Abstract

This paper is intended to provide input to school principals or leaders of educational institutions to not only pay attention to aspects of intellectual and spiritual intelligence in the use of leadership style, but also attention to aspects of emotional intelligence because this aspect has an important role in interacting with subordinates. Emotional intelligence is interpreted as the ability to listen to emotional whispers, and make it an important source of information to understand yourself and others to achieve a goal. If the principal can use this emotional intelligence well, the emotional relationship between the principal and teachers and employees will always be maintained and is expected to improve the performance of subordinates in achieving organizational goals. There are six leadership styles based on emotional intelligence mentioned by Goleman, i.e. visionary , mentor, affiliative, democratic, speed determinant, and authoritarian leadership styles. However, the principle should apply this styles of leadership proportionaly.

Abstract

Kegiatan kemitraan atau pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk memberikan pelatihan kepada pengurus peternakan ayam  dalam melakukan penyusunan laporan keuangan yang sesuai standar yaitu Standar Akuntansi Keuangan Entitas Mikro Kecil dan Menengah (SAK EMKM).Langkah atau metode kegiatan yang dilakukan dalam pendampingan ini adalah pertama, melakukan kegiatan kelas / tatap muka dengan memberikan materi tentang akuntansi yang sesuai dengan SAK EMKM, kedua me-review laporan keuangan yang selama ini telah dibuat, ketiga, melakukan tindak lanjut dengan mengerjakan kembali laporan keuangan yang berdasarkan SAK EMKM, keempat, memberikan pelatihan dalam penyusunan laporan keuangan sesuai standar yang berlaku.

Abstract

Background : Health service has 2 inseparable parties, those are doctor and patient. Relationship between them is regulated by law giving rise to doctor and patient's rights and obligations. One of the doctor's obligation in medical service is giving informed consent for all action that will be done to the patient. All medical action are preceeded by informed consent, including circumcision.Aim : To determine the implementation of informed consent for circumcision done in Puskesmas Waru, Pamekasan Regency, East Java Province.Method : This research is a descriptive study. This research uses survaillance method done by collecting data, with informed consent as the sample which was gathered from medical record of circumcision in Puskesmas Waru, Pamekasan Regency, East Java Province done in January 1st - December 31st 2013. Collected data are displayed in the form of diagrams and tables.Result :  This research shows that, based on diagnosis and medical action procedure, 100% of samples have complete criteria, 100% explains Purpose of Medical Action, 100% explains Risks and Complications, 0% explains Costs Estimation, 100% of agreement to circumcision are written, and 100% of the agreement signed by both informant and approver.Conclusion :  Circumcision in Puskesmas Waru have been explained quite completely but some information was not explained. Agreement of circumcision in Puskesmas Waru have been written as explained in current Minister of Health Regulation and Statute.

Abstract

Big data technology is a whole technology that can handle processing related to data analysis to explore the potential in it. Some uses of big data are based on the largest sources of data traffic, such as social media, financial transactions, public data, sensor data, and enterprise data. In the research conducted there is a problem, namely how to determine and find out the best software to manage big data. The following problems can be solved by conducting a software comparison survey to find out the best software that can be used and is suitable for big data management problems. The software survey research for big data management uses secondary data from national and international journals that have been published on Scopus, Semantic Scholar, and Google Scholar in the period 2017-2021 as data reference. The software survey in this study used the Systematic Literature Review (SLR) method. The results of research using SLR software state that the software that can be used to determine big data management is 7 software, Apache Hadoop software is software that is often used to perform big data analysis because Apache Hadoop software can have many features and managed to obtain the minimum results to maximize the results of the analysis so that this is different from the application of other software and also the application of software.

