Abstract

Perception is a factor that greatly determines the formation of individual attitudes or behavior, so that it is something meaningful. The implementation of health services is seen as having an important role. To be able to improve the health status of the community, many things need to be done. What is meant by health service is every effort that is carried out individually or jointly in an organization to maintain and improve health, prevent and cure disease and restore the health of individuals, families, groups and or communities.Hospitals in the Probolinggo district consist of regional and private ownership. There are 2 local government hospitals and 4 privately owned hospitals and clinics. The management of hospitals owned by the regional government is under the responsibility of the head of the regional government. This study aims to analyze the factors that influence nurses' perceptions about the implementation of supervision at home in the Probolinggo Regency area.Methods: This study uses a correlational analytical research design with a cross sectional approach. The population is all nurses who are in the inpatient ward of a hospital in Probolinggo Regency with samples that meet the research criteria, namely nurses who are cooperative and willing to be respondents. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling with a sample of 89 respondents. Analysis was carried out by logistic regression to determine the most dominant factor with a significance level of p 0.05Results: The results of the analysis show that the most related to the implementation of supervision is supervisory competence because it has the largest OR value of 28.7, meaning that a supervisory competence that is carried out well has a 28.7 chance of producing good supervision after being controlled by supervision techniques, supervision principles, activities routines and supervision models.Conclusion: Direct supervision allows nursing managers to find various obstacles/problems in the implementation of nursing care in the room by trying to look at it as a whole

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pelayanan Kantor Kelurahan Tambakrejo diukur berdasarkan kepuasan masyarakat menggunakan Indeks Kepuasan Masyarakat.Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian deskriptif dengan menggunakan analisis Indeks Kepuasan Masyarakat dengan hasil data dalam bentuk angka. Penelitian dilakukan di Kantor Kelurahan Kabupaten Purworejo pada bulan Februari hingga Mei 2023. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan teknik wawancara, kuesioner, observasi, dokumentasi dan studi pustaka. Uji validitas menggunakan rumus Product Moment Pearson dan uji reliabilitas menggunakan rumus Cronbach’s Alpha. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa nilai Indeks Kepuasan Masyarakat (IKM) untuk pelayanan Kantor Kelurahan Tambakrejo adalah 3,25 dengan angka konversi sebesar 81,14. Maka kinerja pelayanan publik berada dalam kategori mutu pelayanan baik.

Abstract

The Ma'Pun bean project business is a business that processes peanut raw materials into new products that have a higher value, can provide added value because costs are incurred so that new prices are formed which are higher and profits are greater than without going through the processing process. This study aims to find out whether the Ma'Pun project business is feasible to develop. This research used a case study method on the Ma'Pun peanut project in Sangubanyu Village, Grabag District, Purworejo Regency. Furthermore, this research was analyzed descriptively qualitatively and quantitatively. The data collection techniques of this research include observation, documentation, and interviews. The research results show that: (1). The peanut project business profile was established in 2021 until now, the peanut project business scale is the micro- medium scale, the source of capital comes from own capital. (2) Analysis of the non-financial feasibility of the peanut shell business, namely marketing aspects, technical aspects, environmental aspects and legal aspects, is feasible to run because it already has a complete licensing PIRT No 2053306010400-28, (3) Analysis of financial feasibility NPV of IDR 163,361, 98 NPV> 0, the IRR is 380% with an interest rate of 10%, the Net B/C value is 1.50> 1, and the payback period for investment is 3 months 9 days.

