Abstract

One of the financial successes can be achieved through family financial planning. The purpose of this study is to see how the views of the priyayi Muslim community groups on property. The results of the study show that the views of the household on the priyayi Muslim family in the city of Batu concerning the property are something that is entrusted by Allah SWT. The process of earning an income is that he will strive to make a halal income in terms of the essence, the way to obtain it, and the aspects of His utilization how to determine the priority scale of needs, which is based on the principle of demand and establish themselves from the concept of tabzir or spree on various kinds of needs that they need during their lives. The way to do financial planning is based on a budget management system that applies the concept of Falah in every financial allocation, which is not only focused on the world but also based on the hereafter as well

Abstract

SMEs hope that their relationship with banks will provide them with ease in accessing capital and financing accordingly, with reasonable costs and conditions, where they expect a mutually beneficial and sustainable relationship in the future. The loyalty of SMEs in using banking services, the length of their relationship and reciprocal relationship shows that SMEs benefit from this relationship. One key element in their relationship is mutual trust. The results of the research show that trust affects effective commitment (affective commitment). Social bonding to affective commitment has a positive and significant effect on affective commitment. Affective commitment has a positive impact on behavioral intention. Attractive alternatives in their role of affective commitment and behavioral intention show that the variable attractive of alternative can strengthen the relationship of affective commitment and behavioral intention.

Abstract

The to'-oto’ a tradition is an event held by the community to return bhubuwan's money (money given at weddings). Each implemented certainly has different perceptions of to’-oto’ that have been entrenched. This is the main problem that researchers want to know. This research uses a qualitative research method with a phenomenal research model to look deeper into the psychological meaning of an individual’s experience of the to’-oto’ tradition. The results showed that the tradition of to’-oto’ was perceived as a means of returning savings due to the necessities of life, a means of tightening the silaturrahim rope of both the head of the family in the village or outside the village, one form of “tasyakuran” (salvation) and as a form of tradition that the community runs.DOI: https://doi.org/10.26905/lw.v12i2.4149

Abstract

The study aims to analyze the meaning of debt according to the people of Kampung Kauman who prefer moneylenders than banks as their source of credit. This qualitative research uses a case study. Primary data were obtained through interviews with residents of Kampung Kauman, Pasrepan Village, Pasuruan Regency, East Java, which is located in an Islamic boarding school environment with a religious type of community. Secondary data in the form of details of the credit system to moneylenders. The sample used is saturated, i.e. all those who are credit members to loan sharks. Total informants numbered 21 of 30 households in Kauman Village. The results of this study indicate that the meaning of credit to loan sharks for the community in the study site environment is venture capital, a friendly place of association, mutual relief among credit members, and regarding usury laws on credit.

Abstract

In making a decision to buy shares in the stock market, an investor must know the analytical methods involved in stock investing. One of the methods used is technical analysis. This study aims to determine the comparison of stock returns generated using the Bollinger Band, Parabolic SAR, and Stochastic Oscillator indicators. This type of research is a quantitative approach with a comparative method. The sampling technique used purposive sampling, in order to obtain 14 companies. The results show that the indicators of Bollinger Band, Parabolic SAR, and Stochastic Oscillator can be used as guidelines in determining the buying and selling of stocks to get optimal returns.

Abstract

Waste management is one of the environmental problems faced by communities in several areas, including Batu City. One of the waste produced is household waste. Households are communities in society that play a big role in producing both organic and non-organic waste. One way that can be done to reduce organic waste is to use a household-scale composter. This program may be a green activity program which may be a community benefit program carried out in collaboration between the UI School of Strategic and Global Studies (SKSG) and the residents of RT 04 RW 09, Pesanggrahan Village, Batu City. The aim of this activity is to provide education and practice in making organic composters. Composts can be used to produce solid and liquid compost from organic household waste in the form of food scraps and vegetable scraps. The method used begins with observation, preparation and implementation. This compost making training aims to provide knowledge, insight and skills to the community regarding processing organic waste to make it more useful.

Abstract

This study's objective is to present an interlinkage framework and analytical options through relevant reports and scientific publications of the roadmap that have been developed by institution as a stakeholder. It assesses the interlinkages between stakeholders’ roadmap and the comprehensive interactions among supported sector mentioned in these studies provides a key perspective for assessing the accomplishment of Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) goal 8 objectives and its implementation. Using qualitative research approach that focused on understanding the nature of approaches or strategies that are interrelated between stakeholders’ roadmap that had the largest number of interlinkages and stimulate dialogue on the importance of aligning a broad exposure of stakeholders in achieving Decent Work and Economic Growth or SDGs goal 8 in Indonesia. A connection between approaches or strategies in each roadmap that linked with SDGs goal 8 through the same strategy represented in the graph using KUMU representing a direct relationship between a node and other node in the network. Overall, the result indicates that support to attain SDGs goal 8 were encompassing in various approaches or strategies in stakeholders’ roadmap.

Abstract

Artikel ini berupaya mengkaji lebih lanjut tentang bagaimana upaya kepolisian Indonesia dalam menanggulangi konten radikalisme yang disebarkan melalui dunia maya. Hal ini menjadi penting karena radikalisme memicu seseorang untuk bersikap keras terhadap perbedaan pandangan, dan hal ini jelas tidak sesuai dengan hakikat keberagaman yang dimiliki bangsa Indonesia. Bahkan, radikalisme merupakan embrio lahirnya terorisme. Keadaan ini menjadi lebih berbahaya ketika upaya radikalisasi dilakukan melalui dunia maya yang dapat diakses seluruh masyarakat termasuk remaja yang mudah terpengaruh. Terkait hal ini, Kepolisian Negara Republik Indonesia (Polri) yang di antaranya memiliki peran menjaga keamanan dan ketertiban serta melindung masyarakat turut mengambil peran dalam kontra radikalisasi di ruang siber guna menangkal pengaruh-pengaruh negatif yang melatarbelakangi tindakan intoleran dan radikal. Pengamatan khusus terhadap peran kepolisian terhadap radikalisme melalui media daring ini yang kemudian menjadi pembeda dengan riset sejenis. Dalam pembahasannya, digunakan pendekatan penelitian yang bersifat kualitatif dan metode studi kepustakaan, dengan menyertakan teori kontra radikalisasi melalui internet. Tulisan ini memperoleh temuan bahwa kontra radikalisasi di ruang siber oleh kepolisian adalah patroli siber dan take down konten, pembentukan satuan tugas media sosial, peningkatan peran ormas agama moderat, penguatan literasi keagamaan, serta kerja sama dengan lembaga nasional, internasional, dan platform digital. Selain itu, penindakan hukum sesuai UU ITE dan UU Terorisme.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of herding behavior and financial literacy on investment decisions. Investment decisions are the main key for someone to achieve their goal, namely maximizing profits. The decisions taken should be in accordance with the risk that will be accepted and the level of return. When novice voters start an investment, other people's opinions are often taken into consideration when making decisions, which is known as herding behavior. And when choosing an investment, we need to learn about financial literacy to avoid fraudulent investments. A questionnaire was given to 77 respondents as part of the quantitative research methodology. There will be four tests used to evaluate the results: the validity test, reliability test, t test, and f test. The test's findings showed that financial knowledge and herding tendency both significantly influenced investing choices. According to the findings, financial knowledge and herding tendency significantly influence investment choices.
