Abstract

Cryptography is a technique of data security by processing the data (plaintext) using an encryption method so that the the data can not be read directly, especially by unauthorized parties. Confidential Data and information need to get serious attention considering the value of information contained in it so that procedures are needed to hide the messages stored Therein. Data security Becomes very important at this time, Because for every decision or policy making must be based on the data. Md5 is a substitute for MD4, MD5 is one of the most Widely used one-way hash functions, MD5 processes the input into blocks of 512 bits, the output of md5 is 128 bits and has a fixed length. MD5 algorithm is Widely used for various purposes in making security in applications, it is Often used to help login validation on the use of passwords stored in the database system

Abstract

This study aims to analyze and explain the influence of organizational communication on job satisfaction and work productivity. In addition, this study aims to analyze and explain the influence of job satisfaction on work productivity. The method used in this study is quantitative data analysis with a general regression approach. This study involved 34 employees at the Bappelitbangda Office, Barru Regency. The research data used a questionnaire with a scale of 1–5 using a combination of negative and positive statements. Data analysis used linear regression analysis to prove the hypothesis that had previously been tested for validity, reliability, and classical assumptions. The results showed that the t-value of the organizational communication variable (X) was 5.392 > 1.6909 with a significance value of 0.000 <0.05, so H1 was accepted that organizational communication (X) had a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction (Y1) of employees at Bappelitbangda, Barru Regency, by 47.6%. The t-value of the organizational communication variable (X) is 3.935 > 1.6909 with a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05, indicating that H2 is accepted, namely that organizational communication (X) has a positive and significant effect on the work productivity (Y2) of employees at Bappelitbangda Barru Regency by 32.6%. If the t-value of the job satisfaction variable (Y1) is 4.296 > 1.6909 with a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05, then H3 is accepted, namely that job satisfaction (Y1) has a positive and significant effect on work productivity (Y2) of employees at Bappelitbangda Barru Regency by 36.6%.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the Efforts to Improve Learning of Inside Foot Passing with Conventional Methods for Grade VII Students at SMP Muhammadiyah Terpadu Kota Bengkulu. This type of research is classroom action research, the research conducted intends to find information about the implementation of the learning model delivered with classroom action treatment, namely the stages of the cycle in learning. The sample in this study was grade VII students at SMPN Muhammadiyah Terpadu Kota Bengkulu totaling 16 students. The results of the study showed that the action with the conventional passing method carried out in 2 cycles with each cycle 2 meetings was proven to be able to improve the skills of passing the inside of the foot in futsal games at SMP Muhammadiyah Terpadu Kota Bengkulu with initial data of 4 students completing the game with a percentage of 25% then learning was carried out with actions using conventional methods, an increase in students completing the game was obtained by 6 students with a percentage of 38% which shows that the achievement indicator has not been achieved so that further action is needed in cycle I, the second meeting, an increase in students completing the game was obtained by 11 students with a percentage of 69% which shows that the achievement indicator has not been achieved so that further action is needed in cycle II, the first meeting, an increase in students completing the game was obtained by 12 students with a percentage of 75% which shows that the achievement indicator has not been achieved so that further action is needed in cycle II, the second meeting, an increase in students completing the game was obtained by 14 students with a percentage of 94% which shows that the achievement indicator has been achieved so that the research is sufficient in cycle II, the second meeting.

