Abstract

This study aims to determine the moderating effect of family environment on the relationship between financial literacy and risk perception on stock investment decisions for young couples in Denpasar City. The population in this study were all young married couples in Denpasar City. The technique used in selecting samples for this study was a nonprobability sampling method with a purposive sampling technique. The criteria included in the sample category are young people who are married and married, which obtained a sample of 168 people. The data analysis technique used in this study is Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA) using the SPSS (Statistical Product and Service Solution) program. The results showed that financial literation and risk perception positively affect the stock investment decisions of young couples in Denpasar City. It means that the higher the level of understanding of financial literacy and understanding of risk perception owned by young couples in Denpasar City, the stronger the decision to invest in stocks. In addition, it is known that the family environment cannot moderate the financial literation factor. However, the family environment can moderate the risk perception variable, weakening the understanding of risk perception on the stock investment decisions of young couples in Denpasar City.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to analyse the COVID-19 pandemic impacts on tourism in Kuta beach, Badung regency, Bali Province. This is a naturalistic qualitative inquiry with  the purposive sampling method used to the informants. As the key instruments are the researchers through in-depth interviews, observations, and literature studies. The qualitative data analysis used descriptive interpretative was applied to understand the tourism condition in Kuta beach due to the COVID-19 pandemic. The findings show the pandemic affected tourist activities in Kuta Beach, including businesses, such as surfboard training and rental, restaurants, and accommodation.  The pandemic impacted income declines, tourism businesses closure, and layoffs Business actors expect the pandemic to end soon to increase foreign tourists to Bali. Even thought there are domestic tourists who visited, but feel not effective to recovery their business. Insights from this research also finding the local government with support from the central government in Jakarta try replaced tourism as the leading sector with agriculture. Hence, appears the government not contribute to recovery yet and doubt to make decision.

Abstract

The purpose of implementing this community service program is to strengthen the capacity of BUMDes Madasar in Dauh Peken Village, Tabanan Regency, through three main areas of intervention: financial literacy, business cooperation strategies, and digital marketing. Assistance was provided to support the preparation of financial reports in accordance with SAK EMKM standards, which are essential for accountability and transparency in business management. BUMDes Madasar, as a newly developing institution with small-scale business units, has limited managerial capacity and technical expertise, especially in financial reporting. Through participatory training, administrators learned to prepare cash flow statements, profit and loss reports, and simple balance sheets. Evaluation results showed that 87.5% of participants could independently prepare financial reports, indicating significant knowledge improvement. In terms of business strategy, mentoring focused on enhancing cooperation with third parties to expand business units and increase village income. Training included partnership simulations, proposal development, and drafting agreements, with 62.5% of participants successfully initiating collaboration with private partners. This capacity strengthens BUMDes’ bargaining position and creates broader opportunities for business growth. Furthermore, digital marketing assistance introduced administrators to social media platforms, online marketplaces, and content creation tools. Post-training evaluations showed that 87.5% of participants expressed a strong need for social media marketing strategies, highlighting the relevance of this intervention. By utilizing digital platforms, BUMDes Madasar is now better equipped to increase its competitiveness and product visibility.

Abstract

Purpose:In the competitive business world, customer satisfaction is the main focus for companies. It is not just a goal but also the key to attracting and retaining consumers. This study investigates the influence of service quality and employee performance on customer satisfaction at the Maja Langu Savings and Loans Cooperative, Denpasar.Methodology:64 respondents were successfully obtained by applying the purposive random sampling method and considered representative of the overall sample. Data analysis was carried out using multiple linear regression after undergoing instrument and classical assumption tests. The approach used is quantitative, with a questionnaire as the data collection instrument.Findings:The research results show that service quality and employee performance positively and significantly impact customer satisfaction at KSP Maja Langu, Denpasar. These two factors individually have a positive and significant influence on customer satisfactionImplication:These findings have important implications for the management and employees of KSP Maja Langu in maintaining and increasing customer satisfaction. Improving service quality and employee performance will help increase customer satisfaction at the Maja Langu Denpasar Savings and Loans Cooperative.

Abstract

Atap merupakan bagian terpenting dari sebuah rumah karena atap melindungi pemilik rumah dari sinar matahari dan hujan. Banyak cara untuk membuat atap rumah yaitu salah satunya adalah dengan menggunakan genteng. Genteng terbuat dari berbagai macam material salah satunya adalah tanah liat. Program Kemitraan Masyarakat (PKM) ini dilatarbelakangi oleh banyaknya usaha genteng di Pejaten yang merupakan suatu usaha turun temurun yang sejatinya memiliki potensi untuk dikembangkan menjadi destinasi wisata alternatif. Genteng khas pejaten dikenal sampai masyarakat luar Bali. Program Kemitraan Masyarakat merupakan suatu wadah untuk membantu mitra dalam mengembangkan usahanya. Tujuan program kemitraan masyarakat ini adalah membantu mitra dalam membuat pembukuan atau catatan terkait dengan transaksi pendapatan, pengeluaran, dan biaya produksi, harga pokok produksi, sehingga mitra mengetahui secara pasti  laba dan rugi usaha. Selain itu juga mitra juga mampu memahami tata kelola perusahaan terutama dalam hal menetukan strategi produksi dan pemasaran. Tujuan selanjutnya adalah mitra memiliki sistem pemasaran yang baik.

Abstract

Desa landih memiliki Keadaan geografis yang mendukung yakni beriklim sejuk dan dingin menjadikan Desa tersebut sebagai salah satu desa penghasil produk tani dan perkebunan yang baik di Kabupaten Bangli. Kesuburan tanah dan banyaknya lahan pertanian dan perkebunan menjadi peluang bagi masyarakat desa untuk mendapatkan pendapatan tambahan. Kondisi ini membuat para ibu-ibu desa landih membuat kelompok Wanita tani untuk membantu perekonomian keluarga. Adapun kelompok usaha yang dijadikan mitra pada program pengabdian kepada masyarakat 2023 bernama Kelompok Wanita Tani “Sari Murni” yang diketuai oleh Ketut Hasil. Permasalahan yang dihadapi oleh mitra meliputi: 1) keterbatasan dalam proses pencatatan transaksi serta kesulitan dalam menentukan aliran kas masuk dan keluar. 2) Keterbatasan dalam pendistribusian pemasaran produk yang masih secara konvensional, sehingga skup pangsa pasar yang masih terbilang kecil. 3) Keterbatasan dalam mengelola ternak babi, untuk pendapatan tambahan keluarga. Solusi yang dapat diberikan untuk permasalahan mitra adalah 1) Pelatihan Pencatatan Transaksi Keuangan serta Penyediaan Sistem Pencatatan Keuangan Ter-digitalisasi 2) sosialiasi mengenai pemberdayaan ekonomi untuk Wanita tani, 3) pendampingan dalam sosialisasi pentingnya manajemen Kesehatan ternak.
