Abstract

This research explores the factors that influence human resource management in workforce recruitment strategies. Through in-depth analysis of related literature, this research identifies key variables such as technology, organizational policies, and labor market dynamics as determining factors in the success of recruitment strategies. The findings of this research provide insight into how organizations can optimize their human resource management, align recruiting practices with environmental changes, and maintain competitive advantage through timely and qualified workforce recruitment.

Abstract

Human Resource Management has become important for Companies where it can influence Company Finance but by managing its People or Workforce. This research uses a case study at PT. BOAK GLOBAL SMARTINDO to find out how Human Resources Management influences the Quantity of its Workforce. This research uses quantitative research methods with a case study approach and is followed by materials including primary, namely internship reports, secondary, namely previous research journals and tertiary materials, namely from the internet and other sources.

Abstract

High employee performance can be achieved when every aspect of the organization is connected efficiently and can carry out their respective functions. In this research, this aspect refers to the leadership variable. Initial survey results show that employee performance has not yet reached optimal levels. The aim of this research is to identify the impact of leadership and work motivation on employee performance in the banking sector in Southeast Sulawesi. The method applied in this research is a descriptive and explanatory survey. Hypothesis testing uses the Structural Equation Model (SEM), while data processing is carried out using the LISREL 8.72 (Linear Structural Relationship) program. The findings from hypothesis testing show that both leadership and work motivation have a significant influence, both individually and simultaneously, on employee performance. This indicates that increasing the implementation of organizational leadership and work motivation can optimize the achievement of banking employee performance in Southeast Sulawesi.

Abstract

This research discusses the basic understanding needed to implement human resource management (HRM) in the context of non-profit organizations. Research focus includes basic HRM concepts, specific challenges faced by non-profit organizations, and strategies to ensure successful HRM implementation. By analyzing these aspects, this research aims to provide in-depth insight into how non-profit organizations can effectively manage and optimize the potential of their human resources.

Abstract

Penelitian ini mengeksplorasi pengaruh budaya organisasi terhadap produktivitas anggota di Tax Center FEB Universitas Singaperbangsa Karawang (UNSIKA). Dengan pendekatan kuantitatif, penelitian ini melibatkan 53 anggota aktif, dengan 35 di antaranya dipilih dengan acak. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner yang dibagikan secara online dan dianalisis menggunakan uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, regresi linier sederhana, uji t (parsial), dan koefisien determinasi. Hasilnya memperlihatkan adanya dampak dari budaya organisasi yang dampak sesuai dengan aktivitas yang positif terdahap produktivitas anggota, budaya organisasi menjelaskan 65,5% variasi produktivitas anggota, sementara sisanya dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain yang tidak diteliti. Maka, peningkatan budaya organisasi dapat meningkatkan produktivitas anggota di lingkungan kampus.

Abstract

Mengacu pada UU No. 20 tahun 2003 Tentang Sistem Pendidikan Nasional, bahwasanya setiap peserta didik pada satuan pendidikan berhak mendapatkan pelayanan pendidikan yang sesyau dengan minat, bakat dan kemampuannya. Demikian, keberadaan organisasi dimaksudkan untuk mencapai tujuan dari sistem pendidikan nasional. Pada setiap organisasi tentunya memiliki tujuan yang hendak dicapainya, begitu pula dengan organisasi mahasiswa. Maka, diperlukan kinerja yang optimal untuk mencapai tujuan organisasi. Budaya organisasi berpengaruh terhadap kinerja sehingga penting sekali membentuk budaya organisasi yang mampu mendorong anggota dalam menciptakan kinerja yang optimal, selain itu kinerja juga dibentuk olrh pengalaman dimana, pengalaman dapat dijadikan cerminanan dalam menjalankan organisasi. Demikian, dengan adanya penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pengalaman dan budaya organisasi terhadap kinerja organisasi. Penelitian dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode kuantitatif, pengambilan data dengan kuesioner untuk meninjau respon pada setiap pernyataan dan dijabarkan secara deskriptif untuk memberi gambaran terkait hasil penelitian. Responden merupakan para anggota dan pengurus organisasi mahasiswa pada FEB Unsika. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwasanya Pengalaman (X1) dan Budaya Organisasi (X2) berpengaruh terhadap Kinerja (Y) sebesar 69,9% Bahwasanya Pengalaman (X1) dan Budaya Organisasi (X2) berpengaruh secara positif dan simultan.

Abstract

Citra sekolah tidak terlepas dari upaya kegiatan yang bertujuan untuk menciptakan citra positif, khususnya departemen hubungan masyarakat. Hubungan masyarakat di bidang pendidikan yang tugas konkret melipci penilaian rekrutmen, Pemikiran orang (society) tentang lembaga, perumusan dan menerapkan metode dan skema organisasi terhadapnya komunikasi lembaga dengan komunitas (audiens), koordinasi rencana komunikasi lembaga dengan komunitas, pengembangan jaringan lewat metode komunikasi yang membentuk aksi dan jalinan konkret antar lembaga bersama perusahaan, selain penerimaan beserta citra publik yang patut di contoh. Manajemen pemasaran jasa pendidikan mampu mempraktikan konsep manajemen pemasaran yang mencakup perancangan pemasaran, organisasi pemasaran, pengamalan/penerapan pemasaran dan pemantauan pemasaran. Upaya membangkitkan dan menegakkan citra positif bersifat akademik improve reputasi/kualitas akademik dan mewujudkannya melalui peningkatan kualitas layanan pendidikan.

Abstract

Progress of the fashion industry is growing very rapidly in the national industry. Erigo is one of the local fashion brands that are in demand by the public. Increasing of the fashion industry is matched by the progress of the digital world. Shopee is one of the e-commerce platforms that provides a special space for local fashion brands. This research uses quantitative methods with descriptive and verifiative approaches. The population in this study was the followers of the Shopee Erigo account using the Taro Yamane formula to determine the number of samples and found the results of 400 respondents. The sampling method used in this study was purposive sampling. This study used scale range analysis techniques and Partial Least Square Regression with tools by Smart PLS 4.0 software data. The results of this study showed a partial influence of Social Media Branding by 21.4%, Shopping Lifestyle by 56.5%, Fashion Involvement by 16.4% on Purchasing Decisions. The simultaneous influence of Social Media Branding, Shopping Lifestyle, Fashion Involvement on Purchasing Decisions has a value of 75.2% which is classified into the category of strong influence and 24.8% influenced by other factors that were not examined in this study.

Abstract

Indonesia is a large country that has a large population. This data shows that the number of human resources in the work group is very high. Companies that have a workforce must be able to manage and develop the capabilities of their workforce well. This research discusses employee development methods through education and training. The research method uses qualitative methods. Based on the research results, it can be concluded that employee development by PT Daeah E&C Indonesia through education is carried out through training methods, coaching and counseling, and job rotation and planned progression, through training carried out through on the job training, outsider training and specialist courses. Employee development is carried out to increase employee abilities and knowledge in carrying out their duties so as to increase company productivity.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui, menganalisis, dan menjelaskan pengaruh kompetensi kewiusahaa terhadap Kinerja umkm di kecamatan telagasari Menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif dan verifikatif. Sampel yang digunakan pada penelitian ini sebanyak 100 responden dihitung dengan menggunakan rumus Slovin, dengan teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan studi pustaka dan kuesioner. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis rentang skala dan analisis regresi linier sederhana dengan alat bantu statistik Microsoft Excel dan SPSS versi 25. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa secara parsial Kompetensi Kewiusahaan memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja UMKM.
