Abstract

Abstract: This research aims to find out how to form discipline and independence in generation-Z, as well as collaborative efforts with parents and society to shape Islamic character in generation-Z. On the other hand, this research also discusses the role of leadership in Islamic education that can contribute to improving the quality of generation-Z, often called the "strawberry" generation, a term often used to refer to a generation that is considered fragile in facing life's challenges. This research uses the library research method. The instruments used are data collected from various sources such as scientific journals, books, seminar papers and other publications, both offline and online. Data were analyzed using a descriptive qualitative model consisting of data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The research results show that Generation Z's discipline and independence can be formed through a supportive educational environment, challenges, responsibility, active participation and positive support. Collaboration with parents and the community plays a role in forming Islamic character through open communication, family education and religious activities. Leadership in Islamic education includes relevant curriculum, integration of Islamic values, use of technology, improving teacher quality, and collaboration with parents and the community.Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui caranya membentuk kedisiplinan dan kemandirian pada generasi-Z, serta upaya kolaboratif dengan orang tua dan masyarakat untuk membentuk karakter islami pada generasi-Z. Disisi lain, penelitian ini juga membahas peran kepemimpinan dalam pendidikan islam dapat berkontribusi dalam meningkatkan kualitas generasi-Z, sering juga disebut generasi “stroberi”, istilah yang sering digunakan untuk merujuk pada generasi yang dianggap rapuh dalam menghadapi tantangan hidup. Penelitian ini menggunakan Metode library research. Instrumen yang digunakan berupa data yang dikumpulkan dari berbagai sumber seperti jurnal ilmiah, buku, makalah seminar dan publikasi lainnya, baik offline maupun online. Data dianalisis menggunakan model kualitatif deskriptif yang terdiri dari pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa disiplin dan kemandirian Generasi Z dapat dibentuk melalui lingkungan pendidikan yang mendukung, tantangan, tanggung jawab, partisipasi aktif, dan dukungan positif. Kolaborasi dengan orang tua dan masyarakat berperan membentuk karakter Islami melalui komunikasi terbuka, pendidikan keluarga, dan kegiatan keagamaan. Kepemimpinan pendidikan Islam mencakup kurikulum relevan, integrasi nilai Islam, pemanfaatan teknologi, peningkatan kualitas guru, serta kerja sama dengan orang tua dan masyarakat.

Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to analyze the influence of discipline, work environment, and work culture on the implementation of digital attendance via mobile phones in Central Lombok, as technology plays an increasing role in the efficiency of school administration. This study used a correlational quantitative approach with multiple linear regression analysis, involving 39 respondents consisting of teachers and principals. The results of the analysis show that the regression model simultaneously has a significant effect on the implementation of digital attendance, with a coefficient of determination (R²) of 0.227, which means that the three variables contribute 22.7% to the variation in the implementation of digital attendance. Partially, only work culture showed a statistically significant effect (p < 0.05), while discipline and work environment were not significant. Work culture contributes through the formation of values of professionalism, openness to technology, and collective commitment in carrying out tasks accountably, which supports the consistent use of digital attendance systems. The implications of these findings suggest that strengthening the technology-based work culture is a key factor in the successful implementation of digital systems in the school environment. Further research is recommended to explore additional variables such as digital literacy and leadership style to expand the understanding of the factors that influence the effectiveness of digital attendance.Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kedisiplinan, lingkungan kerja, dan budaya kerja terhadap pelaksanaan absensi digital melalui HP di Lombok Tengah, seiring meningkatnya peran teknologi dalam efisiensi administrasi sekolah. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif korelasional dengan analisis regresi linier berganda, melibatkan 39 responden yang terdiri dari guru dan kepala sekolah. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa model regresi secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap pelaksanaan absensi digital, dengan nilai koefisien determinasi (R²) sebesar 0,227, yang berarti ketiga variabel menyumbang 22,7% terhadap variasi pelaksanaan absensi digital. Secara parsial, hanya budaya kerja yang menunjukkan pengaruh signifikan secara statistik (p < 0,05), sedangkan kedisiplinan dan lingkungan kerja tidak signifikan. Budaya kerja berkontribusi melalui pembentukan nilai-nilai profesionalisme, keterbukaan terhadap teknologi, dan komitmen kolektif dalam menjalankan tugas secara akuntabel, yang mendukung konsistensi penggunaan sistem absensi digital. Implikasi dari temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa penguatan budaya kerja berbasis teknologi menjadi faktor kunci dalam keberhasilan implementasi sistem digital di lingkungan sekolah. Penelitian lanjutan disarankan untuk mengeksplorasi variabel tambahan seperti literasi digital dan gaya kepemimpinan untuk memperluas pemahaman tentang faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi efektivitas absensi digital.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of online learning in teacher professional education on the digital competence of kindergarten teachers in Central Lombok Regency. The research employed a quantitative approach with a correlational method. The subjects consisted of 30 participants, including kindergarten teachers and principals. The instrument used was a Likert-scale questionnaire comprising 12 items per variable. Data were collected through Google Forms and analyzed using descriptive statistics and simple linear regression with the assistance of JASP software. The results indicate that online learning has a positive and significant effect on teachers' digital competence, with a coefficient of determination (R²) of 0.506 and a significance level of p < 0.001. These findings suggest that the effectiveness of online learning in teacher professional education plays an important role in improving the digital capabilities of kindergarten teachers. Therefore, strengthening relevant and contextual online learning strategies should be a priority in the future development of teacher education programs.
