Abstract

This study aims to determine the role of intrinsic motivation, physical work environment, and job satisfaction on affective commitment. This research was conducted at PT. XYZ, by taking 67 employees as research samples using purposive sampling technique. Collecting data using observation and questionnaire methods. The data analysis technique used is multiple regression analysis. Based on the research conducted, the results of the analysis show that job satisfaction influences affective commitment. Meanwhile, intrinsic motivation and physical work environment have no effect on affective commitment.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the influence of Emotional Intelligence, Organizational Commitment and Organizational Citizenship Behavior on Employee Performance. This research was conducted at PT. X, taking 78 employees as research samples using a purposive sampling techniqueThe collected data analysis system applies observation and questionnaire methods. Data analysis technique collected using multiple regression analysis. Based on the studies conducted, the results of the study show that Emotional Intelligence, Organizational Commitment and Organizational Citizenship Behavior have an influence on performance.

Abstract

Kualitas pelayanan publik merupakan hasil interaksi dari berbagai aspek yaitu sistem pelayanan, SDM pemberi layanan, strategi dan pelanggan (customers). Kepuasan masyarakat merupakan perasaan yang muncul sesuai dengan ekspektasi terhadap kinerja yang diharapkan melalui terpenuhinya kebutuhan dan keinginan masyarakat. Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh air yang disalurkan oleh PDAM Kabupaten Hulu Sungai Utara masih kerap kali keruh, berbau bahkan tak mengalir. Berdasarkan hal tersebut, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kualitas pelayanan air bersih terhadap kepuasan masyarakat pada kepuasan masyarakat pada PDAM di Kecamatan Sungai Tabukan Kabupaten Hulu Sungai Utara. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode asosiatif kausal (sebab akibat) dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan cara penyebaran kuesioner dan studi kepustakaan. Teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah teknik Purposive Sampling sehingga terdapat responden sebanyak 92 orang. dan teknik analisa data yang digunakan adalah uji normalitas dan uji t. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan kualitas pelayanan air bersih berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan masyarakat pada PDAM di Kecamatan Sungai Tabukan Kabuapten Hulu Sungai Utara. Hal ini dilihat dari hasil analisis uji t sebesar 15,217 dibandingkan dengan 1,662. Jadi t_hitung > t_tabel, oleh sebab itu dapat ditarik kesimpulan bahwa hipotesis null (Ho) ditolak dan hipotesis alternatif (Ha) diterima. Dengan besar pengaruhnya kualitas pelayanan air bersih terhadap kepuasan masyarakat adalah 84,9% yang artinya berhubungan positif

Abstract

The purpose of this paper is to assess the ability of writers, especially in understanding the knowledge and knowledge gained and apply it in practice, so that later it can help the writer to convey, use, apply knowledge and knowledge that has been able to overcome the problem of leadership style on employee passion in Bureau of Financial and State Assets Inventory Department of Religion the Republic of Indonesia. This research authors compile based on scientific methods, using descriptive methods, namely by collecting data and providing a clear picture. This data was obtained through field research, questionnaire questionnaires, literature and statistical analysis to prove the results that have been studied. Based on the description and discussion of the influence of leadership style on employee passion, the writer can conclude that there is a strong influence relationship between leadership style on employee passion at the Financial Bureau and the State Assets Inventory of the Department of Religion the Republic of Indonesia.

Abstract

Postmodernism, a reality that is beginning to have a strong influence on the lives of individuals and groups, is no exception in the management of organizations, particularly good corporate governance (GCG). This understanding has led to pessimism and apathy toward the increasingly uncontrollable passion of life, as a result of thoughts that no longer believe in absolute truth and objective and rational standards. This paper further reveals the implications of postmodernism on ethics, proxy war, and optimizing the application of GCG in government organizations. The results of the in-depth study concluded that postmodernization was entrenched in the lives of both individuals and groups, doing what was right in their own view (group), reduced trust in community diversity, pluralism, relativism, information overload, high mobility, identity confusion, consumerism and etc. Ethics has been eliminated and the proxy war is out of control. Proxy war as an arm of a country that seeks to get its strategic interests in a particular country. Proxy war has taken place in various forms, especially in Indonesia, such as ethics in the use of the internet.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze and determine the effect of work conflict, leadership and work environment on work stress. The form of research used is causality research. The population used in this study were all employees of PT. Karsa Bijak Semesta as many as 91 employees. This study uses a saturated sampling technique involving 91 employees of PT. Karsa Bijak Semesta as a respondent. The technique used for data collection is using a questionnaire with a Likert scale. The method of analysis in this study using multiple regression analysis. The result of this study is that work conflict has a positive and significant effect on work stress, while leadership and work environment do not have a significant effect on work stress.

Abstract

Abstract: The existence of this study aims to analyze and determine the effect of work motivation, leadership style and work environment on the work discipline of the gate operational division employees at PT. Y. The form of research used is causality and descriptive research. The population used in this study were 88 employees of the gate operational division using a purposive sampling technique involving 76 employees of the gate operational division at PT. Y as the respondent. The technique used for data collection is using a questionnaire with a Likert scale. The method of analysis in this study uses multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the results of the analysis of hypothesis testing in this study that work motivation, leadership style, and work environment affect employee work discipline. Abstract

This study aims to examine how the influence of leadership style and incentives with organizational culture as an intervening variable on the performance of employees of PT. XYZ. The sample used in this study was 80 permanent employees who had worked for more than one year at PT. XYZ. The sampling method used in this study is the purposive sampling method with the data analysis method used is the SEM (Structural Equation Modeling) method. The results obtained in this study show that leadership style, incentives and organizational culture have an influence on the performance of employees of PT. XYZ. Leadership style and incentives have an influence on the organizational culture of PT. XYZ. Organizational culture mediates the relationship between the leadership style and employee performance of PT. XYZ. Organizational culture mediates the relationship between incentives and employee performance of PT. XYZ. The application of this study is suggested to PT. XYZ must increase attention to leadership, incentives, and organizational culture so that the performance of PT. XYZ can get better.

Abstract

High school and vocational school students will continue their education to the university level. At the university level, there are various majors available. The chosen major will most likely determine the career prospects that these students will pursue. Recognizing the importance of this, SMA Muhammadiyah 25 Pamulang and Trisakti School of Management held a seminar on the importance of choosing a major for students in the social humanities track. Two majors were introduced, namely Accounting and Management. The community service activity began with an introduction to the majors and career prospects in Accounting and Management, and ended with a Q&A session. The speakers also asked several questions and made observations to test the students’ understanding of the material presented. In general, the community service activity ran very well.

Abstract

Employee performance is one very important aspect for a company or organization. Therefore, this study aims to examine the influence between employee performance with motivation, organizational culture, and work discipline on Perum X Head Office employees. This study used a questionnaire to collect data. The sample in this study were 85 employees. The sampling technique in this study used probability sampling method with simple random sampling technique through sample size using slovin formula. The data analysis method used is multiple linear regression. Data is analyzed by testing normality, classical assumptions, model tests, and hypotheses. The results of this research analysis show that motivation has no effect on employee performance while organizational culture, and work discipline affect employee performance. So that Perum X Head Office employees need to pay attention to the level of motivation, organizational culture, and work discipline as an effort to improve employee performance.
