Abstract

Housing marketing or commonly known as property marketing is an activity to promote land or a building that will be traded according to the target market to the public. In Indonesia, currently the development of property developer agencies is experiencing rapid progress. Therefore, business competition in the marketing world is becoming more stringent, which forces all companies to improve their quality in order to keep up with the competition. Companies must pay more attention in terms of marketing and service quality which are very important for consumers so that when using the services provided by the company it will be in accordance with their individual needs which can fulfill consumer desires. The author conducts research that aims to design marketing and service applications for ordering houses according to what is needed in order to fulfill customer desires at PT. Griya Abee Makmur Ragajaya Citayam Bogor Regency to replace housing promotion with manual methods such as distributing flyers. Therefore the author created a housing marketing application using the web-based Rapid Application Development method to help PT. Griya Abee Makmur when disseminating information about the houses being bought and sold.

Abstract

Various technologies can be felt related to progress and innovation in information processing. The emergence of problems is the background for innovations in the field of technology. Information systems are a solution to help with daily work. Utilization of information systems can make work more detailed and as a place to store and process data. The application of Rapid Application Development is able to complete the creation of a data information system in a short time. The developed information system is used to assist the company's business processes in assisting data processing. In the current research, the authors develop a data information system whose purpose is to manage data in the company CV Madya Mandiri Teknik. The author created a web-based personnel information system application to help companies access data, which previously still used Microsoft Excel to record data, this was very ineffective for staffing staff in terms of efficiency in terms of costs. By designing a web-based data collection application that will make it easier for staffing staff to find out the number and status, it is hoped that it can help staffing staff to get valid data and with a variety of interesting features making it easier for administrative staff to complete their tasks effectively.

Abstract

The research objectives are; designing a web-based information system that provides information about tourist attractions, culinary delights, and lodging in the Nagekeo district. In the application development process using the Rapid Application Development (RAD) method and modeling design using Data Flow Diagrams (DFD). From the discussion that has been described, it can be concluded that the results of this study tourists can easily and quickly get information about tourist objects, culinary, lodging around tourist sites in Nagekeo district. It is estimated that tourism development technology will continue, which is a big opportunity for companies and destinations, especially in Indonesia. There is a need for studies on tourists on cultural experiences, streaming platforms, metaverse technology, biometric payment methods so that there are innovations to attract visitors and add value to the local tourism industry through the implementation of digital solutions.

Abstract

Employee attendance management is an integral part of company operations. This study aims to develop a web-based employee attendance application at CV Pramana Mukti Jaya, integrated with Leaflet.js technology. This application enables employees to report their attendance efficiently and accurately through a responsive web interface. The development method used is Extreme Programming (XP) to ensure rapid iterations and active stakeholder participation. During the analysis phase, both functional and non-functional requirements of the application were identified. The application allows CV Pramana Mukti Jaya employees to record attendance by inputting time and location information directly through a web form. With the integration of Leaflet.js technology, the application provides an interactive map that facilitates employees in selecting accurate attendance locations. The application testing was conducted to verify the accuracy and ease of use of the Leaflet.js map interactions. The result of this research is an effective web-based employee attendance application at CV Pramana Mukti Jaya. The integration of Leaflet.js technology provides a significant visual dimension in employee attendance reporting. This application is expected to help the company manage employee attendance more efficiently and accurately while introducing the benefits of implementing Leaflet.js technology in web-based applications.

Abstract

This research aims to design and develop a web-based Study Plan Card (KRS) system. The background of this study arises from challenges in the manual KRS process, which is time-consuming, prone to errors, and complicates information access. The development method employed is Extreme Programming (XP), which enables iterative system development and responsiveness to changing requirements. Data collection was conducted through observations, interviews, and document studies. The system was developed using PHP with the CodeIgniter 4 framework and MySQL database. The results indicate that the web-based KRS system enhances the efficiency of the KRS process, reduces data entry errors, and facilitates information access for students. Key features of the system include online KRS completion, digital signing by academic advisors, and integration with other academic information systems. System evaluation shows a significant improvement in data accuracy, accessibility, and information security. In conclusion, the implementation of this web-based KRS system successfully addresses issues in the manual KRS process, improves the quality of academic services, and provides an effective solution for KRS management

Abstract

Preserving the traditional Lampung script is crucial for maintaining local cultural identity amid globalization. This study develops an interactive mobile learning application to engage students in studying the Lampung script. The application aids in learning characters and writing methods through features like pronunciation audio, practice questions, and writing exercises. Using the template matching method, the writing exercise feature provides accurate feedback, helping students identify and correct mistakes. Research involved eighth-grade junior high students and local language teachers as informants. Application testing utilized Blackbox Testing to evaluate functionality and template matching accuracy, yielding satisfactory results in handwriting recognition. User feedback indicated positive reception: 95% of students found the application interactive, 90% deemed it interesting, and 100% reported it supported their learning of the Lampung script. Furthermore, 98% expressed interest in using the application in school activities. This mobile application effectively enhances student interest and motivation to learn the traditional Lampung script, contributing to the preservation of local culture through education.

