Abstract

The purpose of this study is to build soft devices for electronic customer relationship management (e-CRM) with the Framework of Dynamic method which will facilitate customer relationship management that can help relationships between stores and customers so that customers can enjoy and feel comfortable with the store services that can eventually be formed. In implementing this software, the author uses the system development lifecycle (SDLC) method then produces a web-based e-CRM prototype with PHP programming languages and MySQL DBMS. This e-CRM prototype has been tested in terms of verification, validation, and prototype testing. To design this system Use Cases, ERD, LRS, Class Diagrams, and Sequence Diagrams are used. From the test results, it can be seen that the e-CRM prototype has been successful and is in accordance with the planning objectives. The result of this Marketplace Design is as a forum to make it easier for shop owners in the field of Building Materials and the like to market the products they have here.

Abstract

The development of Information Technology (IT) is growing very rapidly. The rapid development of IT makes internet technology the main communication tool that is in great demand by the public. With the internet technology will facilitate and speed up the search for information, information is very important in supporting the course of a company to achieve the desired goals. Online transactions are a necessity that answers the problems that arise today. In online transactions, a person can freely make purchases, sales and find things he wants to do without having to meet with buyers or sellers through laptops, computer devices, or smartphones. For this reason, the authors design a web-based musical instrument sales system so that people can easily get information about selling musical instruments online quickly and precisely both regarding products, profiles, prices, and also how to shop at online stores and can directly make sales transactions. The author makes the design of this information system using UML (Unified Modeling Language), the Waterfall method, and Agile the author implements to create a website-based E-commerce application. As a result, users can shop and view information about musical instruments.

Abstract

Advances in technology and the world of electronics at the moment have entered the era of modernization and development has entered a new era and has been completely automated. One of them is the attendance machine for employees. Attendance machine needed for the industry to improve the effectiveness of work. So it takes the attendance machine that can work automatically in order to simplify the system works. The purpose of this study is to design a tool that would be used for a fingerprint recognition system. The attendance system design through the process of identifying the fingerprint pattern. Fingerprints identified by C3 Fingerprint sensor will indicate that the employee is absent from work. The fingerprint pattern has previously been registered in advance and recorded is the name, Fingerprint ID, position and time of entry. Once the data has been inputted kedatabasemaka be directly recorded that the employee is coming Works. The results of testing this system has a fingerprint identification accuracy with an average of 86.67%, and the average time matching fingerprintsebesar.

Abstract

At present many community service announcements about waste are made using 2D animation with motion graphic methods using some supporting software. In making these advertisements to produce a whole video using some software. This makes the computer's performance slow due to the large number of applications installed and the process of completing the video making takes a long time. Here the author aims to make public service announcements about waste using 3D quality motion graphic blender methods. This animated ad was created using only the blender software at each stage. This ad contains an invitation to the public to properly dispose of waste in place with a combination of motion graphic techniques so that the ad becomes visually appealing. From the results of the rendering test which produced a 2 minute 38 second video which is equal to 3953 frames, the video test found less smoothness of character's hand movements because the keyframe distance was only 14 frames, in motion graphic testing using 100% alpha video results in accordance with the storyboard designed, then in the rendering test using 5 different PC specifications, the conclusion is that the more memory and HDD the PC uses, the less time to complete the rendering process. From 5 times the recommended testing is 8 GB RAM memory and 1 TB HDD with a rendering time of 4 minutes 37 seconds.

Abstract

Petshop is a place of business that sells pet needs and supplies. Cora Petshop, whose head office is at Jalan. Batu Raya 1 No.9 Setiabudi, South Jakarta is a shop that sells animal supplies and needs that started a business in 2020 through online media. In the online trading system, it is considered risky and becomes a consideration for consumers in making purchases. One of the main factors of business success is from customers. This is the basis for Cora Petshop to run its business face to face. Point of Sale is one of the many systems used as a means of payment in various existing businesses. Transaction activities between the Point of Sale System and customers that occur in the business world. In this study, a Point of Sale system application has been made for business support for Cora Petshop, with the system development method using Agile Software Development along with the Scrum framework contained in Agile techniques. The results that are applied to the Point of Sale are successful in making transactions, recording incoming and outgoing reports of goods, and are suitable for use.

