Abstract

Marketing paradigm is now changed from a product-oriented into a brand-oriented. This research aims to know the existence of the influence between the Integrated Marketing Communiation (IMC) against the product Indomie Brand Image as well as knowing which variables are more dominant than in influencing the product Indomie Brand Image PT. Indofood CBP Sukses Makmur.Tbk Makassar. The method used in this study, quantitative research methods. Data collected through interviews and questionnaires. Data were analyzed with multiple linear regression analysis and hypothesis testing analysis. The results Showed the Integrated Marketing Communication (IMC) the which consists of advertising, sales promotion, public relations, personal selling, and direct, online and mobile marketing the positive and significant effect against the brand image on the product Indomie PT. Indofood CBP Sukses Makmur.Tbk Makassar. While on the test variable turned out to be partially personal selling, and direct, online and mobile marketing no effect Significantly to Brand Image on the product Indomie PT. Indofood CBP Sukses Makmur.Tbk Makassar. Furthermore the dominant variable is a variable of advertising where advertising influence greater than sales promotion and public relations against the Brand Image on the product Indomie PT. Indofood CBP Sukses Makmur.Tbk Makassar.

Abstract

Penelitian ini membahas pentingnya transformasi digital dalam mendorong pertumbuhan Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM) di Indonesia. Transformasi digital mencakup penggunaan teknologi digital untuk meningkatkan efisiensi operasional, akses pasar, dan inovasi produk. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode studi kasus yang diambil dari berbagai artikel untuk mengidentifikasi tantangan dan peluang yang dihadapi UMKM dalam proses digitalisasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa adopsi teknologi digital dapat meningkatkan daya saing UMKM, memperluas jangkauan pasar, dan meningkatkan kualitas layanan. Namun, tantangan seperti keterbatasan akses terhadap teknologi, minimnya literasi digital, dan hambatan finansial masih menjadi kendala utama. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan dukungan dari pemerintah, sektor swasta, dan lembaga pendidikan untuk mempercepat proses transformasi digital di kalangan UMKM. Penelitian ini memberikan rekomendasi strategis untuk mengoptimalkan penggunaan teknologi digital guna mencapai pertumbuhan yang berkelanjutan bagi UMKM di Indonesia.

Abstract

This research examines the critical role managers play in managing economic risk within multinational banking institutions, focusing on how these leaders navigate the complexities of global economic uncertainty. With fluctuating currency exchange rates, diverse regulatory standards, and geopolitical instability, multinational banks face unique challenges that require managers to adopt proactive and adaptive risk management strategies. This study specifically analyzes the most common types of economic risks occurring in multinational banking and explores the decision-making processes, tools, and collaborative approaches managers use to mitigate these risks. Through a qualitative approach, including in-depth interviews with managers across different regions and levels, the study identifies key strategies and technological innovations such as real-time data analysis and predictive modeling that support effective risk management. In addition, the study highlights the role of cross-region communication in maintaining consistency in risk and compliance protocols across borders. This study contributes to a deeper understanding of the managerial skills and resources required to effectively manage economic risk, offering insights that can help multinational banks strengthen their resilience and competitive advantage in an increasingly volatile economic landscape.

Abstract

In the process of teaching entrepreneurship education, appropriate pedagogy is needed in realizing a curriculum that is contextual and relevant to the development of information technology and the need for the job market. This research aims to provide a comprehensive overview of entrepreneurship education with effective teaching methods by synthesizing existing research findings. This research method uses a systematic literature review approach to synthesize various academic database literature sourced from Scopus or Web of Science with keywords such as "entrepreneurship education" and "pedagogy", and interviews with teachers of entrepreneurship education courses in Indonesia. The results of the study show that the project-based learning method is very effective in the entrepreneurship education curriculum that follows the development of digital technology and the need for the job market.
