Abstract

This study aims to determine the analysis of biology learning outcomes for class XII MIPA students on growth and development material based on the cognitive domain of the revised bloom taxonomy using a descriptive method with a quantitative approach. Descriptive research aims to explain and describe the facts obtained in accordance with a certain point of view. The technique of determining the research subject was carried out by purposive sampling in which the research subjects were students of class XII MIPA MAS Muslimat NU. The results of the analysis of biology students found that the classification of evaluation questions for Biology class XII MIPA on growth and development material based on the cognitive domain of the Revised Bloom's Taxonomy already contains questions with an understanding indicator (C2) of 48% and an indicator of applying (C3) of 52%. The learning outcomes of class XII MIPA students based on the cognitive domain of the Revised Bloom's Taxonomy are that students are more able to solve questions with an understanding indicator (C2) of 80% compared to questions with an apply indicator (C3) of 63%.Keywords: revised bloom taxonomy, cognitive, analysis

Abstract

Yellow root (Arcangelisia flava L. Merr) contains ethanol compounds which is able to inhibit bacterial growth, both gram negative bacteria such as Stapylococcus aureus, Shigella sp., and Escherichia coli, as well as gram positive bacteria such as Yersinia enterocolitica, Streptococcus, Salmonella typhi, and Clostridium. This research is an experimental research that aims to determine the nature of antagonism (adaptability) between Yersinia enterocolitica bacteria and Salmonella typhi bacteria by administering yellow root extract at concentrations of 30%, 40%, 50%, and 60% within 24 hours, 48 hours, and 72 hours. The results showed that the positive control and negative control treatmens were not able to inhibit the growth of Yersinia enterocolitica bacteria and Salmonella typhi bacteria.Yellow root extract has acidity that effectively inhibits Yersinia enterocolitica bacteria at a concentration of 50%, while the most effective concentration for inhibiting the growth of Salmonella typhi bacteria is a concentration of 30%. Besides that, there are also differences in adaptability between Yersinia enterocolitica bacteria and Salmonella typhi bacteria. Salmonella typhi bacteria is more adaptable then Yersinia enterocolitica bacteria, this is evidenced by the inhibition zone formed which is smaller than Yersinia enterocolitica bacteria.

Abstract

Dalam mencapai keberhasilan dan kestabilan UMKM untuk menghadapi Society 5.0, diperlukan inovasi dan pendekatan pemasaran produk. Salah satu bisnis yang memiliki prospek yang sangat baik di Indonesia adalah penjualan madu. Hal ini dikarenakan atas permintaan dan produksi madu tidak seimbang. Madu adalah cairan alami yang memiliki rasa manis yang dibuat oleh lebah dari nektar tanaman. Penelitian ini melakukan metode wawancara dengan salah satu komunitas UMKM madu kelulut asli Lembeng. Beberapa strategi pemasaran produk yang dapat dimaksimalkan antara lain pendampingan penjualan digital, desain logo dan pembaharuan kemasan botol madu, serta pengembangan lokasi penjual di Google Maps dan metode penyelesaian dari kegiatan kewirausahaan UMKM ini dengan pembuatan lokasi penjualan produk UMKM Madu Kelulut asli Lembeng pada Google Maps.Tujuan dilakukannya penelitian ini adalah untuk meningkatkan penjualan produk lokal dari UMKM Madu Asli Lembeng melalui strategi Digital Marketing dengan beberapa prosedur yang telah dirancang oleh peneliti. Adapun hasil penelitian yang diperoleh dari kegiatan kewirausahaan UMKM ini adalah sosialisasi terkait digital marketing sebagai wadah penjualan produk UMKM seperti media sosial lainnya (WhatsApp, Facebook dan Google Maps), pembaharuan desain tempat botol madu kelulut, pembuatan logo untuk produk madu kelulut, dan pendaftaran lokasi penjualan produk UMKM Madu Kelulut asli Lembeng pada Google Maps.