Abstract

Technological developments are closely related to progress in various fields. By using technological sophistication everything becomes practical, one of which is the marketing sector. This large coverage is not impossible, many business actors are starting to look at potential customers with online marketing. Writing using a survey method by asking several questions to respondents. Data collection techniques using observation, documentation, literature studies and surveys. The sample selection technique used was purposive sampling. Instrument test using validity test and reliability test. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis using the IBM SPSS 24 application. The results of the research are that the content of photo messages has a positive and significant effect on purchase intention. Communication style has a positive and significant effect on purchase intention. The quality of information has a positive but not significant effect on purchase intention. There is a positive and significant influence between the content of the photo message, the style of communication and the quality of the information together on consumer buying interest. The influence of content in increasing purchase interest can be optimized by using Instagram Ads or paid advertisements

Abstract

The low learning outcomes of students are caused by a lack of student motivation in learning. This study aimed to determine the effect of spiritual guidance on students' learning motivation. This study uses a pre-experimental research design with a one-group pretest-posttest design method. The population is SMKN 1 Kraksaan students, with a sample of 40 Class X students who meet the inclusion criteria at SMKN 1 Kraksaan. The sampling technique used is stratified random sampling. The data analysis with the Kendal Tau test determines the influencing variable with a significance level of p 0.05. The research results on respondents' satisfaction before spiritual guidance were mostly moderate motivation (65%) and low motivation (35%). While learning motivation after spiritual guidance mostly comes from high inspiration (80%) and moderate motivation (20%). The results of the data analysis test obtained P = 0.000, so the conclusion is that there is an effect of spiritual guidance on students' learning motivation. The implications obtained from the program guidance carried out continuously by the teacher will impact student learning outcomes.

Abstract

PT BPR BKK Purworejo (Perseroda) Bayan Branch is a financial institution established based on the Decree of the Governor of the Regional Head of Level I Central Java. This bank has received permission from the Financial Services Authority (OJK) and the Deposit Insurance Corporation (LPS). The influence of perception, promotion and knowledge aims to find out how much influence customers have in depositing their funds. The data used in this research is qualitative and quantitative. The methods used are interviews and observation.This research aims to determine the influence of perception, promotion and knowledge on the decision to become a deposit customer at PT BPR BKK Purworejo (Perseroda) Bayan Branch. The population in this study were deposit customers at PT BPR BKK Purworejo (Perseroda) Bayan Branch with a sample size of 30 people. The instrument used in this research is a questionnaire on the decision to become a deposit customer which has previously been tested and has met the validity and reliability requirements, while data analysis uses multiple regression analysis. The results of this research show that: the results of the t test analysis on the perception variable show that the significant value is greater than 0.05, namely 0.609 > 0.05, which does not have a significant effect on the decision to become a deposit customer. The results of the t test on the promotion variable show that the significant value is greater than 0.05, namely 0.146 > 0.05, which does not have a significant effect on deposit customer decisions. The results of the t test on the knowledge variable show that the significant value is smaller than 0.05, namely 0.012 <0.05, there is a significant influence on the decision to become a deposit customer. The results of the F test analysis show that the F test value is 3.565 with a significant amount of 0.028, less than 0.05, meaning that the variables of perception, promotion and knowledge have a significant influence on the decision to become a deposit customer at PT BPR BKK Purworejo (Perseroda) Bayan Branch.

Abstract

Konsep pentuple bottom line (PBL) penting karena membantu perusahaan mempertahankan keberlanjutan usahanya dengan menyeimbangkan lima aspek, yaitu: People (manusia), Planet (lingkungan), Profit (keuntungan), Phenotechnology (fenoteknologi), Prophet (spiritualitas). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis penerapan konsep pentuple bottom line pada perguruan tinggi swasta yang ada dikabupaten Rejang Lebong. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan jenis penelitian asosiatif. Jenis penelitian asosiatif berfokus pada identifikasi dan analisis hubungan antara dua atau lebih variabel.Variabel pada penelitian inin adalah sebagai berikut, Implementasi Sustainability Accounting, Kompetensi Akuntan, Kualitas Sumber Daya Manusia dan Implementasi Pentuple Bottom Line dengan objek pada perguruan tinggi di Kabupaten Rejang Lebong. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah total sampling. Dengan menggunakan kuesioner yang disebar melalui Google Forms, peneliti dapat menjangkau semua responden secara efisien dan mengumpulkan data secara sistematis.Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan kuesioner berbasis skala Likert 1-4.Analisis data dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) berbasis Partial Least Squares (PLS). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya pengaruh positif dari ke 3 variabel X dengan Implementasi Pentuple Bottom Line (Y).