Abstract

ABSTRAK  Perkembangan teknologi digital telah mendorong transformasi signifikan dalam bidang desain grafis, menjadikan media digital sebagai pondasi utama dalam proses kreatif dan produksi. Desain grafis kini berperan strategis dalam membangun identitas visual perusahaan, terutama di sektor properti yang kompetitif. PT Bumi Hutama Properti (Biumtiland), sebagai perusahaan properti yang berdiri sejak 2021, membutuhkan media komunikasi visual yang profesional dan konsisten untuk memperkuat citra dan daya saingnya. Pembuatan booklet company profile digital menjadi solusi strategis, berfungsi sebagai alat komunikasi tertulis, media pemasaran, dan representasi corporate identity yang mudah diakses serta diperbarui. Proses perancangan booklet ini menggunakan pendekatan teori proses kreatif Graham Wallas yang meliputi empat tahapan: preparation, incubation, illumination, dan verification. Tahap preparation dilakukan dengan pengumpulan referensi desain, observasi, dan wawancara untuk memahami kebutuhan visual perusahaan. Pada tahap incubation, tim kreatif mengeksplorasi konsep visual minimalis dan luxury, menyesuaikan dengan karakter Biumtiland. Tahap illumination menghasilkan konsep desain booklet dua halaman per spread dengan layout simetris, palet warna hijau gelap, kuning keemasan, krem, dan marun, serta tipografi modern untuk menampilkan kesan profesional dan elegan. Pada tahap verification, seluruh elemen desain dievaluasi bersama stakeholder untuk memastikan konsistensi dan efektivitas komunikasi visual. Seluruh proses produksi dilakukan menggunakan Canva Premium, yang memfasilitasi efisiensi, fleksibilitas, dan konsistensi desain. Hasil akhirnya adalah booklet company profile digital yang informatif, menarik, dan mampu memperkuat identitas visual PT Bumi Hutama Properti di era digital. ABSTRACT  The advancement of digital technology has driven a significant transformation in the field of graphic design, positioning digital media as the primary foundation for creative and production processes. Graphic design now plays a strategic role in building a company’s visual identity, especially in the highly competitive property sector. PT Bumi Hutama Properti (Biumtiland), a property company established in 2021, requires professional and consistent visual communication tools to enhance its image and competitiveness. The creation of a digital company profile booklet serves as a strategic solution—functioning as a written communication tool, marketing media, and representation of the company’s corporate identity that is easily accessible and updatable. The design process adopts Graham Wallas’ theory of the creative process, which consists of four stages: preparation, incubation, illumination, and verification. The preparation stage involved gathering design references, conducting observations, and interviews to understand the company’s visual needs. During incubation, the creative team explored luxury and minimalist visual concepts that align with Biumtiland’s character. The illumination stage produced a two-page spread layout design using a symmetrical structure, a color palette of dark green, gold, cream, and maroon, along with modern typography to convey a professional and elegant tone. In the verification stage, all design elements were reviewed with stakeholders to ensure consistency and effectiveness in visual communication. The entire production process was executed using Canva Premium, supporting efficiency, flexibility, and design consistency. The result is an informative and visually appealing digital company profile booklet that strengthens PT Bumi Hutama Properti’s visual identity in the digital era.

Abstract

Saat ini sistem informasi tabungan santri yang berjalan pada yayasan al-mujammi’ al-islami masih berjalan manual sehingga dapat memungkinkan beberapa masalah dalam menangani proses pembayaran serta perhitungannya. Tujuan utama dari penelitian ini adalah menyajikan Sistem Informasi yang dapat melakakukan pencatatan data yang akurat. Perancangan sistem pengolahan data tabungan santri menggunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP dan database MySQL, Penelitian ini menghasilkan aplikasi pengolahan data tabungan santri, dan dengan diharapkannya sistem baru dapat mengoptimalkan sistem komputer yang ada dalam memproses tabungan, sehingga meminimalisirkan adanya kesalahan dalam penginputan atau perhitungan untuk menghasilkan data yang lebih tepat dan akurat.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the Implementation of Organisational Communication in Improving Work Motivation at PT Pallawa Sejahtera Mandiri in Mamuju Regency and maintain the effectiveness of organisational communication in improving employee work motivation at PT Pallawa Sejahtera Mandiri.To fulfil these objectives, qualitative research was conducted at PT Pallawa Sejahtera Mandiri in Mamuju Regency, located at Jl. Lingkar Jalur Dua Airport, Kel Sinyonyoi, Kec Kalukku, Kab Mamuju. Research data were collected through observation and in-depth interviews. The data findings were then analysed, in order to achieve the desired results. The results of this study are to determine the Implementation of Organisational Communication in Improving Work Motivation at PT Pallawa Sejahtera Mandiri in Mamuju Regency in this study, PT Pallawa Sejahtera Mandiri includes various factors both internal and external, such as providing salaries/incentives, appreciation for performance, opportunities to take part in education and training, a comfortable work environment, and adequate office facilities. In increasing employee motivation in the office, it is determined by several things, including openness in communication, good human resource management, solid cooperation with all members of the organisation, and a clear understanding of the duties and functions of each employee in their field.
