Abstract

Evaluation is part of the management system, namely planning, organization, implementation, monitoring and evaluation. The curriculum is also designed from the planning, organization, implementation and finally monitoring and evaluation stages. Evaluation of the Christian Religious College Study Program curriculum is a set of plans and arrangements regarding the content as well as study materials and lessons as well as ways of delivering and assessing them which are used as guidelines for organizing teaching and learning activities at Christian Religious Colleges (PTKK). The research method used by the author is a descriptive method whose purpose is to describe or make a description of what is being investigated and with an insight approach. The results of the evaluation of the Christian Religious College Study Program curriculum focus on the application or implementation of the curriculum, namely: determining the profile of graduates, graduate learning outcomes, study materials, forming courses, grouping courses, determining course structures, semester learning plans.

Abstract

The development of increasingly sophisticated technology creates a learning atmosphere that must adapt. Students adapt to digital-based learning, both subject matter and assignments to be received and sent. Students can improve skills in managing learning and assignments digitally. Not a few students have not been able to professionally manage digital-based learning and assignments. Limited knowledge and infrastructure are important factors in the lack of student’s ability to manage their digital-based assignments. In addition, the lack of involvement of lecturers using digital-based learning also makes one of the weak abilities of students to adapt to managing electronic assignments. Therefore, this study uses a quantitative methodology with the aim of finding out how much influence the application of cybernetic learning theory has on students' ability to manage digital-based assignments. To deal with this problem, the researchers provide a solution by conducting training and technical guidance to students on the use of technology in learning and seeking to procure facilities and infrastructure that support digital-based learning processes.

Abstract

Behavioristic learning theory is often ignored in the learning process to form student behavior. This is caused by the cognitive target or academic value of a student expected by educators. In addition, the lack of stimulants (stimuli) from an educator in terms of conveying learning material and new things that are raised will affect a student's less-than-optimal response. To carry out this research, the researchers used library research methods. Literature research is research that analyzes literary sources which are then included in this study. The purpose of this research is to understand and apply behavioristic learning theory based on John 4:1-42 in Christian Religious Education. It can be argued that behavioristic learning theory based on John 4:1-42 consists of encouragement from the Lord Jesus Christ for the Samaritan woman so that the Samaritan woman's response is very positive and maximal which results in changes in her behavior and that of others. Through this research, it can contribute to improving new learning systems to achieve the learning objectives of Christian religious education in shaping the character of students so that learning can be more enjoyable.

Abstract

With increasing human needs in the technological age, it is very necessary to equip, form and teach church youth to be able to open businesses and utilize technology that provides income to meet the needs of youth and congregation. Apart from developing the theopreneur character of church youth, Nias culture is also one of the reasons behind the emergence of the idea to develop the character of youth theopreneur from an early age in preparing them to become Christian entrepreneurs who are able to help and support the church and God's congregation. The method used in this community service activity is the lecture, question and practice method carried out at the Sungai Jordan Church, Jemaat Shalom. Based on the results of community service activities, it was found that young people still do not understand how important it is to develop their entrepreneurial character, because in the youth's view, we are still young and do not have money as capital. Apart from that, young people testified that they have entrepreneurial potential, including the potential to open salons, taylors and broiler chicken businesses.

Abstract

This paper highlights the problems that occur in the development of student learning, which are influenced by several factors, namely the inability of Christian religious teachers to design Christian religious education learning that is taught to students, rigid learning methods and materials, and the environment and limitations of students in various aspects such as intellectual, genetic, social, cultural and physical. This paper uses a library research method with the main reference being John Dewey's book entitled "Experience and Education" and references to literature related to the research. Data collection techniques consist of collecting data, reviewing books and literature, analyzing data and presenting data. The purpose of this paper is to conduct a study of John Dewey's learning theory, to describe how to apply John Dewey's learning theory in Christian religious education to student learning development. The results of the study indicate that John Dewey's learning theory can influence student learning development through learning experiences, social, environment and individual activity that can be applied through Christian religious education learning. AbstrakTulisan ini menyoroti permasalahan yang terjadi pada perkembangan belajar siswa, yang dipengaruhi oleh beberapa faktor yakni ketidakmampuan guru agama Kristen dalam mendesain pembelajaran pendidikan agama Kristen yang diajarkan kepada siswa, metode dan materi pembelajaran yang kaku serta lingkungan dan keterbatasan siswa dalam berbagai hal seperti intelektual, genetik, sosial, budaya dan fisik. Tulisan ini menggunakan metode penelitian pustaka dengan rujukan utama buku John Dewey yang berjudul ”Experience and Education” dan rujukan literatur-literatur yang berhubungan dengan penelitian. Teknik pengumpulan data terdiri atas mengumpulkan data, melakukan penelaan terhadap buku dan literatur, analisis data dan menyajikan data. Tujuan tulisan ini adalah untuk melakukan kajian teori belajar John Dewey, menguraikan cara penerapan teori belajar John Dewey dalam pendidikan agama Kristen terhadap perkembangan belajar siswa. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa teori belajar John Dewey dapat memengaruhi perkembangan belajar siswa melalui pengalaman belajar, sosial, lingkungan dan keaktifan individu yang dapat diterapkan melalui pembelajaran pendidikan agama Kristen.

Abstract

Di dalam Alkitab banyak memberikan keterangan tentang pengajaran Tuhan Yesus Kristus. Pengajaran Tuhan Yesus Kristus merupakan pengajaran yang selalu menjawab kebutuhan murid-muridNya. Tidaklah heran jika orang yang mendengar Tuhan Yesus selalu tertarik pada pengajaranNya. Dapat dikatakan bahwa pengajaran Tuhan Yesus penuh kuasa, penuh wibawa dan penuh kasih. Dia mengajar dengan kuasa yang telah Dia terima dari Allah Bapa. Hal ini memperlihatkan bahwa mengajar amat penting dalam pelayanan Tuhan Yesus. Pengajaran Tuhan Yesus Kristus sebagai Guru Agung memiliki keunikan dan kekuasaan tersendiri. Pengajaran Yesus merupakan pengajaran segala zaman. Maksudnya sangat masih relevan dengan keadaan pendidikan dan pengajaran Pendidikan Agama Kristen masa kini. Yesus mengajar dengan berbagai cara dan metode yang sangat kreatif, efektif dan dinamis untuk mendapatkan hasil engajaran yang sangat baik, yakni murid-muridNya menjadi lahir baru dan memiliki buah pertobatan yang sejati. Guru Pendidikan Agama Kristen pada masa kini harus hidup seperti Yesus, mengajar seperti Yesus dan memiliki tanggung jawab kepada murid seperti Yesus. Segala sesuatu kegiatan pengajaran harus seperti Tuhan Yesus. Menerapkan konsep pengajaran Tuhan Yesus di dalam pengajaran masa kini sangatlah penting untuk memberikan dampak yang bagi siswa.
