Indonesia is a country that has great potential for the development of the halal industry. This is certainly one of the biggest opportunities in increasing the halal food industry with the influence of Indonesia's large Muslim population. Indonesia accounts for 12.7% of the world's Muslim population. This research is a descriptive study with qualitative and phenomenological methods. While the data used is library data which is supported by several articles relating to this research. Then analyze the data obtained by providing a descriptive explanation of the form of text, images, and symbols that are connected. The purpose of this study. To increase awareness about halal products in Indonesia, it will be more optimal if there is a government role in handling the development of these products directly and sustainably. One of the methods in developing halal food in Indonesia is to socialize the advantages of halal products that are conceptualized and comply with the criteria of Islamic sharia. This can also be done by researchers, participants, media (mass and print) and educational institutions that are still in the realm of Islam.

This study aims to analyze the influence of the Kiai Leadership Model in Islamic Boarding Schools and the Ujrah System on the Work Productivity of Teachers and Employees at Miftahul Waritsin Vocational School. This study uses quantitative research with data collection techniques through observation, questionnaires and documentation. Data collection uses statistical data analysis research instruments with the aim of testing the hypotheses that have been set. The population in this study were all teachers and employees of SMK Miftahul Waritsin. The sampling technique used is probability sampling, which is a sampling technique that provides equal opportunities for all members of the population to be selected as samples. Then this sampling technique was combined with the cluster random sampling technique, which is a technique for selecting a sample from small unit groups with a total sample taken of 21 teachers and employees at Miftahul Waritsin Vocational School. In processing the data, researchers used the SPSS 28 program. Researchers used multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the results of the research and the results of data analysis and discussion of the results of the data it was concluded that the Kiai Leadership Model (X1) obtained tcount -951 < ttable 1.986 and a significance value (sig) 0.001 <0.05 with this indicating that the Leadership Model variable has no significant effect on Productivity Performance teachers and employees. While the Ujrah System (X2) obtained tcount 429 > ttable 1.986 and a significance value (sig) 0.001 <0.05 which indicates that the Ujrah System variable has a significant effect on the Productivity and Performance of teachers and employees. Recently, the Indonesian Muslim community has been shocked by the government's policy to use the AstraZeneca Vaccine to minimize the negative impact of Corona Virus Disease 10 (Covid-19). This policy is permitted by the Fatwa of the Indonesian Ulema Council (MUI), although it uses trypsin from pigs to make the vaccine. This article explains the legal problems of using the vaccine from a hermeneutic perspective. This research is a literature review using the MUI Fatwa Number 14 of 2021 concerning the Law on the Use of the Covid-19 Vaccine for AstraZeneca Products as primary data and analyzing it descriptively with a hermeneutic approach. The authors found that the MUI Fatwa Number 14 of 2021 was a direct request from the government and was used as a guideline for implementing the AstraZeneca Vaccine for Muslim communities in Indonesia. In determining the fatwa on the permissibility of using the AstraZeneca Vaccine in an emergency to create herd immunity against Covid-19, the MUI Fatwa Commission uses the qiyās and maqāsid al-syarī’ah methods. The use of these two methods can be seen from the citation of several fiqh rules and opinions of previous scholars. Even though there are contradictory responses to the MUI Fatwa, the only difference lies in the concept of istihālah (change of unclean objects to become holy) used by the fatwa institution.

Indonesia is a country that has enormous potential in the halal industry with the largest Muslim population, and is supported by UMKM which have an important part in the Indonesian economy with the largest workforce absorbing 99.9% of the total business actors in Indonesia. If the authority that Indonesia currently has is not immediately utilized, it will be left behind by other countries, because the development of the halal industry is also being followed by other countries even though the majority of these countries are not Muslim and the development of the halal industry continues to increase along with the increasing demand for halal products. . halal, which is a lifestyle. So it is very important to strengthen UMKM. This research uses a qualitative descriptive method and the data used in this research are secondary data sources obtained from research results, articles that discuss topics related to the research theme. The research results show that Indonesia has various potentials to become a market player in the world halal industry, requiring support from sharia-based UMKM that can be globally competitive. MSMEs are able to be globally competitive by strengthening halal certification, in accordance with UUD No. 33 of 2014, strengthening capital requires the contribution of sharia banking as well as strengthening the development of the quality of human resources, namely business actors so that they can always innovate and adapt to business developments and technological developments. A very basic difference in Islamic and conventional banks is the prohibition of the interest system in Islamic Banks and the requirement based on Islamic Sharia Law and the existence of a Sharia Supervisory Board (DPS) at each bank entrusted to manage all forms of Islamic bank operations to remain in the sharia law koredor. The research used in this study is normative research, which is legal research that examines the law of fatwa law of the National Shari'ah Committee (DSN) from all aspects. The type of research used is a type of descriptive research that is clear, detailed and systematic. Fatwa DSN-MUI has binding legal force, so the economic actors of Islamic teachings must obey it. The consequences of this law are based on several provisions that directly or indirectly apply to the laws and regulations. Directly stated in the regulation that fatwa is the princi ple of sharia that must be obeyed. If it does not comply, sharia economic actors will be subject to administrative sanctions.

