Abstract

This research aims to optimize the application of primary nursing care methods, which positively impact nursing care services for patients and nurses. This research method uses a case study approach with interviews, observations, document reviews, and surveys and uses fishbone analysis for problem analysis. The research results show that the implementation of primary nursing care methods in hospitals can be optimized by increasing human resources (all nursing staff) in terms of understanding and increasing knowledge, which is updated regularly, improving the organizing, monitoring, and evaluating functions of room heads and increasing the role of primary nurses as preceptors. In conclusion, increasing nursing human resources in understanding and expanding regularly updated knowledge can maximize the application of direct nursing care. Abstract

This study aims to identify and analyze bedside handover problems using the role and function management approach. The research method used is a case study through analysis with a fishbone diagram, compiling innovations with Lewin's 3-step model approach. The results showed an increase in bedside handover compliance from 44% to 94.25%, the ineffectiveness of SBAR communication affected the observation results, verbally nurses understood the SOP for bedside handover, with the planning of the head of the room. In conclusion, there are obstacles and barriers to implementing this innovation such as the head of the room who also handles patients because there is an increase in patients and staff who are absent due to illness, CI / Katim / PPJA who handle patients with the same number as associate nurses so that the socialization and supervision process carried out in stages is not optimal. Abstract

Hiperkolesterolemia merupakan salah satu masalah kesehatan utama pada lansia yang meningkatkan risiko penyakit jantung dan stroke. Meskipun terapi farmakologis banyak digunakan, pendekatan non-farmakologis berbasis pangan alami seperti buah-buahan semakin diminati. Apel hijau dan buah naga merah masing-masing diketahui memiliki potensi menurunkan kolesterol, namun penelitian terkait efek kombinasi keduanya masih terbatas. Mengetahui pengaruh pemberian kombinasi jus buah apel hijau dan buah naga merah terhadap penurunan kadar kolesterol pada lansia. Metode: Penelitian ini merupakan kuasi-eksperimen dengan desain one group pre-test and post-test tanpa kelompok kontrol. Sampel sebanyak 18 lansia dengan hiperkolesterolemia yang tidak mengonsumsi obat penurun kolesterol diberikan intervensi berupa jus kombinasi apel hijau dan buah naga merah 250 ml setiap pagi selama 7 hari. Kadar kolesterol diukur sebelum dan sesudah intervensi menggunakan GCU meter. Analisis data menggunakan uji paired t-test. Rata-rata kadar kolesterol sebelum intervensi sebesar 227,44 mg/dL menurun menjadi 198,83 mg/dL setelah intervensi, dengan penurunan sebesar 28,61 mg/dL (p = 0,000). Kesimpulan: Kombinasi jus buah apel hijau dan buah naga merah efektif menurunkan kadar kolesterol pada lansia. Intervensi ini berpotensi menjadi alternatif terapi non-farmakologis yang murah, mudah, dan aman untuk pengelolaan hiperkolesterolemia di tingkat komunitas.

Abstract

Implementation of quality improvement in hospitals is still unsatisfactory. One of the causes of this problemis the inadequate implementation of nursing audits by the nursing committee. This study aims to identify theimplementation of the nursing profession audit at Hospital A, West Jakarta. The method used is a pilot studyin the nursing room with the involvement of manager nurses and clinical nurses as many as 140 nurses. Theanalysis from the assessment stage, interviews, observation, distributing questionnaires and focus groupdiscussions, and fishbone analysis found that the nursing profession audit was the task of the nursingsubcommittee that was being improved. The implementation carried out is the latest creation, the auditorteam, audit tools and the implementation of nursing audits. Result: The audit was carried out by determiningthe topic of handover between shifts. The not yet optimal implementation of handover between shifts is theresult of the nursing audit. The conclusion has been that the preparation of a new audit of nursing qualityhas been carried out in RS A, the formation of an auditor team and the compilation of tools in implementingnursing audits. The nursing profession quality audit has been carried out on the topic of handover betweenshifts and the result is that the handover between shifts is optimized. Recommendations for the latest nursingaudits validation, conducting nursing audits on topics according to the needs of the nursing committee andperiodic re-audits.

Abstract

Abstrak TikTok menjadi media sosial populer yang berpotensi menimbulkan kecanduan, terutama pada mahasiswa. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui hubungan antara stres akademik dan harga diri dengan kecanduan TikTok pada mahasiswa S1 Keperawatan angkatan XIV di STIKes Pertamedika. Desain penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif korelasionaTikTokl dengan pendekatan cross-sectional. Sebanyak 77 responden dipilih melalui total sampling. Instrumen yang digunakan meliputi Student-Life Stress Inventory (SLSI), kuesioner Rosenberg Self-Esteem Scale (RSES), dan kuesioner Social Media Addiction Scale-Student Form (SMAS-SF) Hasil analisis menggunakan chi square menunjukkan stres akademik berhubungan dengan kecanduan TikTok (p value = 0,042) dan adanya hubungan antara harga diri dengan kecanduan TikTok (p value = 0,039). diperlukan strategi untuk mengurangi stres akademik dan meningkatkan harga diri guna mencegah kecanduan media sosial.   Kata Kunci: Mahasiswa, Stress  Akademik, Harga Diri, Kecanduan Penggunaan Media Sosial, Tiktok
