Abstract

Antrian merupakan suatu barisan manusia, benda atau hal- hal yang menunggu untuk ditangani atau di proses. Analisis antrian pada Puskesmas sebagai lembaga kesehatan sangat diperlukan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengukur waktu antrian pendafaran pasien pada Puskesmas Siak Hulu I Kabupaten Kampar Riau. Dari hasil perhitungan tersebut kemudian dianalisa untuk melihat seberapa efektif waktu tunggu pada sistem antrian Puskesmas tersebut jika dibandingkan dengan sistem antrian online yang nantinya akan dibangun. Proses antrian yang dianalisis sesuai dengan model antrian yang ada di Puskesmas, yaitu antrian Single Channel Multi Step. Kolmogorov-Smirnov digunakan sebagai metode dalam uji kecocokan model.Hasil dan pembahasan menunjukkan bahwa baik pasien lama ataupun pasien baru menghabiskan waktu sektiar lebih dari 5 menit hanya untuk proses pedaftaran saja, belum termasuk antrian penanganan dokter, dan antri pengambilan obat. Jika waktu tunggu dapat diminimalisir tentu pelayanan pasien dapat lebih maksimal, mengingat tingginya kesadaran kesehatan masyarakat daerah Siak Hulu Kabupaten Kampar- Riau ini.

Abstract

The Pandemic Covid-19 necessitates all activities to be network-based, including the collegiate learning process. Prior to the epidemic, instructors were mechanically or face-to-face evaluated for their learning. Monitoring and evaluation, on the other hand, are carried out online during the e-learning learning process. However, in the learning process through e-learning, monitoring and evaluation are carried out online. To facilitate the monitoring and evaluation of online learning by lecturers, it is necessary to build a web-based information system. The purpose of the research is the creation of an information system for monitoring and evaluating learning evaluation through blended learning. The research methodology used is a research and development research design using waterfall analysis with the stages of requirements analysis, system design, implementation, integration and testing, operation and maintenance. The object-oriented research target is the monitoring and evaluation assessment information system. The result of the research is the development of an application for monitoring and evaluating learning assessments there are: (1) Using the system, the monitoring and evaluation of learning carried out by the monitoring and evaluation team can be easily carried out during the evaluation process. (2) The system can display a description of the results of the evaluation of learning monitoring and evaluation, (3) The system developed is used at the college for monitoring and evaluating learning activities through blended learning.

Abstract

Community Service is carried out at the Office of National Unity and Politic (Kesbangpol) of Pekanbaru City, in the form of training of Pekanbaru Kesbangpol operators in managing Geographical Information System (GIS) on the mapping of registered and registered LSM. This dedication is a follow up to the research on the making of a Geographic Information System (GIS) on the mapping of LSM. It is hoped that by using this system, the data recording process of LSM registered at Kesbangpol will be more integrated and easily accessible to the public as mandated by the Law. This dedication is a form of real collaboration between the Faculty of Computer Science, University of Lancang Kuning with government agencies in this case the Kesbangpol Pekanbaru Office.

Abstract

Expert System is a computer-based system that uses knowledge, facts and reasoning techniques in solving problems that normally can only be solved by an expert in the field. Many cases can be used as research in Expert Systems, one diagnosis of proper nutrition. In this study we will design an expert system to diagnose the type of proper nutrition for pregnant women. Determining the proper nutrition for pregnant women is important to note because it causes birth defects and infant mortality. In this study, the system uses the Backward Chaining method in determining the proper nutrition for pregnant women. This system can provide the right solution for pregnant women. This application is made to the programming language PHP and MySQL as its knowledge base storage. System testing is done by matching the search process Backward Chaining in the decision tree to determine the proper nutrition for pregnant women at the design stage to the actual system that has been built. Abstract

Abstrack– The effect of social media use has been dramatically increased during the Covid-19 pandemic in the earlier of 2020. Meanwhile, there are conflicting findings among the scholars regarding the significance of the effects, leading to an unclear conclusion for the impact on students' learning process. The use of social media by the students of the Faculty of Computer Science in Universitas Lancang Kuning runs linearly with the learning process within the courses. This phenomenon encourages students to use WhatsApp, Facebook, YouTube, Instagram, and other platforms, proving the strength of the internet in students' lives. This study used Fuzzy Logic to analyze social media's effect on students' learning process in the Faculty of Computer Science of Universitas Lancang Kuning. By employing 91 students, the result reveals that the social media was in the 60 (of 51-70 ran).Keywords – Social Media,college student,Fuzzy Logic