Abstract

This research develops a decision support system using the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) to assist in selecting the best employee at PT. Bringin Karya Sejahtera. Evaluating employee performance is crucial for enhancing company productivity, as recognizing outstanding performance can motivate employees to excel. This case study was conducted at PT. Bringin Karya Sejahtera, where employee evaluations are carried out monthly, with cumulative results calculated at the end of the year to determine the best employee. The selection process often becomes complex due to the numerous criteria and employee options, requiring a system to simplify decision-making. Therefore, this study introduces an AHP-based system to support leaders in effectively managing factors, criteria, and alternatives. AHP, developed by Thomas L. Saaty, allows for multi-criteria comparisons and simplifies complex decision-making through a hierarchical approach.

Abstract

Kurangnya pemahaman orang tua dalam menggunakan media sosial membuat anak dapat mengakses dunia maya dengan bebas. Kebebasan inilah yang sering kali dimanfaatkan anak untuk membuat komunitas atau bergabung di dalam komunitas tertentu. Kemudian, di dalam komunitas ini anak-anak memulai interaksi dengan anggota lainnya secara bebas tanpa diketahui oleh orang tua. Tujuan kegiatan pengabdian ini untuk memberikan edukasi kepada orang tua terhadap penggunaan media sosial dan perkembangan bahasa saat ini. Pemberian edukasi tentang pentingnya orang tua memiliki media sosial dan memahami cara menggunakan media sosial dapat meminimalisasi terjadinya penyimpangan sikap pada anak. Abstract

This research presents the development of an Android-based Industrial Internship Management System for the Industrial Electronics Department at SMK Negeri 1 West Cikarang. The study addresses the inefficiencies in manual internship administration by implementing a digital solution using the Waterfall methodology. The application was developed using Dart programming language and Flutter framework to ensure cross-platform compatibility and responsive user interface. The system features include student registration, internship placement tracking, supervisor assignment, performance evaluation, and reporting functionalities. Testing results demonstrate significant improvements in information accessibility, communication efficiency, and administrative workflow. This application effectively bridges the communication gap between students, teachers, and industry partners while streamlining the documentation process. The implementation shows potential for adaptation in similar vocational education settings requiring structured internship management solutions.

Abstract

Limited understanding among cat owners regarding skin diseases in cats can have significant implications for the well-being of both cats and humans in the future. Certain skin conditions in cats are not confined to the animals themselves but can be transmitted to humans and other animals. To address such challenges, the development of an expert system for diagnosing skin diseases in cats is proposed. The study was conducted at Cat’s Petshop and Animal Clinic in Grand Depok City. Data were gathered through interviews with Drh. Atiek and Drh. Zeta, veterinarians at the location. The interviews identified six prevalent types of skin diseases in cats. Key issues include the manual recording system at the clinic, lengthy examination queues due to veterinarians’ packed schedules, and the limited knowledge of pet owners regarding symptoms of skin diseases in cats, which delays the diagnostic process. A solution was implemented by designing an expert system for diagnosing skin diseases in cats using the certainty factor method, which quantifies the confidence level of experts in their diagnoses. The application assists cat owners in identifying the type of skin condition affecting their pets. The certainty factor method enhances accuracy by accounting for uncertainty in calculations. The expert system yields positive outcomes. Primarily, it accelerates the examination of skin diseases in cats at Cat’s Petshop Depok. Additionally, it improves the precision of preliminary diagnoses. The deployment of the application saves time for pet owners and reduces waiting times at the clinic. The diagnostic accuracy aligns with the certainty factor calculation approach, addressing uncertainties in results. Overall, the expert system employing the certainty factor method offers an effective solution to overcome the lack of understanding among cat owners about skin diseases. The application facilitates early symptom recognition, enhances time efficiency, and improves diagnostic precision.
