Abstract

Learning Implementation Plan or RPP is a form of learning planning that will be carried out by educators in learning activities. This fact shows that not all teachers have sufficient competence in making lesson plans (RPP). Effort In essence, increasing teacher competence can be done through various types of activities or by various methods and strategies. One way that can be done to improve teacher competence is the In House Training (IHT) activity. The goal to be achieved in this school action research activity is to find out how to improve the competence of SDN 5 Temulus teachers to prepare lesson plans for merdeka belajar through In House Training (IHT) activities. The research used in House Training RPP merdeka belajar. The results of data analysis showed an increase in teacher competence in making lesson plans (RPP), in the initial conditions 17% of competence was in the good category, 17% was in the sufficient category and 66% was still in the poor category. After being given action in the form of House Training activities, the teachers increased in the first cycle to 66% of teachers in the good category and 34% of the teachers in the sufficient category, and in the second cycle to 5 teachers (83%) who attended the in House Training in the good category, and 1 teacher ( 17%) in the sufficient category. Keywords: Teacher Competence, in House Training, RPP

Abstract

This study aims to determine the simultaneous ef ect of product, price, and promotion on consumer satisfaction with Natural Ginger Sugar, and the partial ef ect of product, price, and promotion on consumer satisfaction with Natural Ginger Sugar. The sample size was 40 respondents. The sample selection technique used was purposive sampling. The instrument was tested using validity, reliability, and heteroscedasticity. The data analysis technique used was multiple linear regression analysis using IBM SPSS 24. The results of this study indicate that: Product has a positive but insignificant efect on consumer satisfaction with Natural Ginger Sugar. The t-test data for the product variable indicates that the product has no significant partial effect on consumer satisfaction. Price has a positive and significant effect on consumer satisfaction with Natural Ginger Sugar. The t-test data for the price variable indicates that price has a partial and significant ef ect on consumer satisfaction, and promotion has a positive and significant effect on consumer satisfaction with Natural Ginger Sugar. The t-test data for promotion indicates that promotion has no partial ef ect on consumer satisfaction. The f-test results indicate that product, price, and promotion simultaneously influence consumer satisfaction.

Abstract

SD Negeri Tangkisan is one of the government-owned educational institutions located in Krajan Hamlet, RT 02 / RW 01, Tangkisan Village, Bayan District, Purworejo Regency. The management of inventory data and consumables has been recorded using a computerized system but still using Microsoft Excel, this is less effective and efficient. Based on this description, the author conducted research using data collection techniques in the form of observation, interviews, documentation, and literature studies, with descriptive qualitative and quantitative data analysis techniques. The author designs an information system for managing inventory data and consumables using Microsoft Access 2010, this system is designed to facilitate the management of inventory data and consumables in adding, deleting, printing, creating reports, and searching data more effectively and efficiently. The results of the system implementation show an increase in the effectiveness and efficiency of managing inventory data and consumables at SD Negeri Tangkisan. Users can easily access this information system because this system is simpler and easier to use.

Abstract

An expert system is a computerized application that aims to imitate the reasoning process of an expert in solving certain problems and making decisions or conclusions because their knowledge is stored in a knowledge base to process problem solving. The basis of an expert system is how an expert's knowledge is transferred to a computer and used to make decisions and draw conclusions based on that knowledge. Many expert system applications have emerged in the medical field. By answering questions on an application similar to consulting a doctor, this expert system allows ordinary people to detect diseases based on the symptoms they experience. In this way, lay people can also identify diseases and treatment solutions early, which allows for rapid treatment and disease prevention. This system aims to provide support to medical personnel in carrying out initial diagnoses, increasing diagnostic accuracy, and assisting in making medical decisions more quickly and efficiently. The use of the Bayes Theorem method allows the system to handle uncertainty and variations in the symptoms experienced by patients, so as to provide more accurate results.

Abstract

Digestive disorders, allergic diarrhea and digestive tract infections are the effects of giving complementary foods too early. MPASI should be given to babies over the age of 6 months. At the age of over 6 months, the baby's stomach is good and is able to digest food properly. One of the efforts that can be made to overcome early complementary feeding is through counseling activities. The purpose of this writing is to analyze the effect of complementary breastfeeding counseling on mothers' behavior in giving complementary foods to infants aged 0-6 months in Tempursari Village, Kedungjajang.. The research design used pre-experimental research. This research was carried out using a pre post test design. The population of this study were all mothers who had babies aged 0-6 months in the Tempursari Village, Kedungjajang. The sampling technique used was total sampling technique with a sample size of 27 people in this study. Collecting data used questionnaire and processing the data through editing, coding, scoring and tabulating used the Wilcoxon SPSS test. The results of the analysis of mother's behavior in giving solids before counseling showed that most of the mothers' behavior in giving complementary foods was inappropriate for infants aged 0-6 months as many as 19 people (70.4%). While the results of the analysis of mother's behavior in giving solids after counseling showed that most of the mother's behavior in giving appropriate solids to infants aged 0-6 months was 23 people (85.2%). The results of the Wilcoxon statistical test on mother's behavior in giving complementary foods to infants aged 0-6 months (p value = 0.000) obtained a p value <0.05, so it can be concluded that there is a significant influence on mother's behavior in providing complementary foods to infants aged 0-6 months before and after being given MPASI counseling. The results of this study indicate that good counseling can improve the accuracy of the mother's behavior in giving complementary foods to her baby so that it will have an impact on the health and growth of her baby.

