Abstract

Snack bar has a variety of nutrients and meets daily nutritional needs. Brown rice has high fiber levels, helps control blood sugar level. Objective of research to know the physical properties, level of preference, and proximate content of snack bars in various formulations of brown rice flour and peanuts. This type of research is Quasi experimental, using a completely randomized design (CRD) with 4 variations of brown rice flour A: 100%, B: 80%, C: 60%, and D: 50%.Result of research, Physical test of Snackbar was brown, flavored with brown rice flour, slightly sweet taste, and slightly soft texture. The most preferred Snackbar organoleptic test was snackbar D. The highest proximate, water content and carbohydrate test results were snackbar A, namely 25.57% and 58.83%. The highest ash content, fat content, protein content and fiber content of snackbar D were 2.2%, 15.49%, 11.63% and 1.00%. There are differences in color, there is no difference in smell, taste and texture of the four variations of the snackbar. The level of preference for color, smell, taste and texture is the highest at snackbar D. There are differences in water content, fat, crude fiber, protein and carbohydrates, there is no difference in ash content. Keywords: Snack bar; brown rice flour; peanuts

Abstract

Pemanfaatan lahan pekarangan merupakan praktik memanfaatkan area terdekat di sekitar rumah, baik di depan, belakang, maupun samping rumah, untuk berbagai kegiatan produktif. Kelompok Budidaya Ikan (Pokdakan) “ Mitra Tangguh” merupakan kelompok budidaya ikan yang terletak di RW.04 Poharin Kelurahan. Karangbesuki Kec. Sukun Kota Malang. Permasalahan yang dihadapi oleh mitra adalah kurangnya optimalisasi pemanfaatan lahan pekarangan yang masih kosong serta pemeliharaan benih ikan yang mengalami banyak kematian akibat minimnya informasi terkait cara pemeliharaan yang baik dan benar, serta pengelolaan limbah budidaya ikan. Hasil dari kegiatan ini adalah pengoptimalan lahan pekarangan, kemampuan pemiliharaan ikan serta kemandiraan untuk melakukan penjualan hasil panen. Pemanfaatan lahan kosong pekarangan sebagai nilai tambah ekonomi adalah langkah cerdas yang tidak hanya menguntungkan pengelola lahan tetapi juga memberikan dampak positif bagi lingkungan dan masyarakat secara keseluruhan.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze business capital and financial inclusion on the financial performance of micro-enterprises. The analytical tool used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS 25. The population of this study is the culinary sector micro-enterprises that are in the Karangploso District data 2022. The sample determination in this study used total sampling with a total sample of 109 micro-enterprises in the culinary sector. The results show that business capital and financial inclusion simultaneously have a positive and significant impact on the financial performance of micro-enterprises. Partially, business capital has a positive and significant effect on the financial performance of micro-enterprises and financial inclusion has a positive and significant effect on the financial performance of MSMEs.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of financial literacy, attitudes, subjective norms, and religiosity on investment intentions in the Islamic capital market. The sample in this study was 100 active students of the Faculty of Economics and Business, Muhammadiyah University of Malang. The data was analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS version 25. The results showed that financial literacy, attitudes, and religiosity have a positive and significant effect on investment intentions in the Islamic capital market and subjective norms have no significant effect on investment intentions in the Islamic capital market. The simultaneous tests show that all variables of financial literacy, attitudes, subjective norms, and religiosity simultaneously have a significant influence on investment intentions in the Islamic capital market.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of financial literacy and financial attitudes towards financial management and financial inclusion which are used as intervening variables. The population in this study were SMEs in the Trade Sector in Malang City using a purposive sampling technique. The sample of this research is 109 respondents. The results showed that financial literacy has a significant effect on financial management, financial attitudes have a significant effect on financial management, financial literacy has a significant effect on financial inclusion, financial attitudes have a significant effect on financial inclusion, financial inclusion has no significant effect on financial management, and financial inclusion not mediating financial literacy and financial attitudes towards financial management.

Abstract

This study aimed to determine the effect of company size, business risk, and sales growth on capital structure with profitability as an intervening variable on the JII stock index on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) from 2017 to 2021. The method used to determine the research sample is purposive sampling. The source of data in this research is secondary data. Data analysis techniques used path analysis, t-test (partial), and Sobel test (mediation) using SPSS version 23. The study's results stated that company size, sales growth, and profitability have a significant effect on capital structure while business risk has no significant effect on capital structure. Company size, business risk, and sales growth significantly affect profitability. The Sobel test results state that company size, business risk, and sales growth have a significant effect on capital structure mediated by profitability, meaning that mediation occurs.

Abstract

In this digital era, understanding and meeting customer satisfaction is crucial with the increasing number of choices and customer expectations. This study aims to determine the quality of service and satisfaction at Klinik X Kota Malang. The samples in this study were 145. The sampling technique used was accidental sampling. The type of research used is survey explanatory with a quantitative approach. The data collection technique used was a questionnaire. Data analysis used the Service Quality Method (SERVQUAL) and Importance Performance Analysis (IPA). The results of this study show that the quality of services provided by Klinik X Kota Malang has not fully met consumer expectations, and the satisfaction achieved by customers cannot be fully felt with the quality of services provided by the company. The study highlights that service quality is important in determining customer satisfaction, so the company needs to improve the quality of service identified as not optimal.