A competitive and fair market is one of the important principles in Islamic economics. Perfect market competition, which includes transparency of information, absence of monopoly, and freedom to enter or leave the market, is highly regarded in the Islamic economic framework. From an Islamic economic perspective, perfect market competition promotes economic efficiency and social welfare. Information transparency and fairness in economic exchanges are important cornerstones in achieving this goal. Islam emphasises the importance of fairness and honesty in every aspect of life, including in economic activities. Healthy and fair market competition provides equal opportunities for all economic actors to participate and contribute to achieving the common good. The freedom to enter or leave the market also provides the possibility for innovation and sustainable economic growth. The phenomenon of the hijrah movement is now a trend in Muslim middle society. The spread of the hijrah trend shows that this movement has the ability to attract its members, especially targeting young people. This movement is active in conducting millennial religious studies with a modern approach and through online studies through social media as a medium of da'wah da syi'ar. The purpose of this paper is to describe the trend of the migration movement in the city of Jember. The method used in this research is a qualitative approach with a research library. The results showed that the migration and the Muslim Middle-scale community movement were able to target millennial children because the topic of hijrah that was raised attracted more millennial attention, one of which was discussing human relations with Allah, but now the issue is more contextual such as problems with relationships with fellow humans even to fashion.

Permintaan dan penawaran merupakan dua aktivitas yang mendasari kegiatan perekonomian. Permintaan dan penawaran juga merupakan dua kata yang paling sering digunakan oleh para ekonom, keduanya merupakan kekuatan-kekuatan yang membuat perekonomian pasar bekerja. Sedankan mekanise pasar itu sendiri adalah interaksi yang terjadi antra permintaan dari sisi konsumen dan penawaran. Permintaan dan penawaran dalam mempengaruhi pasar dari sisi produsen, sehingga harga yang diciptakan merupakan perpaduan dari kekuatan masing-masing pihak tersebut. Harga yang ditetapkan oleh pedagang dipasar akan sangan berpengaruh terhadap jumlah permintaan. Akan tetapi, penetapan harga para pedagang tergantung juga dari penjual utama dan jumlah barang yang beredar dimasyarakat. Disinilah para pedagang harus pandai-pandai dalam menetapkan harga. Satu sama lain harus berkaitan. Apabila dalam penetapan harga terlalu tinggi atau terlalu rendah, maka pedagang hanya akan mendapat kerugian. Entah itu karena konsumen yang lari ke pedagang sebelah, atau karena harga jual yang ditetapkan pedagang yang sangat rendah

Dalam dunia perbankan banyak produk-produk yang ditawarkan untuk memajukan kredibilitas perbankan itu sendiri agar para nasabah tetap mempercayai perbankan tersebut sebagai Bank yang dapat memberi kenyamanan dan kemudahan bagi para nasabahnya. Internet banking dalam sistem perbankan merupakan salah satu pelayanan jasa Bank yang memungkinkan kepada nasabahnya untuk memperoleh semua informasi yang diinginkan olehnya serta dapat mengakses komunikasi dan melakukan transaksi perbankan melalui jaringan internet sehingga nasabah dapat merasakan bermacam manfaat dalam menggunakan Internet Banking apalagi bagi para pelaku bisnis yang sangat membutuhkan komunikasi yag efektif efesien. Berdasarkan perumusan masalah yang disebutkan di atas maka dapat dirumuskan tujuan penelitian ini sebagai berikut: Pertama, Untuk mengetahui pengaruh Internet Banking terhadap minat nasabah dalam menggunakan Internet Banking. Kedua, Untuk mengetahui pengaruh sosial terhadap minat perilaku menggunakan Internet Banking. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif. Penelitian kualitatif (Qualitative Research). Dimana penelitian ini lebih pada fenomina-fenomina sosial dari pespektif partisipan. Dengan adanya layanan Internet Banking memberikan banyak keuntungan dan kemudahan bagi para nasabah dan perbankan dalam bertransaksi Seperti misalnya, jika ingin membayar tagihan atau mentransfer uang dalam keadaan yang cukup mendesak serta dapat memberikan kenyamanan dalam melakukan transaksi. Banyak nasabah yang mendukung terhadap adanya Internet banking yang dapat memudahkah urusan mereka.