Abstract

Motivasi diartikan sebagai kekuatan, dorongan, kebutuhan, semangat, tekanan atau mekanisme psikologis yang mendorong seseorang atau sekelompok orang untuk mencapai prestasi tertentu sesuai dengan apa yang dikehendakinya. Responsivitas atau ketanggapan adalah kemampuan dalam membantu dan memberikan pelayanan dengan cepat, tepat, dan waktu yang tepat kepada pengguna layanan, dengan menyampaikan informasi yang berkaitan dengan kebutuhan pelayanan yang jelas. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui Hubungan  Motivasi Kerja Perawat dengan Responsivitas Pelayanan di Instalasi Gawat Darurat Rumah Sakit dr. Haryoto Lumajang.Responsiveness merupakan penilaian mutu yang paling dinamis. Hal ini dikarenakan penilaian setiap individu cenderung akan berbeda antara satu pasien dengan pasien lain terkait standar ketanggapan petugas Kesehatan dalam memberikan jasa pelayanan sesuai dengan prosedur. Daya tanggap merupakan persepsi pasien terhadap kemampuan dan kehandalan perawat untuk tanggap dan sigap terhadap berbagai hal termasuk keluhan maupun keperluan pasien (Supriyanto Ernawaty, 2010).Rumah Sakit dr Haryoto Lumajang adalah Rumah Sakit yang ada di kabupaten Lumajang dan dilengkapi dengan fasilitas pelayanan Instalasi Gawat darurat (IGD) dengan pelayanannya 24 jam untuk melayani masyarakat.  Dari data Dinas Kesehatan Kabupaten Lumajang pada tahun 2020 didapatkan hasil Indeks Kepuasan Masyarakat Lumajang terhadap pelayanan kesehatan yang ada di Kabupaten Lumajang sudah sesuai dengan standar yang telah ditetapkan, yaitu 85,6%, sedangakan standarnya adalah 85%. Akan tetapi masih ada beberapa keluhan yang masuk terkait pelayanan di RSUD dr Haryoto Lumajang, diantaranya tentang keterlambatan pelayanan.

Abstract

Objective: Terminal illness is a condition where there is no hope for the patient to recover. Palliative measures can help terminal patients to maximally maintain physical, emotional, spiritual and social abilities caused by their illness as well as actions in an effort to achieve recovery, where the quality of life includes holistic aspects, namely physical health, psychological status, level of freedom, environment and social relations. The purpose of this study was to analyze the correlation between palliative care management and the quality of life of terminal patients in the ICU of RSUD dr. Haryoto Lumajang Methods: The research design used in this study is correlational analysis. The population of this study was terminal patients who were treated in the ICU at RSUD dr. Haryoto Lumajang with a monthly average. The sample in this study was terminal patients who were treated in the ICU of RSUD dr. Haryoto Lumajang taken by purposive sampling technique that reached 33 people. Data were collected using the FACIT-Pal questionnaire & IPOS questionnaire, and analysed using the Spearman Rank test. Results: The results of the study showed that the management of palliative care in the ICU of RSUD dr. Haryoto Lumajang showed quite good results (60.6%), and the quality of life of terminal patients in the ICU room of RSUD dr. Haryoto Lumajang showed quite good results (57.6%). The results of the analysis test using the SPSS with the Spearman Rank test obtained p = 0.004 with a significance level of 0.05 (p value = 0.004 ≤ 0.05), which means that there is a correlation between management of palliative care and quality of life of terminal patients in the ICU of RSUD dr. Haryoto Lumajang Conclusion: Based on the results of research showing that there was a correlation between palliative care management and the quality of life of terminal patients, nurses must improve palliative care services to achieve holistic well-being which includes physical, psychological, social and spiritual for terminal patients. The better palliative care provided the better the the quality of life of terminal patients

Abstract

Objective: Occupational lung disease is a disease that occurs due to inhalation of dangerous particles, mist, vapor or gas while a person is working. Ammonia, which is also a chemical substance, has dangerous effects on humans, one of which is inhalation of ammonia, which can cause acute lung injury and pulmonary edema and even death. Impaired lung function is not only caused by high dust levels, but several factors characteristic of the worker himself can also influence the condition of the lungs, such as age, smoking habits, history of lung disease, compliance with the use of of personal protective equipment (PPE), nutritional status, sports activity and length of work. Methods: This study aims to analyze the correlation between compliance with PPE use and length of work with lung function disorders in PT employees. XYZ Pasuruan logistics division. This study used a correlational analytic design retrospective cohort approach using observation sheets and MCU spirometry results and analyzed using SPSS software. Research location was PT. XYZ Pasuruan has 2 locations, namely the chemical logistics section with 12 employees and the ammonia terminal section with 12 employees. Results: The results of the analysis using a statistical regression test of compliance with PPE use and length of work with impaired lung function obtained a P value of 0.000, so it was concluded that there was a significant correlation between compliance with PPE use and length of work with impaired lung function. The results of other research show that there are variations in working hours, use of PPE and vital lung capacity among workers. From the statistical tests, the p value obtained for the correlation between working years and impaired vital lung capacity was 0.001 and the p value for the correlation between PPE use and impaired lung function was 0.000. Conclusion: This is in line with research conducted by PT. XYZ that there is a correlation between compliance with PPE use and length of work with significant lung function disorders.
