Abstract

Breeding joper chickens with a partnership system is a form of business that is currently on the rise, breeding in partnership is a form of cooperation between breeders (plasma) and companies (nucleus). The yields will be divided according to the percentage agreed upon in the contract agreement that has been made between plasma and nucleus. It takes approximately 12 weeks for the farmer to raise the chickens until harvest. During this period, breeders must take care of the chickens maximally so that it is hoped that the harvest will be profitable for both the farmer as the plasma and the company as the nucleus. There needs to be extra careful management in the process of cultivating joper chickens because chicken farming can be said to have a high enough risk. Therefore, this system was built in order to overcome problems such as irregular feeding or vaccines, manual recording of daily chicken development, disease management and lack of insight into diseases that chickens often get, as well as weighing calculations that are still being carried out. Manually. So that by overcoming these problems the crop yields will increase and the level of productivity of chickens is controlled. The tools used in making this system are Visual Basic. Application design method using ProtoTyping method.

Abstract

Indicator pengukuran perkembangan anak tentang asupan nutrisi adalah dengan melihat status gizi. Hasil studi pendahuluan yang di lakukan di SD Muhammadiyah Mertosanan Banguntapan Bantul DIY didapatkan data mayoritas anak memiliki status gizi lebih. Perilaku negative tentang pemenuhan nutrisi dapat mempengaruhi terjadinya masalah Kesehatan. Hasil wawancara ditemukan data banyak anak yang tidak mencuci tangan sebelum makan maupun sesudah bermain, mayoritas dari mereka tidak menyukai makan sayuran. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengetahui hubungan antara perilaku hidup sehat dan gizi seimbang dengan status gizi anak SD Muhammadiyah Mertosanan Banguntapan Bantul. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan Teknik total sampling sehingga ada 62 sampel. Data diambil menggunakan kuesioner perilaku hidup sehat, kuesioner gizi seimbang, timbangan, meteran badan. Hasil pengukuran kemudian dianalisis menggunakan uji statistik Chi-Square. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara perilaku hidup sehat dan status gizi dengan menggunakan uji statistik Chi-Square diperoleh nilai P-Sig = 0,000 dan P-value = 25.841. Dan juga terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara gizi seimbang dan status gizi dengan menggunakan uji statistik Chi-Square diperoleh nilai P-Sig = 0,000 dan P-value = 40.287. Kesimpulan dalam penelitian ini adalah adanya hubungan antara perilaku hidup sehat dan gizi seimbang dengan status gizi.

Abstract

Tercapainya suatu sasaran pada sebuah organisasi tidak lepas dari manajemen dan keuangan yang baik, karena keuangan merupakan salah satu sumber daya yang secara langsung dapat menunjang efektifitas dan efisiensi pengelolaan dan pengembangan Poskestren. Tujuan penelitian yaitu untuk menganalisis pelaksanaan fungsi manajemen pada bidang keuangan terhadap pencapaian sasaran pos kesehatan pesantren Pondok Pesantren An-Nur Ngrukem Bantul Tahun 2021. Metode dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif, dengan teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Pengambilan sampelnya menggunakan metode purposive sampling, dengan subjek yaitu semua pengurus Poskestren dan objek yaitu manajemen keuangan di Poskestren sedangkan untuk uji keabsahan data menggunakan triangulasi sumber dan teknik. Hasil : Pelaksanaan manajemen pada bidang keungan Poskestren sudah berjalan dengan efektif dan baik walaupun masih memiliki kekuarang yaitu fungsi manajemen perencanaan yang masih kurang dalam pelaksanaannya seperti perencanaan yang belum bisa didokumentasikan dan direalisasikan tetapi pada dasarnya sudah memiliki perencanaan, dan pelaksanaan fungsi pengorganisasian, penggerakan, serta pengawasan bidang keuangan di Poskestren An-Nur Ngrukem sudah berjalan dengan baik. Kesimpulan : Pelaksanaan Manajemen di bidang Keuangan Poskestren An-Nur Ngrukem sudah efektif dan baik karena dari fungsi manajemen pengorganisasian, penggerak, dan pengawasannya sudah berjalan dengan baik walaupun masih memiliki kekurangan dalam fungsi perencanaannya. Hasil menunjukkan adanya pengaruh antara manajemen yang baik dengan tercapaiannya sasaran-sasaran yang dimiliki oleh Poskestren An-Nur Ngrukem.

Abstract

Asphalt mixing plant is a production equipment that produces hot mix in the form of a mixture of asphalt with some aggregate materials used as road pavement materials. The asphalt mixing plant produces hot mix which must be at a certain temperature so that it does not harden and cannot be used for road pavement. The accuracy in the delivery time of the product to the location where it will be held determines the quality of the production after it is held on the road media. The existence of an information system is a tool for controlling production costs, in this case hotmix products produced from asphalt mixing plant machines are needed to monitor every production process from several departments that have been worked on so that data management can be done quickly and accurately. Seeing the existing problems, this research aims to design and build an industrial information system for the asphalt mixing plant at PT. Wasis by Nugraha. Tools used in making this system is Visual Basic. The application design method uses the ProtoTyping method. The results of this study are that with the design and construction of an industrial information system for the asphalt mixing plant at PT. Wasis Karya Nugraha received a very good category in the functional suitability aspect and a very appropriate predicate in the usability aspect in helping to overcome conventional system problems in the administration of raw material procurement to the production process, sending finished products to consumers and financial reporting which can be caused by human error.