Abstract

Sistem Informasi Geografis adalah sebuah system informasi berbasis website yang terintegrasi dengan pemetaan menggunakan mapping, sehingga mudah dalam pengambilan keputusan. Sistem Informasi Geografis pada penelitian ini digunakan dalam memetakan sebaran Organisasi Masyarakat dan Lembaga Swadaya Masyarakat terdaftar di Kesbangpol Kota Pekanbaru sehingga dapat membantu masyarakat dalam memperoleh informasi. Dalam memberikan informasi jalur terdekat menuju koordinat tujuan menggunakan algoritma djikstra. Metode djikstra adalah sebuah metode yang membantu dalam memberikan jarak terdekat terhadap titik koordinat. Aplikasi Sistem Informasi Geografis yang dirancang ini dapat membantu pihak Kesbangpol Pekanbaru dan masyarakat untuk memperoleh informasi berupa spasial dan non spasial. Pada proses pengumpulan data, peneliti datang langsung kelokasi mitra untuk memperoleh titik koordinat. Pembuatan Peta Sistem Informasi Geografis menggunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP dan database mysql. Kata kunci: Sistem Informasi Geografis, Kota Pekanbaru, Pemetaan, LSM. Abstract Geographic Information System is a website-based information system that is integrated with mapping using mapping, making it easy to make decisions. The Geographic Information System in this study is used in mapping the distribution of registered Community Organizations and Non-Governmental Organizations in the Kesbangpol Kota Pekanbaru so that it can assist the public in obtaining information. In providing information on the closest path to the destination coordinates using the Dijkstra algorithm. The Dijkstra method is a method that helps in providing the closest distance to the coordinates. The application of this Geographical Information System that design can improve the Kesbangpol Pekanbaru and the community to obtain information in the form of spatial and non-spatial. In the process of collecting data, researchers come directly to partner locations to receive coordinate points. Abstract

SMP Negeri 10 Pekanbaru setiap tahunnya melakukan pemilihan Ketua OSIS. Proses pemilihan Ketua OSIS SMP Negeri 10 Pekanbaru dilakukan dengan cara voting oleh seluruh siswa secara langsung. Namun voting yang dilakukan masih secara konvensional yaitu pemilihan masih menggunakan kertas sebagai sarana untuk pemilih menentukan pilihannya dan dalam perhitungan suara hasil pemilihan juga dilakukan secara manual, sehingga akan memerlukan biaya yang besar dan waktu yang cukup lama untuk mengetahui hasilnya. Pemanfaatan sistem e-voting, merupakan solusi yang diberikan penulis untuk meyelesaikan masalah tersebut. Pada tahap analisa dan perancangan penulis menggunakan metode pendekatan Object Oriented Analysis and Design (OOAD). Sedangkan pemodelan sistem menggunakan pendekatan UML (Unified Modelling Language). Hasil dari penelitian ini diharapankan dapat menyelesaikan masalah-masalah tentang proses pemilihan Ketua OSIS SMP Negeri 10 Pekanbaru sehingga dapat dilaksanakan secara efektif, efisien, cepat dan transparan

Abstract

Intra-School Student Organization is an organization that is at the school level in Indonesia, starting with junior high schools and senior high schools. The student council is managed and managed by students who are chosen to be student council. Usually this organization has a mentor from the teacher chosen by the school. Student council members are all students who are in one school where the student council is located. In an effort to elect the student council president, the researchers created a web-based information system in selecting the student council president. E-voting is an electoral system where data is recorded, stored and processed in the form of digital information. In the election of the chairman is always a problem in carrying out his election, such as having to prepare space, paper, and others. And after that it takes time in completing the vote count, it also requires a lot of people or committees in carrying out the chairman's election, lack of transparency in vote counting, there are still errors in vote counting.

Abstract

Content Management System (CMS) is a system or software in developing content. What is meant by content is all forms of digital information, in the form of image files, audio, video, text and other computer files. CMS makes it easy to create attractive website pages without having to understand how to create a website from scratch. Likewise, Lancang Kuning University has created an Integrated CMS website or integrated with faculty websites at Lancang Kuning University, by creating one database but the frontend and backend templates can be customized as desired. With this integrated website, it will make it easier for the main admin and faculty admin to maintain the website, including in its development. This website was built using the concept of Object Oriented and using a codeigniter framework.C
