Abstract

Berdasarkan data menunjukkan bahwa jumlah pasien rawat jalan yang berobat di poliklinik Spesialis RSUD KH Daud Arif dari Januari ? Juni 2018 mengalami penurunan dari setiap bulannya, namun di bulan Maret 2018 ada peningkatan. Survey awal yang telah dilakukan peneliti mengenai kepuasan Pasien tentang kualitas pelayanan kesehatan di Poliklinik Spesialis RSUD KH Daud Arif terhadap 10 pasien yang berkunjung ke Poliklinik Spesialis RSUD KH Daud Arif Kuala Tungkal, didapat bahwa 6 pasien mengatakan bahwa kurang puas dengan pelayanan yang didapatkan dan 4 pasien mengatakan sudah cukup puas dengan pelayanan yang didapat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis Faktor-faktor Kualitas Pelayanan Terhadap Kepuasan Pasien Poliklinik Spesialis  RSUD KH Daud Arif Kuala Tungkal tahun 2018. Jenis penelitian ini adalah cross sectional. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah sebagian pasien yang berobat ke RSUD KH Daud Arif Kuala Tungkal sebanyak 99 responden. Data dianalisis dengan menggunakan Chi-Squere dan Regresi Logistik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan terdapat hubungan yang signifikan tangible ( bukti fisik, reability ( keandalan), responsiveness ( daya tanggap), assurance ( jaminan), emphaty (empati)   terhadap kualitas  layanan di Poliklinik Spesialis RSUD KH Daud Arif Kuala Tungkal Tahun Tahun 2018 dengan nilai p ? value = 0,000. Dan setelah melakukan uji logistik berganda dari 3 model didapatkan bahwa faktor yang paling dominan berpengaruh terhadap kualitas  pelayanan rumah sakit adalah Tangible ( bukti fisik ) dengan nilai exponen B 420.578 dengan nilai p = 0,000. Dalam hal optimalisasi pelayanan kesehatan, yang juga didukung dengan avaibility mendukung alat-alat dan infrastruktur. Misalnya dibagian pendaftaran dapat dilakukan dengan menambahkan pendaftaran line, operator dan penambahan jumlah bangku diruang tinggu.

Abstract

Moral are important in life, in the world and hereafter. Good morals have impacton good life and vice versa. Thus, knowledge abaout morals and moral developmet is very necessary. This is no exception for the Sea Tribe community. Purpose of the research is find out the strategies of the master in moral development and factors that influence it. So, this research is include in qualitative research. Obtaining data used observation, interviews, and documentation. Analyzing using John Creswell Data Analysis. And the result is master used strategy in moral development of local curriculum, and emotional approach. The supporting factors were motivation, enthusiasm, and open attitude. The inhibiting factors is lack of human resources and infrastructure.

Abstract

Arabic is one of the international languages that students must master to face the increasingly advanced era of globalization. This research aims to provide an overview of the mastery of vocabulary (mufradat) and Arabic speaking patterns by the students. Whether the two have a significant relationship or influence or not. The results of the research show that the students of Al-Kautsar Islamic boarding school have good mastery of mufradat with a percentage of 74.95 and the ability to speak Arabic also shows good results with a percentage of 68.08%. Then, it is known that rxy: 0.939 > r-table at the 5% and 1% significance levels (0.939>0.203>0.264). Thus, between the mastery of mufradat and the ability to speak Arabic of the students of the al-Kautsar Islamic Boarding School, Tanjungpinang, there is a very strong significant influence.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the implementation of supply chain management (SCM) in the distribution of halal products in Indonesia through a literature review based on the Halal Supply Chain and SCOR models. Using a descriptive qualitative approach, it examines the application of traceability, segregation, and halal certification across all stages of the supply chain. Although Law No. 33 of 2014 has been implemented, challenges remain in logistics infrastructure, industry awareness, and certification costs, especially for SMEs. The SCOR Model highlights the importance of planning, risk management, and the use of technologies such as blockchain and Internet of Things (IoT). A comparison with Malaysia indicates the need to strengthen infrastructure, regulations, and technology to improve the effectiveness of halal product distribution in Indonesia.

Abstract

This study explores aircraft image classification using MobileNetV2 combined with Gradient-weighted Class Activation Mapping (Grad-CAM) for model interpretability. A dataset of 1,500 balanced images—helicopters, propeller aircraft, and jets—was split into training, validation, and testing sets with data augmentation to reduce overfitting. Transfer learning with pre-trained MobileNetV2 achieved an accuracy of 87.56%, with macro-average precision and recall of 85.76% and 87.69%. Grad-CAM visualizations confirmed that correct predictions relied on distinctive features such as rotor blades, propellers, and engines, while misclassifications often stemmed from background distractions or less discriminative areas. These findings demonstrate the potential of lightweight architectures for small-scale datasets and highlight the value of Explainable AI in validating deep learning models. The study provides a practical reference for educational contexts and offers directions for future work with larger datasets.

