Abstract

Ilmu ashwat yaitu ilmu yang mempelajari bunyi, tetapi sebagian besar orang setuju bahwa Ilmu ashwat yang mempelajari bunyi bahasa. Ilmu Ashwat merupakan cabang ilmu dalam bahasa Arab. Namun, banyak orang yang mengabaikan untuk mempelajari Ilmu ashwat. Pada hakikatnya orang yang belajar Bahasa Arab harus belajar Ilmu ashwat terlebih dahulu. Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu memaparkan matode pembelajaran ilmu ashwat dan manfaat ilmu ashwat dalam pembelajaran Bahasa Arab. Penelitian ini termasuk dalam kategori penelitian kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah dengan mengumpulkan textbook, journal, artikel ilmiah, literature review yang berisikan tentang konsep yang diteliti. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam menganalisis data adalah reduksi data, analisis data dan oenarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian ini adalah dalam mempelajari Ilmu ashwat terdapat dua metode yaitu Metode Fonetik dan Metode Mim-mem. Manfaat mempelajari Ilmu ashwat adalah Ilmu ashwat membantu memahami pembelajaran nahwiyyah (Sintaksis), menjelaskan shorof (Morfologi), menjelaskan makna kalimat yang memiliki makna berbeda dan mempelajari leksikologi dan leksikografi.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the role of village leadership in optimizing the potential of local human resources (HR) in Pucangro Village. The main focus of this research is to identify human resource empowerment strategies through effective leadership and collaboration between village heads, local governments, and the private sector. The research method used is a qualitative approach with case studies, which involves interviews, observations, and document analysis to explore data on the implementation of human resource empowerment programs in villages. The results of the study show that proactive leadership from village heads plays an important role in creating an inclusive empowerment ecosystem, where the community actively participates in the planning and implementation of programs. Strong collaboration between various stakeholders is the key to success in human resource empowerment, including through relevant skills training, entrepreneurship development, and capacity building for village heads through strategic leadership training. In addition, the integration of information technology in monitoring and evaluation has also proven to be important to ensure the sustainability and effectiveness of empowerment programs. This study concludes that with the implementation of the right empowerment strategy, Pucangro Village can optimize the potential of local human resources and improve community welfare in a sustainable manner.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the impact of conflict, effective conflict management strategies, and challenges in its implementation in the Pucangro Village IPNU organization. This study uses a qualitative method with a case study approach. Data was collected through in-depth interviews with administrators and members of the organization, direct observation of organizational activities, and analysis of internal documents. Conflicts in organizations have positive impacts such as encouraging innovation and strengthening relationships between members, but they can also reduce productivity and performance if not managed properly. This study found that open communication strategies, mediation, collaboration, and conflict management training are effective approaches in resolving conflicts. However, the implementation of these strategies faces challenges such as members' lack of understanding of conflict management, misalignment of the strategy with the local cultural context, communication barriers, lack of resource support, and the dominance of individual leadership. This study suggests strengthening training, internal communication, and inclusive leadership to optimize conflict management in community-based organizations. These findings make practical and theoretical contributions to conflict management in organizations.English translation.

Abstract

This research examines Gus Dur's role as an agent of national unity and integrity in the multicultural context of Indonesia. The research method used is content analysis of Gus Dur's policies and handwriting. The results of the research show that Gus Dur played an important role in promoting social harmony through his deep understanding of minority rights and diversity. He encouraged the protection of minority rights, promotion of interfaith dialogue, and recognition of local cultures as an integral part of Indonesia. The conclusion of this research is that Gus Dur's contribution in  strengthening national unity through an inclusive approach to diversity is very important. Recommendations to relevant agencies are to increase understanding of minority rights, support inter-religious dialogue, and involve religious leaders in efforts to build social harmony. Implementing these recommendations will help strengthen national unity and integrity, as well as maintain Indonesia as a country based on diversity and tolerance.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatar belakangi karena rendahnya nilai KPM siswa dan kurangnya variasi metode pembelajaran yang digunakan suatu sekolah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui (1) perbedaan kemampuan pemecahan masalah (KPM) siswa dengan Cooperative Script (CS) berbantuan Flipbook Maker, Snowball Throwing (ST) berbantuan Flipbook Maker, dan pembelajaran konvensional; (2) ketuntasan KPM siswa antara CS berbantuan Flipbook Maker, ST berbantuan Flipbook Maker, dan pembelajaran konvensional; serta (3) pengaruh aktifitas belajar siswa terhadap KPM. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian eksperimen semu yang dilaksanakan di SMK Cut Nya’ Dien. Populasi penelitian adalah seluruh siswa kelas X. Melalui cluster random sampling terpilih sampel penelitian yaitu siswa kelas AK 1 sebagai kelas eksperimen 1, siswa kelas AK 2 sebagai kelas eksperimen 2, dan siswa kelas TB sebagai kelas kontrol. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah tes KPM, lembar observasi keaktifan siswa, dan lembar observasi keterlaksanaan pembelajaran. Data yang diperoleh dianalisis secara deskriptif dan statistik. Uji statistik yang digunakan ANAVA, Uji-t, Uji Scheffe dan Uji Regresi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan pada taraf signifikansi 5% dapat disimpulkan model CS dan ST efektif ditinjau dari KPM berdasarkan ketercapaian  (1) ada perbedaan KPM antara CS berbantuan Flipbook Maker, ST berbantuan Flipbook Maker, dan pembelajaran konvensional; (2) KPM siswa CS berbantuan Flipbook Maker, ST berbantuan Flipbook Maker, lebih baik daripada model konvensional; (3) KPM siswa CS berbantuan Flipbook Maker lebih baik dibanding kelas ST berbantuan Flipbook Maker; (4) ada hubungan signifikan antara keaktifan siswa dengan KPM; (5) ketuntasan belajar individual dan klasikal kelas CS dan ST tercapai.