Abstract

E-RT is a development of E-Government to improve public services so that people in the surrounding environment can more easily access information. One of the neighborhood Association functions is to create security, order, harmony and comfort in the environment. This security and order can be realized with one rule: guests must report 1 x 24 hours. However, the lack of public awareness of this rule means that the rule is not implemented. So this research aims to develop e-RT applications in the fields of security and order and comfort to increase effectiveness and efficiency, especially in reporting guests who come to the neighborhood Association environment as well as reporting on citizen activities and finances that are transparent and easy to access information. The approach used is qualitative with descriptive methods. The research results are in the form of an e-RT application that can be accessed by residents and neighborhood Association administrators. In this research, application design is based on user needs analysis, where data collection uses the interview method. In visualizing and building application model concepts, this research uses UML. Application testing uses the black box method with initial results containing errors in scenarios three and seven, so the test success is only 80%. After scenarios 3 and 7 have been repaired, especially in the coding part, the application can run 100% according to its needs or function. The conclusion in this research is that E-RT is a faster system for carrying out reporting without being limited by time and distance.

Abstract

Balita yang mengalami permasalahan gizi meningkatkan risiko penurunan kemampuan intelektual, menghambatnya kemampuan motorik, produktivitas, dan peningkatan risiko penyakit degeneratif di masa mendatang. Permasalahan gizi pada balita dapat disebabkan oleh beberapa faktor, diantaranya rendahnya pendapatan keluarga, kebiasaan yang dipercayai oleh ibu, dan pengetahuan gizi yang rendah pada ibu atau pengasuh. Tujuan dari Pengabdian Kepada Maasyarakat (PKM) ini adalah mengevaluasi keberlanjutan program KRPL yang sudah berjalan, pembentukan Program Pojok Gizi, memberikan penyuluhan tentang penyimpanan makanan dan pegemasan produk makanan Nakelle, dan legalitas produk makanan Nakelle ke PIRT. Kegiatan PKM diantaranya evaluasi keberlanjutan KRPL, pemberian penyuluhan tentang kemanan pangan dan pengemasan produk makanan, legalitas produk makanan nakelle ke PIRT, dan pembentukan program Pojok Gizi. Peserta PKM ini adalah 20 peserta KWT dan 44 ibu yang memiliki anak usia 6 bulan-24 di Dusun Bali, Girisekar, Panggang, Gunungkidul, Yogyakarta. Kegiatan PKM ini dimulai dari evaluasi keberlanjutan KRPL, dimana KRPL ini dapat dilanjutkan oleh warga setempat dengan budidaya ikan lele, penanaman sayuran dan tanaman kelor, pemberian penyuluhan tentang keamanan pangan dan pengemasan produk makanan, membentuk Pojok Gizi di Posyandu Dusun Bali, dan legalitas produk nakelle yang didaftarkan di PIRT. Hasil dari PKM ini diantaranya KRPL tetap berlanjut, adanya peningkatan pengetahuan peserta KWT setelah diberikan penyuluhan tentang keamanan pangan dan pengemasan produk makanan, terbentuknya Pojok Gizi,dan produk makanan nakelle terdaftar di PIRT.

Abstract

Remaja merupakan generasi yang berkualitas maka status gizi berperan dalam hal tersebut, melalui asupan gizi yang seimbang. Selain masalah pola makan remaja putri seringkali mengalami gangguan menstruasi, terutama gangguan pada siklus menstruasi. Menstruasi akan mengalami siklus yang tidak teratur di pertama masa reproduksi. Asupan nutrisi yang tidak baik berdampak pada penurunan fungsi reproduksi. Mekanisme status gizi dengan siklus menstruasi dapat mempengaruhi pola siklus menstruasi, baik pada wanita dengan gizi kurang maupun gizi lebih. Tujuan PKM ini untuk memberikan edukasi tentang edukasi pentingnya status gizi terhadap siklus mentruasi di MA Al Mumtaz Wonosari Gunung Kidul. Metode yang digunakan yaitu ceramah, dan juga diskusi tanya jawab. Selain itu dalam kegiatan pegabdian kepada masayarakat ini pengabdi juga akan membagikan buku saku kepada setiap siswa. Hasil. Kegiatan dihadiri oleh 32 remaja putri yang mengatakan mengalami nyeri hadi saat menstruasi, Haid tidak teratur dan kurang tahu tentang siklus haid, kurang tahu tentangĀ  factor yang mempengaruhi siklus haid serta belum memiliki media edukasi status gizi berhubungan dengan siklus mentruasi menjadi mengetahui dan telah diberikan buku saku. Simpulan kegiatan edukasi ini berjalan dengan lancar dilihat dari, perseta aktif, peserta memperhatikan dan mampu menjawab saat sesi diskusi serta seluruh siswa mendapatkan buku saku

Abstract

PT. Selo Progo Sakti is a company engaged in the Asphalt Mixing Plant industry. Asphalt Mixing Plant is a production equipment that produces Hotmix in the form of a mixture of asphalt with some aggregate materials used as road pavement materials. This Asphalt Mixing Plant operates for production according to orders from consumers and the character of the production results in the form of hotmix must meet certain temperature criteria for gnats to be spread out on the road media so that it must be avoided so that the product conditions do not occur at low or cold temperatures because it will harden and cannot used for road pavement. Therefore, the accuracy in delivering the product to the location where it will be held will greatly determine the quality of the production after it is held on the road. In addition, product quality is also determined from the job mix or the proportion of the material mixture that has been agreed upon in accordance with the job specifications, so it needs supervision from various parties involved in the implementation of the work. The existence of an information system is a tool for controlling production costs, in this case hotmix products produced from Asphalt Mixing Plant machines are needed to monitor every production process from several departments that have been worked on so that data management can be done quickly and accurately. Therefore, this system was built in order to overcome problems such as calculating the cost of production of hotmix for each product according to jobmix, cost control, inventory control and preparation of financial reports which can be done in one integrated information system. Tools used in making this system is Visual Basic. The application design method uses the ProtoTyping method.
