Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of compensation, teamwork, and organizational culture on job satisfaction and its impact on the performance of employees of Bank Muamalat Branch of Banda Aceh. The study included all employees of Bank Muamalat Branch of Banda Aceh totaling 119 respondents. The data analysis method used is Partial Least Square (PLS) with 5.0 WarpPLS program. The results showed that compensation, teamwork, organizational culture, and job satisfaction have partial and significant effect on the performance of employees with the highest coefficient value contained in job satisfaction is 0.76. Then compensation, teamwork, and organizational culture have partial effect on job satisfaction while organizational culture variable gain highest coefficient of 0.74. The test results show that the model of the indirect effect of job satisfaction partially mediates the relationship between each of the independent variables on the performance of employees. The test model of direct effect to simultaneously show there is influence of variable compensation, teamwork, and organizational culture on employee performance and job satisfaction. And the full model test results show that compensation, teamwork, and organizational culture has silmultan effect on job satisfaction and impact on employee performance. The effect of compensation and organizational culture on employee performance remained significant with a coefficient respectively 0.15 and 0.18. While the influence of teamwork on performance is insignificant and the coefficient of p = 0.27. The influence of job satisfaction on the significant performance with a coefficient of 0.50. The results of this study provide managerial implications that efforts to improve employee performance and job satisfaction can be done with the increase in compensation, teamwork, and organizational culture

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of price, product quality, and location on consumer buying interest at Pak Nu's meatball stall in Banda Aceh. The problem that arises is whether price, product quality, and location affect consumer buying interest? Thus, this study aims to determine the effect of price, product quality, and location on consumer buying interest simultaneously or partially. The method used is Multiple Linear Regression Analysis. The results obtained are expected to provide an explanation of the relationship between the independent variables on the dependent variable. The research sample selected according to the criteria amounted to 100 samples. The sampling technique is purposive and the data used is the source of the data used, namely the primary data obtained from the results of filling out the questionnaire. The results of this quantitative study indicate that the price partially has a significant effect on consumer buying interest at Pak Nu's meatball stall in Banda Aceh where the value of tCount greater than ttable that is tCount (2,203) > ttable (1,984). Product quality partially affects buying interest at Pak Nu's meatball stall in Banda Aceh where the value of tCount greater than ttable That is tCount (2,600) > ttable (1,984). Location partially has no effect on buying interest at Pak Nu's meatball stall in Banda Aceh where the value of tCount greater than ttable that is tcount (3,662) < ttable (1,984) price, product quality and location simultaneously affect buying interest at Pak Nu's meatball stall in Banda Aceh where the value of Fcount greater than Ftable that is Fcount (7,999) > Ftable (2,70).

Abstract

Tujuan Penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh pemberian reward, dan pelaksanaan punishment terhadap Kinerja pegawai Dinas Pendidikan Kabupaten Nagan Raya. Lokasi Penelitian dilakukan di Kantor Dinas Pendidikan Kabupaten Nagan Raya, dengan populasi 83 orang PNS. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah sampling jenuh. Dalam penelitian ini jumlah sampel adalah 83 orang, artinya keseluruhan populasi dijadikan sampel atau disebut penelitian sensus atau sampel jenuh. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa variabel reward (X1) diperoleh nilai thitung sebesar 2,313, Sedangkan variable punishment (X2) diperoleh nilai thitung. Sebesar 2,491. Sehingga menunjukkan bahwa ttabel > t cari = 1,99006, dengan demikian terima Ha tolak Ho. Untuk uji simultan F sebesar 6,345, > Fcari 3,11. Serta besarnya pengaruh koefisien determinasi (R2) sebesar 73,70% dimana kinerja pegawai dipengaruhi oleh reward (X1), dan punishment (X2). Kesimpulan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variable pemberian reward (X1) menjelaskan bahwa semakin baik reward yang dirasakan oleh para pegawai maka semakin tinggi pula kinerja pegawai. Sedangkan variable pelaksanaan punishment (X2) memperlihatkan bahwa pelaksanaan punishment secara tepat kepada pegawai yang melakukan kesalahan maka akan meningkatkan kesadaran para pegawai untuk tidak mengulangi kesalahan yang dilakukan sehingga kinerja pera pegawai akan semakin meningkat.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of competence and work discipline on employee performance at the Aceh Energy and Mineral Resources Office. The sample size of this study was 58 employees. The results of the research on the partial test of competency variables affect employee performance at the Aceh Energy and Mineral Resources Office. Work Discipline affects the performance of employees at the Aceh Energy and Mineral Resources Office. Then the Simultaneous Test between competency and work discipline variables influences employee performance at the Aceh Energy and Mineral Resources Office. Partially, competence affects employee performance at the Aceh Energy and Mineral Resources Service with a value of tcount (2.395) greater than ttable (2.004). Partially, work discipline affects employee performance at the Aceh Energy and Mineral Resources Office with a value of tcount (3.557) more than the value of ttable (2.004). Simultaneously competence and work discipline affect employee performance at the Aceh Energy and Mineral Resources Office with a Fcount (13.578) greater than Ftable (3.168).

