This study aims to see the effect of banking zakat expenditure, company size and Islamic Social Responsibility on profitability. The data of this research uses the financial report data Annual Report or the annual report of each Islamic Commercial Bank for the period 2016-2019. This study uses a quantitative research approach with data analysis methods using multiple linear regression models. Hypothesis testing is done by statistical tests, namely partial test (t-test) and simultaneous test (F-test) with a significance level of 5%. Simultaneous test results show that banking zakat expenditure, company size and ISR simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on profitability. Partially, the bank zakat expenditure variable has a positive and significant impact on profitability, while the company size variable and ISR have no effect on profitability at Islamic Commercial Banks. Keywords: Zakat Expenditures, Company Size, ISR, Profitability.

Artikel ini mengeksplorasi fenomena disrupsi di bidang Manajemen Sumber Daya Manusia (SDM). Disrupsi ini dipicu oleh berbagai faktor, seperti kemajuan teknologi, perubahan demografi tenaga kerja, dan globalisasi. Penelitian ini mengkaji dampak disrupsi ini terhadap praktik SDM tradisional dan mengeksplorasi strategi yang dapat digunakan organisasi untuk beradaptasi dengan perubahan ini. Artikel ini menggunakan pendekatan eksplorasi kuantitatif dengan bantuan mesin pencarian Harzing Publis or Perish dan Mendeley melalui penelusuran publikasi di Scopus dalam rentang waktu 2014-2024 yang berkaitan dengan disrupsi di tempat kerja. Hasil penelusuran terhadap lebih dari 200 literatur yang berkaitan dengan disrupsi di tempat kerja menunjukkan bahwa disrupsi memiliki dampak yang signifikan terhadap praktik SDM. Organisasi perlu beradaptasi dengan perubahan ini dengan menerapkan strategi baru, seperti menggunakan teknologi untuk mengotomatisasi tugas SDM, menciptakan budaya kerja yang lebih fleksibel, dan mengembangkan program pelatihan dan pengembangan yang baru. Penelitian yang berkaitan dengan disrupsi di tempat kerja memberikan kontribusi yang signifikan untuk bidang SDM dengan memberikan pemahaman yang lebih baik tentang fenomena disrupsi dan strategi yang dapat digunakan organisasi untuk beradaptasi dengan perubahan saat ini. Penelitian yang mengeksplorasi disrupsi di tempat kerja juga memiliki implikasi praktis bagi para profesional SDM, yang perlu memperbarui pengetahuan dan keterampilan mereka agar dapat beradaptasi dengan lingkungan kerja yang baru.

This article aims to overview the opportunity to deliver a brand-new offering from tourism destination that is tourism circularity. Whereby, destination management organization might set a purposeful goal of making destination leaner toward generating circular value creation from each industrial players and stakeholders. Besides, the circularity value of tourism may also contribute to reducing waste and lasting the use of resources within tourism and hospitality industry. Literature review was used as a method by collecting articles relating to tourism and circular economy and value creation to enable to develop a solid understanding on its relationship. This article is to contribute to the extension of discourses and implementation of circular economy value creation for tourism destination in Indonesia. An adopted model of stakeholder value creation and tourism circular economy were developed in a way to produce a brand-new offering.

Abstract The aim of this research is to determine the influence of prices and promotions through social media on consumer purchasing decisions for coffee Lain Hati Banda Aceh, both partially and simultaneously. The total sample for this research was 99 respondents. Research data was collected through questionnaires distributed to respondents. Research data was analyzed using a multiple linear regression model. Hypothesis testing uses F test analysis and t test to determine the influence of the independent variable on the dependent variable simultaneously and partially at a confidence level of 95% (α = 0.05). The results of research based on simultaneous tests show that the variables Price and Promotion via Social media have a significant effect on Consumer Purchase Decisions of Banda Aceh's Lain Hati Coffee. The partial test also shows that the Price variable has a significant effect on the Purchase Decision of the Banda Aceh Other Hati Coffee Consumers and the Promotion variable through Social Media has a significant effect on the Purchase Decision of the Banda Aceh Other Hati Coffee Consumers. The aim of this research is to determine the influence of service quality and ease of transactions in using Mobile Banking on Customer Satisfaction at Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI) Sub Branch Office (KCP) Syiah Kuala University (USK) 1 Banda Aceh. The total sample for this research was 100 respondents. The analysis used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis, and hypothesis testing is carried out using the t test (partial) and F test (simultaneous) which aims to determine partially and simultaneously the influence of the independent variable on the dependent variable at a confidence level of 95% (α = 0.05). The results of research based on tests, both partial and simultaneous, explain that there is a significant influence of service quality variables and ease of transactions on customer satisfaction at BSI KCP USK 1 Banda Aceh.Keywords : Service quality, ease of transaction, mobile banking, customer satisfaction

This study aims to examine whether of influence business capital and entrepreneurial knowledge affect the performance of MSME in Syiah Kuala District, Banda Aceh City. The research method used is a quantitative. The population of this research is all MSME in Syiah Kuala District, Banda Aceh City, the population of which is 3.706 MSME units. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling and using the Slovin formula, namely 97 MSMEs. The data collection method uses a questionnaire distributed to MSMEs actors. The data analysis techniques used in this research descriptive statistic, multiple linear regression analysis, and hypothesis test both partially (t test) and simultaneously (F test) using SPSS application. The results of the study show that business capital and entrepreneurial knowledge have a positive and significant effect on the performance of MSMEs in Syiah Kuala District, Banda Aceh City, both partially and simultaneously.

This study aims to analyze the influence of commitment and organizational culture on the Performance of Civil Servants at the Banda Aceh City Education and Culture Office. The research sample was 59 civil servants at the Banda Aceh City Education and Culture Office using census techniques. Data analysis used statistical analysis of correlation and multiple regression models with the help of SPSS 25 Software. The results of the analysis showed that simultaneously there was an influence between commitment and organizational culture on Civil Servant Performance. The results of the F test obtained the F count> F table or (4.269> 2.77) and the significant test that the p value was 0.001 < p set at 0.05 which means significant. The partial test results show that: 1. Commitment has an effect on Civil Servant Performance with T count 3.896> T table 1.672 and p value 0.004 < from p 0.05 means significant. 2. Organizational culture influences the performance of civil servants with Tcount 2.253> Ttable 1.672 and p value 0.008

This community service initiative aims to raise awareness among the youth in Aceh, particularly students at SMKS Farmasi Cut Meutia, about the importance and application of Islamic finance in the digital economy. The goal is to enhance their understanding of sharia-based financial systems and empower them to embrace these principles in their future financial decisions. The project involves a one-day outreach program at SMKS Farmasi Cut Meutia Banda Aceh, where 87 students participated in a series of lectures and interactive discussions on Islamic finance, its role in the economy, and the challenges and opportunities in the digital financial landscape. The activity also included an online quiz with prizes to engage participants. The program successfully increased the participants' knowledge of Islamic finance and its practical applications in the digital economy. Most students, previously unfamiliar with Islamic finance, gained both theoretical and practical insights into its principles. The event boosted participants' confidence in understanding and applying these concepts, with many expressing interested in similar. The outreach was limited to a single institution and a small sample size, and thus may not fully represent the broader youth population in Aceh. Future initiatives could expand to include more schools and regions.
