Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh disiplin kerja, stres kerja, dan motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan. Obyek penelitian ini berada di PT. Batam Aero Tachnic Hipotesis dari penelitian ini adalah disiplin kerja dan motivasi kerja berpengaruh positif serta stres kerja berpengaruh negatif yang mempunyai pengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan bagian decor PT. Batam Aero Tachnic. Jumlah sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 25 orang responden yang diperoleh dengan menggunakan sampling jenuh yaitu teknik penentuan sampel apabila semua anggota populasi digunakan sebagai sampel. Kemudian metode pengumpulan data melalui kuesioner dan analisis data menggunakan SPSS yang meliputi uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji asumsi klasik, analisis regresi linier berganda, pengujian hipotesis menggunakan uji t. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel bebas, yaitu disiplin kerja (X1) motivasi kerja (X3) berpengaruh positif serta stres kerja (X2) berpengaruh negatif yang mempunyai pengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan (Y) secara parsial maupun simultan (bersama-sama). Berdasarkan tabel output SPSS tersebut, diketahui bahwa nilai signifikansi (f) sebesar 0,002 < 0,05. Maka dari itu Hipotesa diterima artinya Variable disiplin kerja (X1),stres kerja (X2) dan motivasi kerja (X3) berpengaruh signifikan secara bersamaan terhadap kinerja karyawan (Y) .

Abstract

The high national demand for sugar makes Indonesia very dependent on imports of cane sugar. Alternative products are urgently needed to reduce dependence on imported cane sugar, and one product that has potential is sago sugar. Currently, sago sugar is starting to be developed, one of which is in Sungai Tohor Village, Tebing Tinggi Timur District, Meranti Islands Regency. The aim of the service is to identify the process of processing sago into sago sugar, provide knowledge about the enzymes ?-amylase and ?-glucoamylase and their applications, provide enzyme packages that act as a binder as one of the factors in making sugar, reactivate production, teach e-commerce promotion, and recommend suggestions regarding the development of sago sugar products. The method or approach used in this activity is a participatory approach. This approach is a practice of communicative, transactive, advocative and collaborative planning theories. In carrying out this service, it was carried out well, from the delivery of materials, procurement of enzyme packages, manufacturing processes, and making attractive sago sugar packaging. Delivery of service material is done online with several constraints of funds, time, distance, energy, and conditions that do not allow service members to go back and forth in one day or stay overnight in the area, and considering that the process of making sago sugar will also take a long time. The enzyme package is the biggest expense in this service, considering that the price of this enzyme is very expensive. Meanwhile, the process of making sago sugar takes a relatively long time, around 3 or 4 days. The use of the enzymes ?-amylase and ?-glucoamylase in the process of making sago starch into sago sugar among sago farmers in Meranti Islands Regency got good results in the form of understanding the manufacture and use of enzymes, providing enzyme packages to sago processing entrepreneurs, good sago sugar production results, and produce attractive packaging that can be profitable.

Abstract

Konsep 5R sendiri banyak diterapkan dan telah terbukti efektif dalam menciptakan lingkungan kerja yang aman dan meningkatkan produktivitas tenaga kerja. Tujuan dari laporan ini adalah untuk mengetahui adanya penerapan 5R serta usulan perbaikkan bagi karyawan perusahaan. Permasalahan yang terdapat pada PT. Sari Warna Asli V Kudus adalah penataan barang belum rapi, ditemukan pemborosan waktu kerja yang diakibatkan kondisi ruangan tempat kerja berantakan dan aktivitas yang memakan waktu serta tenaga kerja karyawan, sehingga menyebabkan terjadinya kurangnya kepedulian karyawan terhadap kerapihan lingkungan area perusahaan. Metode yang digunakan pada laporan ini menggunakan metode 5R yang merupakan salah satu metode yang digunakan untuk menganalisis kondisi tempat kerja agar dapat meningkatkan efisiensi dan kualitas tempat kerja. Hasil dari laporan ini adalah pada bagian Bengkel Mekanik Teknik dan Listrik, Gudang Bahan Baku & Gudang Barang Jadi, Produksi Spinning 1 dan 2 belum sepenuhnya dijalankan dengan optimal dikarenakan banyak barang yang masih berserakan, penataan masih belum rapi, area kerja masih kotor, kurang pelaksanaan standarisasi perawatan dan kerajinan karyawan. Adapun usulan perbaikkannya antara lain melakukkan sosialisasi penerapan budaya 5R, menerapkan kebijakan bersih-bersih setiap hari, pemilahan barang yang sudah tidak diperlukan serta penataan denga pemberian label pada masing-masing rak penyimpanan