Abstract

The study's goal is to investigate the impact of salary, competition, and job enjoyment on workers' perceptions of job productivity. The sample size of this study is 21 workers from PT Era Permata Sejahtera Banda Aceh. The results of the partial testing of salary variables have a significant positive impact on job productivity. The competition has an influence on the job productivity of the employees. Partially, salary and competition have a significant positive impact on job productivity, but not on job enjoyment. Simultaneously, salary, competition, and job enjoyment have a significant influence on the employee's productivity.Keywords: salary, competition, job enjoyment, job productivity

Abstract

This study is aimed to analyze the influence of compensation, work discipline and motivation toward the employee work productivity at PT. Era Permata Sejahtera Banda Aceh. The sample of this study was 20 employees. The result of the partial test on compensation influenced the employee work productivity at PT. Era Permata Sejahtera Banda Aceh. Work discipline influenced employee work productivity at PT. Era Permata Sejahtera Banda Aceh. However, motivation did not influence the employee work productivity at PT. Era Permata Sejahtera Banda Aceh. Furthermore, the Simultaneous Test among compensation, work discipline and motivation significantly affected the employee work productivity at PT. Era Permata Sejahtera Banda Aceh. As the result, compensation partially has an effect on the employee work productivity at PT. Era Permata Sejahtera Banda Aceh with a value of tcount (3,989) which is greater than ttable (1,662). Work discipline partially influenced the employee work productivity at PT. Era Permata Sejahtera Banda Aceh with a value of tcount (4,364) more than the value of ttable (1,662). Motivation partially did not affect the employee work productivity at PT. Era Permata Sejahtera Banda Aceh with a value of tcount (1,989) more than the value of ttable (1,662). Moreover, competency, work discipline and motivation have simultaneously affected the employee work productivity at PT. Era Permata Sejahtera Banda Aceh with a value of Fcount (43,486) greater than Ftable (2,709).

Abstract

Fenomena banyaknya karyawan yang enggan memberikan kinerja terbaik mereka terhadap organisasi menimbulkan pertanyaan bagaimanakah komitmen karyawan terhadap organisasinya dan bagaimana pengaruh motivasi kerja dan kompensasi berperan di dalamnya. Hasil penelitian terdahulu yang beragam dan masih terbatasnya topik tentang komitmen organisas yang mendasari penelitian ini dilakukan. Fokus penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis lebih mendalam tentang komitmen organisasi yang dipengaruhi oleh motivasi kerja dan kompensasi pada karyawan. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 37 responden. Hasil penelitian ini menemukan bahwa baik secara parsial maupun secara simultan motivasi kerja dan kompensasi berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap komitmen organisasi karyawan. Berdasarkan hasil tersebut, diharapkan organisasi memperhatikan kompensasi yang diberikan dan terus memotivasi karyawan agar menghasilkan kinerja yang lebih baik.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of training and experience on employee work creativity at the PLN UP3 Banda Aceh Office. The sample size for this research was 54 employees. The results of the partial test research showed that the training variable had an influence on employee work creativity at the PLN UP3 Banda Aceh Office. The work experience variable influences employee work creativity at the PLN UP3 Banda Aceh Office. Then the Simultaneous Test between training and work experience variables influences employee work creativity at the PLN UP3 Banda Aceh Office. Partially, training has an effect on employee work creativity at the PLN UP3 Banda Aceh Office with a value of tcount (6,554) which is greater than ttable (1,645). Partially, work experience has an influence on employee work creativity at the PLN UP3 Banda Aceh Office with a value of tcount (2,324) which is greater than ttable (1,645). Abstract

The objective of this study is to determine the influence of job satisfaction and self-efficacy, both partially and simultaneously, on the performance of employees at the Ministry of Religious Affairs Office in Banda Aceh City. The sample size for this study consists of 98 respondents. The research method employed is quantitative. Data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using a multiple linear regression model. Hypothesis testing was conducted using multiple linear regression analysis, F-test, and t-test to determine the partial and simultaneous effects of the independent variables on the dependent variable. The results of the study indicate that job satisfaction has a significant partial effect on employee performance at the Ministry of Religious Affairs Office in Banda Aceh City. Self-efficacy, on the other hand, does not have a significant partial effect on employee performance at the same office. However, job satisfaction and self-efficacy together have a very significant simultaneous effect on employee performance at the Ministry of Religious Affairs Office in Banda Aceh City. The conclusion based on the simultaneous test shows that job satisfaction and self-efficacy together have a very significant effect on employee performance at the Ministry of Religious Affairs Office in Banda Aceh City.