Abstract

Pengabdian masyarakat ini memberikan motivasi bagi masyarakat khususnya tenaga pengajar agar dapat melakukan penggunaan teknologi informasi untuk meningkatkan kemandirian ekonomi agar dapat meningkatkan penggunaan teknologi informasi dan internet untuk melakukan kegiatan pemasaran secara umum. Di pengabdian masyarakat ini topik yang diangkat adalah peningkatan pelayanan penjualan, pemasaran, pemesanan produk dari konsumen.Tujuan kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini agar tenaga pengajar dapat menggunakan E-Commerce berbasis Web. Dengan PKM ini dapat member ikan kesempatan bag i dinas/instansi agar lebih memperhatikan kesejahteraan tenaga pengajar khusunya dosen yang mengandalkan pendapatannya hanya dari mengajar dan instansi terkait dapat melakukan pendampingan untuk dapat melakukan peningkatan ekonomi mereka sehari-hari.melalui pengabdian masyarakat menghasilkan peningkatan standar kehidupan tenaga pengajar khususnya dosen yang disaat libur semester yang tidak memiliki pendapatan disaat tidak ada jadwal mengajar karena banyak tenaga pengajar atau dosen yang menggantungkan hidupnya hanya dari mengajar.

Abstract

Peningkatan yang cukup pesat dilihat dari segi volume serta variasi data yang dihasilkan oleh berbagai sumber, mulai dari sensor, perangkat seluler, media sosial, sistem bisnis, dan lainnya, adalah akar dari pembacaan analitik data. Abstract

Microsoft Excel dianggap sebagai program spreadsheet yang sangat berguna karena memiliki fungsi perhitungan dan grafik dalam bentuk angka aritmatika dengan berbagai formulasi untuk mengolah data secara otomatis, termasuk perhitungan dasar dan penggunaan fungsi, pengelolaan data, dan pembuatan data. Dalam waktu singkat, Microsoft Excel dapat merampingkan laporan, dan jika terjadi kesalahan input, dapat diperbaiki tanpa memulai dari awal. Tujuan dari PKM ini adalah untuk mengajar para guru di MTS Assyafi'iyah 04 Cipayung Jakarta Timur tentang cara membuat dashboard menggunakan fungsi pivot table Microsoft Excel. Sebuah aplikasi sistem informasi yang dikenal sebagai “dashboard” menyediakan data tentang indikator utama kegiatan organisasi secara sekilas dalam satu layar. Penyajian data/informasi, personalisasi, dan kolaborasi pengguna adalah tiga (tiga) komponen utama pemodelan dasbor.

Abstract

Data mining bermula dari peningkatan data yang cukup pesat dilihat dari segi volume serta variasi data yang dihasilkan oleh berbagai sumber, dan jumlahnya yang sangat besar, serta kompleksitasnya data hingga pembuatannya yang cepat. Dengan data bisa menghasilkan prediksi yang membantu pemerintah dalam mengambil keputusan dan kebijakan di masa mendatang. Selain itu prediksi dapat membantu pemerintah dalam perencanaan kegiatan yang akan dilakukan untuk mencapai tujuan, karena prediksi ini dapat memberikan output terbaik sehingga diharapkan resiko kesalahan yang disebabkan oleh kesalahan perencanaan dapat ditekan seminimal mungkin. Prediksi biasanya digunakan untuk  menemukan informasi dari sejumlah data yang besar sehingga diperlukan data mining. Data mining dapat digunakan untuk menggali informasi dari data yang besar sehingga didapatkan informasi yang dapat digunakan dalam memprediksi sesuatu. Dalam data mining terdapat banyak teknik dalam pengerjaannya, untuk menemukan pola atau informasi yang tersembunyi diantaranya adalah Klasterisasi (clustering), Regresi (regression), Asosiasi (association), dan Klasifikasi (classification)
