Abstract

Soy milk is a soybean processed product rich in protein as well as sources of bioactive peptides. Bioactive peptides defined as specific protein fragments that have a positive impact on body functions and conditions and may ultimately influence health. This study was conducted to explore the potential of hydrolyzed soy milk as a source of antioxidative and antihypertensive bioactive peptides through enzymatic hydrolysis. The initial treatment of soy milk protein was acidic precipitation with hydrochloric acid. Furthermore, protein precipitate was hydrolyzed using pepsin proteolytic enzyme with an enzyme: substrate ratio (1:5, 1:10 and 1:20). Protein hydrolysis was carried out for 0?48 hours at 37 °C in an acetate buffer pH 4.5. The soy milk protein hydrolysates were subjected to determination of % DH (Degree of Hydrolysis) and protein profile by SDS-PAGE (sodium dodecyl sulphate polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis). The antihypertensive assay was carried out by in vitro inhibition of the ACE enzyme (Angiotensin Converting Enzyme) and antioxidative activity assay using the DPPH method. The results showed that the optimum conditions for hydrolysis of soy milk were obtained at 40 hours with a % DH value of 53.24% in enzyme ratio 1:20 and the highest antihypertensive activity was obtained from 48 hours hydrolysis with % ACE inhibition value of 79.31%. The highest antioxidative activity of bioactive peptide was obtained at hydrolysis 48 hours with IC50 69.1034 µg / ml. After fractionated and LCMS characterized it was obtained 2 bioactive peptides with molecular weights of 8.954 and 2,696 kDa. These bioactive peptides from hydrolyzed of soymilk might be potential as an antihypertensive agent and reduce oxidative stress.

Abstract

Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Peran guru PAI dalam membentuk karakter peserta didik Kelas XI IPS di SMA Negeri 1 Pangkatan, baik secara Tes maupun Non Tes. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah para Siswa Kelas XI IPS SMA Negeri 1 Pangkatan , waktu penelitian dari bulan Desember sampai April 2024 yang tidak dapat ditentukan jumlahnya. Penentuan jumlah sampel menggunakan rumus arikunto dengan jumlah 15 orang dan Metode analisis yang dipergunakan adalah metode analisis Tes, Uji Validitas Tes, Reliabilitas , dan Uji hipotesis. Hasil pengujian hipotesis secara parsial (uji t) menunjukkan bahwa Pendidikan Agama Islam berpengaruh dan signifikan terhadap Karakteristik peserta didik Kelas XI SMA Negeri 1 Pangkatan. Hasil uji hipotesis diperoleh bahwa thitung < ttabel yaitu 2,295 < 1,735 maka H0 ditolak dan Ha diterima, sehingga ada pengaruh yang signifikan antara Peran guru pai dalam membentuk karakter peserta didik di kelas XI IPS SMA Negeri 1 Pangkatan. Kata Kunci: Peran Guru PAI, Kakarter Peserta Didik Abstract This research aims to determine the influence of the role of PAI teachers in shaping the character of Class XI IPS students at SMA Negeri 1 Pangkatan, both through tests and non-tests. The population in this study were students of Class Determining the number of samples used the Arikunto formula with a total of 15 people and the analysis method used was the Test analysis method, Test Validity Test, Reliability, and Hypothesis Test. ‎ The results of partial hypothesis testing (t test) show that Islamic religious education has a significant and significant effect on the characteristics of Class XI students at SMA Negeri 1 Pangkatan. The results of the hypothesis test showed that tcount < ttable, namely 2.295 < 1.735, so H0 was rejected and Ha was accepted, so that there was a significant influence between the role of the teacher in shaping the character of students in class XI IPS SMA Negeri 1 Pangkatan. Abstract

Background: Gastric mucosa can experience acute or chronic inflammation known as gastritis. In 2021, gastritis attacked 40-50% of the world's population, as reported by the World Health Organization (WHO). According to data from the Ministry of Health, gastritis ranked sixth in 2018, covering 60.86% of all hospitalizations (a total of 34.580). Patients with gastritis will have productivity and quality of life that are disrupted by this disease. In addition to disrupting daily activities, this disease also has an impact on the social and economic welfare of sufferers. Purpose: To determine the factors that influence and are associated with gastritis recurrence. Methods: This study used a cross-sectional method with a quantitative descriptive research design. The participants of the study were individuals who were treated at the Kotagajah Health Center with gastritis. The sampling technique used incidental sampling, so that a sample of 98 people was obtained. Data collection was carried out using a questionnaire containing questions about food and the use of OAIN. Results: The prevalence of unhealthy eating patterns was 81 (82.7%) and the prevalence of OAIN use variables was 72 (73.5%) in respondents. The results of the study showed a correlation between gastritis recurrence and factors indicated by a p value <0.05 obtained from the chi-square statistical test. Conclusion: Gastritis recurrence is associated with several factors, including poor diet and NSAID use. The results of the study stated that there was a significant relationship between diet and gastritis recurrence between the two variables and the results of the chi square test of the NSAID use variable also showed a significant relationship between the two variables. Keywords: Diet; Recurrence of Gastritis; Use Of Oains Pendahuluan: Mukosa lambung dapat mengalami peradangan akut maupun kronis yang dikenal dengan sebutan gastritis. Tahun 2021 gastritis menyerang 40-50% dari populasi dunia, sebagaimana dilaporkan oleh Organisasi Kesehatan Dunia (WHO). Menurut data Kementerian Kesehatan gastritis menduduki peringkat keenam pada tahun 2018 yang mencakup 60.86% dari seluruh kasus rawat inap (total 33.580). Pasien dengan penyakit gastritis akan memiliki produktivitas dan kualitas hidup yang terganggu oleh adanya penyakit ini. Selain mengganggu aktivitas sehari-hari, penyakit ini juga berdampak pada kesejahteraan sosial dan ekonomi penderitanya. Tujuan: Untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi dan berhubungan dengan kekambuhan gastritis. Metode: Penelitian ini menggunakan metode cross-sectional dengan desain penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif. Partisipan penelitian adalah individu yang berobat ke Puskesmas Kotagajah dengan penyakit gastritis. Teknik pengambilan sampling menggunakan sampling insidental, sehingga diperoleh sampel sebanyak 98 orang. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan kuesioner yang berisi pertanyaan tentang makanan dan penggunaan OAIN. Hasil: Prevalensi pola makan tidak sehat sebesar 81 (82.7%) dan prevalensi variabel penggunaan OAIN sebesar 72 (73.5%) pada responden. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya korelasi antara kekambuhan gastritis dengan faktor-faktor yang ditunjukkan dengan nilai p<0.05 yang diperoleh dari uji statistik chi-square. Simpulan: Kekambuhan gastritis berhubungan dengan beberapa faktor, diantaranya yaitu pola makan yang buruk dan penggunaan Oains. Hasil penelitian menyatakan adanya hubungan pola makan dengan kekambuhan gastritis secara signifikan antara kedua variabel tersebut dan hasil uji chi square variabel penggunaan oains juga menunjukkan adanya hubungan yang signifikan antara kedua variabel tersebut.
