Abstract

Anemia is an indicator of poor nutrition and health. The most common cause of anemia worldwide is iron deficiency, due to a prolonged iron imbalance caused by iron intake or food intake that is not strong. Iron deficiency anemia in pregnant women can affect the growth and development of the fetus or baby during pregnancy and afterwards. Factors that influence anemia in pregnant women include knowledge and direct factors that influence the incidence of anemia in pregnant women, namely the risk of chronic energy shortage (CES). The research objective to be achieved based on the above problem formulation is to know the relationship between nutritional knowledge and chronic energy shortages with anemia in pregnant women at Alalak Selatan Health Center. The study uses a quantitative descriptive design using accidental sampling technique approach by taking respondents who come to Alalak Selatan Health Center 2. Abstract

Based on the registration data of the Banjarmasin City Health Office in 2019-2020 the incidence of Chronic Energy Deficiency (KEK) in pregnant women at Sungai Bilu Health Center Banjarmasin in 2019-2020 has increased, namely in 2019 as many as 13 people (6.5%) and 45 people (22.1%) in 2020. The purpose of the study: to describe the knowledge of pregnant women about SEZ at the Sungai Bilu Health Center, Banjarmasin in 2021. The type of research used was descriptive method (described) with a population of 206 people and a sample of 68 people. The results of the study of 68 pregnant women who came to Sungai Bilu Health Center Banjarmasin some of them had less knowledge, namely 32 (47.0%) respondents, and 23 (33.8%) respondents who had good knowledge 13 (19.2%) respondents. Conclusion: The results of this study can be concluded that the knowledge of pregnant women in recognizing SEZs at the Sungai Bilu Health Center Banjarmasin in 2021 is partially knowledgeable, as many as 32 (47.0%) respondents

Abstract

According to the SDGs (Sustainable Development Goals) Maternal Mortality Rate (MMR) and Infant Mortality Rate (IMR) in Indonesia. Based on the maternal mortality target from 2020 to August, there were 16 maternal deaths = (91.45/100,000), 27 maternal deaths = (227.22/100,000) the causes of death were bleeding, preeclampsia and comorbidities. 2020 to August there were 74 cases of infant mortality = (6.23/1,000), 116 post-infant deaths = 9.78/1,000) the causes of death were low birth weight, asphyxia and congenital abnormalities (Dinkes, RI 2020).The final project is implementing comprehensive midwifery care Antenatal Care (ANC), Intranatal Care (INC), Postnatal Care (PNC), Neonates and Family Planning to Ny. N with mild anemia. The final project is prepared in the form of a case study of Mrs. N is 30 years old, 35 weeks of gestation, Varney's midwifery management approach, documentation of SOAP in the Pekauman Health Center area of Banjarmasin on 26 October 2020 to 5 January 2021.

Abstract

Background: Cervical cancer in Indonesia is the number 1 cancer with an estimate that every 1 hour a woman dies of cervical cancer. In Indonesia, the number of cervical cancers is made worse by the fact that many (70%) cases are already at an advanced stage when they come to the hospital. Based on the register data in the obstetrics ward of Ulin Hospital Banjarmasin, 68 people were affected by cervical cancer. Objective: This study aims to determine the age of the mother at risk of cervical cancer and the education level of the mother with cervical cancer at the Ulin Hospital Banjarmasin. Methods: This study used a descriptive method, the population was all mothers who were examined for cervical cancer in the obstetrics poly room at Ulin Hospital Banjarmasin totaling 68 people. Sampling with saturated sampling method, namely by taking all the population as a sample. Data collection is taken from the data register book. Data processing is summed, tabulated and presented, for further descriptive analysis to determine the age of the mother at risk of cervical cancer and the level of education that can affect the occurrence of cervical cancer. Results: The results of the research in the gynecology poly room of Ulin Hospital Banjarmasin, namely the number of mothers with cervical cancer aged over 35 years were 67 people (98.53%) and mothers with cervical cancer with a low level of education (SD) were 36 people (52, 94%). Conclusion: Based on research that has been conducted on 68 mothers who experienced cervical cancer at Ulin Hospital Banjarmasin, it can be concluded that the age of mothers who are at risk for cervical cancer is mostly (> 35 years) as many as 67 people (95.6%). The education level of mothers who experienced cervical cancer was mostly (SD) as many as 36 people (52.94%). Keywords: Cervical cancer, age at risk for cervical cancer, education level.

Abstract

The purpose of this service is to get an overview of the role of health cadres regarding the nutritional status of adolescents and early detection of adolescent reproductive health at MAN 1 Banjarmasin. This service uses a descriptive method with a quantitative random sampling approach and pretest and posttest methods. Test data using T-Test Paired Two Sample Test Parametric and Non Parametric. The results show persistence in implementing a balanced nutritional status and detecting adolescent health problems through adolescent health cadres with an accumulated pretest value of 3,380 and an increase in posttest value of 870 to 4,250. While the results of the T-Test Paired Two Sample, the average value of the pretest was 65.00 and the posttest was 81.73. The average score increases indicating that the training has been effective in changing the attitudes, behavior and knowledge of the students regarding the importance of nutritional status and early detection of adolescent reproductive health problems. The correlation value of 0.3912 indicates that the relationship between pre-test and post-test is quite strong.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect. Green bean consumption on breast milk production in breastfeeding mothers in the working area of ​​the Kedungmundu Health Center, Tembalang District, Semarang City. The design in this study is a static group comparison/posttest only control group design, that is, a pre-experimental design. The data collection tool used is a questionnaire. The research sample was obtained by accidental sampling. The number of respondents in the study amounted to 34 respondents. The results showed that the milk production of breastfeeding mothers in the intervention group was mostly 12 respondents (70.6%) and 5 respondents (29.4%) had little breast milk production. Breast milk production of breastfeeding mothers in the control group was mostly a lot of 11 respondents (64.7%) and a little milk production of 6 respondents (35.3%). And it can be seen that p value = 0.005 (p value 0.05) so it can be concluded that there is an effect of green bean consumption on breast milk production in breastfeeding mothers in the working area of ​​Kedungmundu Public Health Center, Tembalang District, Semarang City.