Abstract

Mass communication is defined as all forms of communication that convey information openly through technical dissemination media indirectly and use one-way communication methods aimed at the public. Communicants in mass communication are also anonymous and heterogeneous. With today's technological developments, old media such as books, magazines, newspapers and radio do not mean they will be abandoned and forgotten and replaced with new media. Rather, the old media is processed and adapted into new media by applying digitization technology. The emergence of new media today has made the name Youtube a major concern in the eyes of the public. Even since the presence of Youtube as a new media, not a few television users and viewers have turned to Youtube. This new media is more easily accessible and accessible to the public. I support the media for introducing products to the public. With the recognition of products by the public through YouTube media, it will increase public interest in the product and will further increase sales turnover

Abstract

Cost control is an important instrument to support the success of a business engaged in construction. Work in the field of construction requires a time limit for the completion of work and obeys the provisions of the quality of each item of work and is fully supervised by various parties involved in the implementation of the work. Accuracy in completing the work according to the scheduled schedule and in accordance with the job specifications specified in the work contract is an important element in the assessment of construction work which has an impact on billing project costs. The existence of an information system is a tool for project cost control that is needed to monitor every progress of work that has been done so that data management can be done quickly and accurately. Therefore, this system was built in order to be able to overcome problems such as calculating work unit price analysis, Compiling a Cost Budget Plan, Implementation Budget Plan, Job Costing, Scheduling, Progressing to billing terms that can be done in one integrated information system. Tools used in making this system is Visual Basic. The application design method uses the Togaf method. The results of this study are outlined in the form of a blueprint which is used as a reference in the development of a project cost control information system at PT. Selo Adi Karto. the research results have been analyzed using the chain and TOGAF methods which produce a proposed portfolio of applications that will become data for implementation. The architecture designed which is the result of this research is in the form of an integrated project cost control information system in computer network technology.

Abstract

E-RT is a development of E-Government to improve public services so that people in the surrounding environment can more easily access information. One of the neighborhood Association functions is to create security, order, harmony and comfort in the environment. This security and order can be realized with one rule: guests must report 1 x 24 hours. However, the lack of public awareness of this rule means that the rule is not implemented. So this research aims to develop e-RT applications in the fields of security and order and comfort to increase effectiveness and efficiency, especially in reporting guests who come to the neighborhood Association environment as well as reporting on citizen activities and finances that are transparent and easy to access information. The approach used is qualitative with descriptive methods. The research results are in the form of an e-RT application that can be accessed by residents and neighborhood Association administrators. In this research, application design is based on user needs analysis, where data collection uses the interview method. In visualizing and building application model concepts, this research uses UML. Application testing uses the black box method with initial results containing errors in scenarios three and seven, so the test success is only 80%. After scenarios 3 and 7 have been repaired, especially in the coding part, the application can run 100% according to its needs or function. The conclusion in this research is that E-RT is a faster system for carrying out reporting without being limited by time and distance.

Abstract

Pertumbuhan ekonomi di Indonesia bisa bertumbuh kembang berasal dari dana APBN dan dari usaha kecil menengah yang dilakukan oleh masyarakat Indonesia. Sebuah data menyebutkan bahwa 90% orang di Indonesia merupakan pelaku usaha UMKM. UMKM adalah usaha produktif yang dimiliki perorangan maupun badan usaha yang telah memenuhi kriteria sebagai usaha mikro. Sumber lain mengatakan bahwa tanpa bantuan dari APBN kegiatan perekonomian di Indonesia bisa tumbuh ekonominya sebesar 4% dari perputaran kegiatan usaha yang dilakukan oleh masyarakat Indonesia. Melihat data tersebut alangkah signifikannya peran masyarakat terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi di Indonesia. Mengingat pentingnya peran masyarakat dalam menopang pertumbuhan ekonomi di Indonesia, maka semua kegiatan ekonomi masyarakat harus ada bimbingan dan pelatihan, serta dilakukan tindak lanjut dalam bentuk monitoring dan evaluasi, mengingat kegiatan perekonomian yang dilakukan masyarakat masih banyak berjalan apa adanya dan belum ada perencanaan yang jelas untuk mencapai kemajuan bisnisnya. Kami selaku kaum akademis yang mempunyai keahlian dalam ilmu tertentu harus membantu masyarakat khususnya lewat kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat dalam hal meningkatkan usaha / bisnis masyarakat supaya dikelola secara profesional dan mencapai tujuan bisnis yang menunjang perekonomian Indonesia. Tujuan pengabdian masyarakat ini yaitu untuk membimbing dan melatih masyarakat usaha mikro kecil menengah wilayah Kota Madiun,  tersebut kesulitan melakukan pencatatan atau pembukuan kegiatan ekonominya.
