Abstract

This study aims to analyse business profile factors through human resource profiles, ICT skills, external environmental support and financial literacy skills that affect business sustainability. The research was conducted using a qualitative research design. The data collection method used interview techniques with five informants from MSME actors in Manding Village, Temanggung, Central Java and triangulated sources to analyse the validity of the data. The results of this study show a description of the condition of business management in Manding Village, Temanggung seen from the profile of SME resources, competence in using ICT, external support and financial literacy. From the interview results, it can be seen that there is still a lack of training intensity, business socialisation assistance, especially related to marketing, technology use and business financial management. Employees only focus on the production process and product manufacturing. There is still a lack of competence in the use of ICT and business financial management. Currently, MSME players in Manding Village, Temanggung still rely on their own capital because there is no capital assistance, incentives or business management facilities from related agencies. The implications of this research are expected to be a consideration for the government to improve the competence of MSME entrepreneurs through training and financing.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah guna mengetahui tanggapan nasabah terkait layanan BTN Mobile serta kebutuhan nasabah terkait ketersediaan fitur aplikasi BTN Mobile. Populasi penelitian ini adalah nasabah PT Bank Tabungan Negara (Persero), Tbk Kantor Cabang Semarang yang mengunduh BTN Mobile, dengan sampel 105 orang responden. Penelitian ini adalah jenis penelitian kuantitatif yang dianalisis dengan menggunakan pendekatan statistik, dengan formasi metode statistik deskriptif rata-rata atau mean dari data yang yang disusun dalam tabel distribusi frekuensi.Temuan analisis didapatkan bahwa rata-rata atau mean terendah pada komponen tanggapan nasabah adalah indikator kecepatan serta indikator ketersediaan fitur pada posisi tiga terbawah sedangkan pada nilai rata-rata tertinggi adalah indikator tampilan aplikasi. Untuk komponen kebutuhan nasabah, berdasarkan hasil analisis diperoleh niali rata-rata paling rendah pada indikator tersedianya fitur pembayaran taksi (bluebird) dan yang tertinggi indikator tersedianya fitur integrasi antara BTN Mobile dengan dompet digital. Perusahaan dapat mengambil Tindakan terkait tanggapan nasabah atas kecepatan dan ketersediaan fitur yang berada pada posisi paling rendah, dengan mengembangkan kecepatan akses serta ketersediaan fitur aplikasi BTN Mobile sesuai kebutuhan nasabah yaitu fitur integrasi antara BTN Mobile dengan dompet digital.Kata Kunci: Tanggapan Nasabah, Kebutuhan Nasabah, Fitur

Abstract

This study aims to analyse and obtain empirical evidence regarding the effect of satisfaction, convenience, and trust on interest in using the Flip.id application (study on Flip.id user Commercial Bank customers) both simultaneously and partially. The population in this study were all customers at Flip.id user Commercial Banks. The sampling technique used purposive sampling technique, as many as 100 respondents. The data used in this study are primary data obtained through distributing questionnaires. The data analysis model uses the Multiple Linear Regression Analysis Model. While the data analysis technique uses the F Statistical Test, the Coefficient of Determination (R2), and the t Statistical Test. The results of the analysis and discussion show that the variables of satisfaction, convenience, and trust simultaneously have a significant effect on interest in using the Flip.id application (Study on Commercial Bank customers who use Flip.id). Partially, the variables of satisfaction and trust each have a significant effect on the interest in using the Flip.id application (Study on Commercial Bank customers who use Flip.id) whereas, the convenience variable partially does not have a significant effect on the interest in using the Flip.id application (Study on Commercial Bank customers who use Flip.id).

Abstract

The study aims to analyze the effect of CAR, NPL, BOPO, LDR, and NIM on Profitability at Bank Neo Commerce simultaneously and partially. The research population is the financial statements of Bank Neo Commerce for the period 2013-2022. The sampling technique used saturated sampling technique and obtained 40 data. The data analysis method uses multiple linear regression. Data analysis techniques using the F Statistical Test, t Statistical Test, and the Coefficient of Determination (R2). The results show CAR, NPL, BOPO, LDR, and NIM simultaneously have a significant effect on ROA Bank Neo Commerce. The t test results show that BOPO and NIM have a significant effect on ROA Bank Neo Commerce. CAR, NPL, and LDR have no significant effect on ROA Bank Neo Commerce. Adjusted R2 of 0.977, shows the contribution of the influence of the independent variable on the dependent variable of 97.7% and the rest is explained by other variables not examined.

Abstract

Masjid Nafisatul Iman Dusun Gedongan Lor, Desa Bondowoso,  Kecamatan Mertoyudan, Kabupaten Magelang mempunyai peran  penting sebagai tempat ibadah, sarana pembinaan umat, tempat  pengajaran, pendidikan dan pengembangan ilmu agama. Di tengah  pandemic covid-19 para santri selain belajar agama juga  membutuhkan sarana olah raga. Tujuan kegiatan untuk menerapkan  teknologi tepat guna yang bermanfaat bagi ramaja masjid dan warga  masyarakat dusun Gedongan Lor. Lapangan sepak bola di dekat lokasi  Masjid memerlukan perawatan rumput agar lapangan dapat  dimanfaatkan sebagai sarana olah raga yang aman dan nyaman.  Metode pelaksanaan dimulai dengan perancangan, pembuatan  teknologi, pengujian kinerja mesin, serah terima barang, pelatihan  pengoperasian, perawatan, dan perbaikan mesin. Hasil kegiatan  memberikan bantuan satu unit teknologi mesin potong rumput dan  satu unit gerobak dorong bagi ramaja masjid Nafisatul Iman, Desa  Bondowoso, Kabupaten Magelang. Mesin potong rumput dapat  digunakan dengan baik untuk perawatan lapangan olah raga sebagai  sarana menjaga kesehatan.