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to develop a Phydromod product which is an android-based physics practicum e-module. This is because the physics practice courses at the Faculty of Engineering, Ibnu Sina University (UIS) has a fundamental obstacle, namely there is no fixed module that guides all students like other universities and high student mobility. The method used in this study is the Research and Development (RnD) method by following the ADDIE model for module and Waterfall for aplication. Phydromod was developed using the Java program, which will later contain practicum modules for each meeting. The subjects in this study were 1C Regular Industrial Engineering students. The evaluation was carried out using two questionnaires which were analyzed using a Likert scale, which consisted of a module validation questionnaire and the phydromod application. The results of this study are in the form of module products with a module validation value of 88 and 88.2% Phydromod implementation.Keywords: e-modul, physics, android, application

Abstract

Geo-electricity is a methods to measure potential in the earth’s surface. Laplace equation’s second orde is used in natural potential measurement. Finite difference method is used to solve this Laplace equation to get numeric solution. The solution figures the distribution of source potential that gotten from many sides of modeling domain.

Abstract

The joining of ASTM A36 carbon steel plates using the Shield Metal Arc Welding (SMAW) technique is influenced by the tensile strength and hardness of the joint. To improve the quality of ASTM A36 carbon steel plate joints in the future, prediction methods are used. The prediction results play a significant role in determining the quality of the material connection.The method used in this research was descriptive quantitative, by predicting linear regression and non-linear (quadratic) regression models. The purpose of the discussion in this article was to determine the best prediction model for current variations on the tensile strength of future material connections. The analysis of the correlation coefficient showed a strong relationship in both models discussed. This indicates that the current strength variable had a strong relationship with tensile strength. Meanwhile, the highest R-square score was obtained in the non-linear regression model. The determination of the best prediction method was found in the non-linear regression model on tensile strength, with a MAPE value of 3.57%. These results indicate that the non-linear regression model better describes the relationship between current strength and tensile strength in ASTM A 36 carbon steel plate joining.

Abstract

The Meranti Islands Regency is an archipelago surrounded by water, so the islands are surrounded by mangrove trees, better known as kedabu trees by the local community. Kedabu fruit is simply left to ripen on the tree and fall into the water, so efforts are needed to utilize the fruit. This outreach activity aims to provide knowledge to the community about the benefits and how to process kedabu fruit into a refreshing syrup with its sour taste, encourage kedabu fruit processing, teach logo creation with Canva, and recommend suggestions for processing development. The method or approach used in this activity is a participatory approach. This approach is a practice of communicative, transactive, advocacy, and collaborative planning theory. This training activity received a positive response and interest in continuing the process of processing kedabu fruit into other processed products, such as Kedabu dodol. It is recommended that future activities include a mentoring program that provides solutions and support regarding product marketing, PIRT, and so on.

Abstract

The development of student creativity depends on the lecture method determined. The more often students create work, the more their ability to create something increases. This is also stated in the curriculum issued by the government, namely the project-based prototype curriculum. Based on this, research on assembling Bluetooth speaker prototypes was created as lecture teaching material so that students are able to develop speaker prototypes that are more varied in terms of basic materials (can be from gonggong seafood waste and so on), shapes, development ideas, thinking about market targets, and so on. . A speaker or also known as a loudspeaker is a device that converts electrical signals into audio frequencies (sound) by vibrating membrane-shaped components to vibrate the air so that sound waves are heard that reach the eardrum and can be heard as sound. This speaker uses Bluetooth as a medium to connect sound processing devices to the speaker. This Bluetooth speaker still uses AC power, which also aims to increase development ideas if it uses DC in the future. The resulting speaker can work well using Bluetooth with several shortcomings regarding sound dampening which in the future could be a process for improvement.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to modify the design of a cooling product and combine it with a new, environmentally friendly insulation that does not harm the ozone layer. In this study, data collection techniques include a literature review from various books and journals. The cooling box in this design uses hydrocarbon refrigerant, namely musicool-22, with polyurethane insulation of 1.75 m thickness and a capacity of 95 kg, resulting in a cooling load of 8768.951 W. A 3HP compressor is used, generating a refrigeration impact of 370 kJ/kg, a refrigerant flow rate of 0.018 kg/s, compressor power of 1080 watts, COP of 6.24, and an estimated cooling time of approximately 1.108 hours.
