Abstract

This article aims to overview the opportunity to deliver a brand-new offering from tourism destination that is tourism circularity. Whereby, destination management organization might set a purposeful goal of making destination leaner toward generating circular value creation from each industrial players and stakeholders. Besides, the circularity value of tourism may also contribute to reducing waste and lasting the use of resources within tourism and hospitality industry.  Literature review was used as a method by collecting articles relating to tourism and circular economy and value creation to enable to develop a solid understanding on its relationship. This article is to contribute to the extension of discourses and implementation of circular economy value creation for tourism destination in Indonesia. An adopted model of stakeholder value creation and tourism circular economy were developed in a way to produce a brand-new offering.

Abstract

Abstract ​The aim of this research is to determine the influence of prices and promotions through social media on consumer purchasing decisions for coffee Lain Hati Banda Aceh, both partially and simultaneously. The total sample for this research was 99 respondents. Research data was collected through questionnaires distributed to respondents. Research data was analyzed using a multiple linear regression model. Hypothesis testing uses F test analysis and t test to determine the influence of the independent variable on the dependent variable simultaneously and partially at a confidence level of 95% (α = 0.05). The results of research based on simultaneous tests show that the variables Price and Promotion via Social media have a significant effect on Consumer Purchase Decisions of Banda Aceh's Lain Hati Coffee. The partial test also shows that the Price variable has a significant effect on the Purchase Decision of the Banda Aceh Other Hati Coffee Consumers and the Promotion variable through Social Media has a significant effect on the Purchase Decision of the Banda Aceh Other Hati Coffee Consumers. Abstract

Fenomena banyaknya karyawan yang enggan memberikan kinerja terbaik mereka terhadap organisasi menimbulkan pertanyaan bagaimanakah komitmen karyawan terhadap organisasinya dan bagaimana pengaruh motivasi kerja dan kompensasi berperan di dalamnya. Hasil penelitian terdahulu yang beragam dan masih terbatasnya topik tentang komitmen organisas yang mendasari penelitian ini dilakukan. Fokus penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis lebih mendalam tentang komitmen organisasi yang dipengaruhi oleh motivasi kerja dan kompensasi pada karyawan. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 37 responden. Hasil penelitian ini menemukan bahwa baik secara parsial maupun secara simultan motivasi kerja dan kompensasi berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap komitmen organisasi karyawan. Berdasarkan hasil tersebut, diharapkan organisasi memperhatikan kompensasi yang diberikan dan terus memotivasi karyawan agar menghasilkan kinerja yang lebih baik.

Abstract

Pasar Atjeh Shopping Centre Banda Aceh adalah pasar modern yang sudah direaktualisasi sejak tahun 2013 silam. Setelah tsunami, pemerintah pusat melalui Kementerian Perdagangan memberikan bantuan dana untuk perkembangan pasar ini. Dengan anggaran mencapai milyaran rupiah, kini pasar Atjeh Shopping centre merupakan pusat perbelanjaan di Kota Banda Aceh. Hal ini tentunya memberikan pengaruh yang positif terhadap peningkatan perekonomian masyarakat, khususnya Kota Banda Aceh. Namun ditengah gencarnya persaingan dari segi digitalisasi, pasar Atjeh yang notabene melakukan penjualan secara offline kini mulai meredup. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui apakah faktor teknologi dan daya beli masyarakat mempengaruhi bertahannya pedagang Pasar Atjeh Shopping Centre Banda Aceh di era ekonomi digital. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah sebanyak 100 orang pedagang di Pasar Atjeh Shopping Centre. Berdasarkan hasil analisis, faktor teknologi dan daya beli masyarakat mempunyai pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kebertahanan para pedagang Pasar Atjeh Shopping Centre Banda Aceh.

Abstract

After 13 years of tsunami, Aceh has become one of tour destinations which offered various tours, especially Lampuuk beach tour. Recently, it has risen up from adversity. All tours area, especially Lampuuk beach tour progresses rapidly after tsunami. One of the tour developments was marked by growing and developing small-medium enterprises around the area which was currently more focused on culinary sector. In 2011, theMinistry of Tourism and Creative Economy included culinary as a subsector of creative economy. On the average, the culinary vendors built gazeboes to the visitors so that they could enjoy the scenery. The culinary provided by the traders was not luxurious, so it might be accepted by all society levels, starting from snacks to grilled fish as a typical menu of Aceh seashore. The goal of the study was to find out the factors supporting theexistence of culinary vendors around Lampuuk Aceh beach tour after 13 years of tsunami which hit Aceh. The result showed that there were two dominant factors influencing the them. The first factor was the internal factors that consisted of the raw materials availability, the venture capital, simple material processing, labors, and turnover received factors, while the second one was the external factors, such as competitor’s existence and vendors’retribution factors.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine the influence of service quality and ease of transactions in using Mobile Banking on Customer Satisfaction at Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI) Sub Branch Office (KCP) Syiah Kuala University (USK) 1 Banda Aceh. The total sample for this research was 100 respondents. The analysis used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis, and hypothesis testing is carried out using the t test (partial) and F test (simultaneous) which aims to determine partially and simultaneously the influence of the independent variable on the dependent variable at a confidence level of 95% (α = 0.05). The results of research based on tests, both partial and simultaneous, explain that there is a significant influence of service quality variables and ease of transactions on customer satisfaction at BSI KCP USK 1 Banda Aceh.Keywords : Service quality, ease of transaction, mobile banking, customer satisfaction

Abstract

This study aims to examine whether of influence business capital and entrepreneurial knowledge affect the performance of MSME in Syiah Kuala District, Banda Aceh City.  The research method used is a quantitative. The population of this research is all MSME in Syiah Kuala District, Banda Aceh City, the population of which is 3.706 MSME units. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling and using the Slovin formula, namely 97 MSMEs. The data collection method uses a questionnaire distributed to MSMEs actors. The data analysis techniques used in this research descriptive statistic, multiple linear regression analysis, and hypothesis test both partially (t test) and simultaneously (F test) using SPSS application. The results of the study show that business capital and entrepreneurial knowledge have a positive and significant effect on the performance of MSMEs in Syiah Kuala District, Banda Aceh City, both partially and simultaneously.

Abstract

This community service initiative aims to raise awareness among the youth in Aceh, particularly students at SMKS Farmasi Cut Meutia, about the importance and application of Islamic finance in the digital economy. The goal is to enhance their understanding of sharia-based financial systems and empower them to embrace these principles in their future financial decisions. The project involves a one-day outreach program at SMKS Farmasi Cut Meutia Banda Aceh, where 87 students participated in a series of lectures and interactive discussions on Islamic finance, its role in the economy, and the challenges and opportunities in the digital financial landscape. The activity also included an online quiz with prizes to engage participants. The program successfully increased the participants' knowledge of Islamic finance and its practical applications in the digital economy. Most students, previously unfamiliar with Islamic finance, gained both theoretical and practical insights into its principles. The event boosted participants' confidence in understanding and applying these concepts, with many expressing interested in similar. The outreach was limited to a single institution and a small sample size, and thus may not fully represent the broader youth population in Aceh. Future initiatives could expand to include more schools and regions.
