Abstract

AbstrakAccording to the majority religious groups, in truth, always give priority boarding to the authority ta’dzim culture and a religious teacher Tgk, the more their binding normative frame, such as the doctrine of al-Muta’alim Ta’lim book, which does not allow the conflict in it. However, that happens, the social dynamics of schools that still apply the system of management of the potential sources based on a figure of clerics (as a role model at the same time policy makers), is actually very vulnerable to grow a conflict. As is the case in traditional Islamic boarding schools and semi-modern, conflicts occur, especially when the clerics who plays as the founder and owner of boarding dies, or when the pesantren, the founder or the resume, the teachers, caregivers, or also the family become involved in affairs outside of schools, for example, state, politics and others. By using descriptive analysis method with dispute resolution theory, then, is clearly visible how the settlement of conflict resolution in schools are often taken with unique ways, including through intermarriage boarding, istighotsah, haul and akhirussanah. By stage of conflict resolution through the streets silaturrahmi as a process of conflict prevention, bahtsul matsa’il as the emphasis and peyekatan conflict, Tabayun as the process of setting and managing conflict and reconciliation as the final process of conflict resolutionKeyword: Pesantren, Perdamaian , Aceh

And Indonesia is a country with the largest Muslim population in the world, with the majority adhering to the teachings of ahlussunnah wal jama'ah (aswaja). This article reviews the efforts made by Educational Institutions to ground Aswaja's identity. In particular, the cultivation of the Aswaja identity was carried out to ward off the Transnational Islamic movement which is currently rife among teenagers, especially in educational institutions. This article examines the implementation of Aswaja learning material at Islamic Junior High School Nurul Islam. This implementation is an effort to strengthen the understanding of Wasatiyah Islam among students so that it is not easy to get caught up in radical takfiri teachings. This study uses field research (field research) with qualitative methods. The approach used in this research is a descriptive research approach. The results of the study showed that the implementation of the Aswaja material at Islamic Junior High School was carried out through three stages including planning, review, evaluation, and outreach to student guardians. In addition, the application of this Aswaja material contributes to increasing students' understanding of Wasatiyah Islam including its history, religious beliefs adopted, its amaliyah teachings, as well as other understandings that conflict with Aswaja or Wasatiyah Islam.

Abstract

Recently, the Indonesian Muslim community has been shocked by the government's policy to use the AstraZeneca Vaccine to minimize the negative impact of Corona Virus Disease 10 (Covid-19). This policy is permitted by the Fatwa of the Indonesian Ulema Council (MUI), although it uses trypsin from pigs to make the vaccine. This article explains the legal problems of using the vaccine from a hermeneutic perspective. This research is a literature review using the MUI Fatwa Number 14 of 2021 concerning the Law on the Use of the Covid-19 Vaccine for AstraZeneca Products as primary data and analyzing it descriptively with a hermeneutic approach. The authors found that the MUI Fatwa Number 14 of 2021 was a direct request from the government and was used as a guideline for implementing the AstraZeneca Vaccine for Muslim communities in Indonesia. In determining the fatwa on the permissibility of using the AstraZeneca Vaccine in an emergency to create herd immunity against Covid-19, the MUI Fatwa Commission uses the qiyās and maqāsid al-syarī’ah methods. The use of these two methods can be seen from the citation of several fiqh rules and opinions of previous scholars. Even though there are contradictory responses to the MUI Fatwa, the only difference lies in the concept of istihālah (change of unclean objects to become holy) used by the fatwa institution.