Abstract

Dalam mencapai keberhasilan dan kestabilan UMKM untuk menghadapi Society 5.0, diperlukan inovasi dan pendekatan pemasaran produk. Salah satu bisnis yang memiliki prospek yang sangat baik di Indonesia adalah penjualan madu. Hal ini dikarenakan atas permintaan dan produksi madu tidak seimbang. Madu adalah cairan alami yang memiliki rasa manis yang dibuat oleh lebah dari nektar tanaman. Penelitian ini melakukan metode wawancara dengan salah satu komunitas UMKM madu kelulut asli Lembeng. Beberapa strategi pemasaran produk yang dapat dimaksimalkan antara lain pendampingan penjualan digital, desain logo dan pembaharuan kemasan botol madu, serta pengembangan lokasi penjual di Google Maps dan metode penyelesaian dari kegiatan kewirausahaan UMKM ini dengan pembuatan lokasi penjualan produk UMKM Madu Kelulut asli Lembeng pada Google Maps.Tujuan dilakukannya penelitian ini adalah untuk meningkatkan penjualan produk lokal dari UMKM Madu Asli Lembeng melalui strategi Digital Marketing dengan beberapa prosedur yang telah dirancang oleh peneliti. Adapun hasil penelitian yang diperoleh dari kegiatan kewirausahaan UMKM ini adalah sosialisasi terkait digital marketing sebagai wadah penjualan produk UMKM seperti media sosial lainnya (WhatsApp, Facebook dan Google Maps), pembaharuan desain tempat botol madu kelulut, pembuatan logo untuk produk madu kelulut, dan pendaftaran lokasi penjualan produk UMKM Madu Kelulut asli Lembeng pada Google Maps.

Abstract

Humeral Shaft Fractures represent approximately 1% to 5% of all fractures occurring between 13 and 20 per 100,000 people annually. The problems experienced by patients after plate and screw installation of Humeral Shaft Fractures include pain due to incision wounds, limited joint movement, muscle weakness and reduced functional ability. This type of research is a case study conducted at Departement rhysiotherapy ULIN Hospital, Banjarmasin. The research due on August 2023. The subject of this research was a 25 year old who experienced Humeral Shaft Fractures used NMES, passive and active exercise. A week after the plate and screw installation operation, the patient experienced swelling around the incision, pain, weakness, difficulty moving and stiffness. After physiotherapy and evaluation, the results showed an improvement in edema, decreased pain, increased muscle strength and increased LGS after being given NMES, passive intervention. and active exercise.

Abstract

Seiring dengan perkembangan zaman yang semakin komplek, sejak Nabi Muhammad Saw wafat, mulai muncul permasalahan baru dengan berbagai polemik dan latar belakang yang beragam. Dari sinilah peran tafsir al-Qur’an untuk menjawab permasalahan yang datang kemudian. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan library research. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa penafsirkan al-Qur’an menurut Deridda tidak selalu hanya berpaku pada teks tanpa melihat konteks sebagaimana teorinya tentang dekonstruksi. Dekonstruksi adalah menafsirkan al-Qur’an secara kontekstual. Sebab, apabila memaknai al-Qur’an hanya secara tekstual, maka akan mendapatkan pemahaman yang sepihak saja. Kekurangan dari teori dekonstruksi dalam penafsiran al-Qur’an yaitu adanya sikap subjektif penafsir yang akan berakibat pada hasil tafsir itu sendiri.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the management of the Anak Negeri scholarship program implemented by the Madani Welfare Foundation in Central Kalimantan. This program is designed to provide educational assistance to underprivileged children. This study is a field research with a qualitative approach. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, observation, and documentation. The data analysis technique used is an interactive data analysis technique that includes three main components: data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of the study indicate that this scholarship program has succeeded in increasing access to education for underprivileged children, and zakat, infak, and alms funds have been distributed by LAZ YAKESMA through the Anak Negeri scholarship program. However, several obstacles were found in the implementation of the program, such as limited funds and lack of socialization to the community. Recommendations to improve the effectiveness of the program have been given, including increasing cooperation with the government and private sector, as well as developing a better monitoring and evaluation system. These findings are expected to be a reference for foundation managers and other stakeholders in efforts to improve educational welfare in Central Kalimantan.
