency aimed at eradicating the suspect's debt to the victim by corroborating evidence of electronic documents containing screenshots of conversations and vulgar photos of victims sent to the victim's parents. so that the suspect is proven to have violated Article 27 paragraph (1) Juncto Article 27 paragraph (4) Juncto Article 29 Law Number 19 of 2016 concerning amendments to Law Number 11 of 2008 concerning Electronic Information and Transactions. Constraints include internal constraints, namely the lack of competent human resources and computer forensics equipment, there is no special regulation that authorizes cyber investigators to access data on individuals suspected of committing crimes.

Abstract

Menyukseskan semangat Polri Beyond Trust Presisi khususnya dalam hal pembinaan karier di lingkungan Polda Sumbar, assesment center mempunyai peranan penting dan wajib menjadi pertimbangan atau tolok ukur utama dalam pengisian jabatan tertentu. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif dengan menggunakan metode deskriptif. Sumber data yang digunakan, yaitu data primer, data sekunder, dan data tersier. Tekhnik pengumpulan data dengan menggunakan wawancara dan studi pustaka. Teknik Menjamin Keabsahan Data Triangulasi metode membandingkan informasi atau data menggunakan pendekatan yang berbeda dikenal sebagai triangulasi. Hasil penelitian , 1) Pelaksanaan assessment center berdasar prinsip transparan kurang maksimal karena transparansi yang ada terbatas hanya diketahui oleh internal kepolisian yang meliputi assessor dan assessee yang terlibat dalam proses assessment. Masyarakat tidak dapat mengetahui dengan pasti hasil yang didapat oleh para assessee dalam proses penilaian tersebut sehingga kurang mencerminkan semangat keterbukaan dalam reformasi birokrasi yang dilakukan oleh Polda Sumbar. 2) Pelaksanaan assessment center berdasarkan prinsip independen juga peneliti rasa belum tercapai maksimal karena hasil assessment center dapat diaudit terlebih dahulu oleh pihak atasan Polda Sumbar untuk mengecek ulang jika ada persyaratan yang terlewat, seperti catatan kesehatan yang tidak memenuhi syarat atau bahkan catatan pelanggaran yang pernah dilakukan oleh anggota tersebut.
