This study uses a quantitative approach using a survey method with a saturated sample where the population is all sampled, namely 50 respondents with primary and secondary data collection techniques. The results of the research variable work loyalty and teamwork have a significant effect simultaneously on employee performance. It is proven by the Sig value of 0.000 which is smaller than 0.5. The R value of 0.824 means that it is included in the very strong correlation interval. The results of the F test show the Fcount > Ftable (49.707 > 3.20) and the significance value < (0.000 < 0.05), then H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted. The value of the coefficient of determination seen from the RSquare is 0.679. It can be concluded that the contribution of work loyalty (X1) and teamwork (X2) to employee performance (Y) is 67.9%, while the remaining 32.1% is influenced by other variables not explained in this research model. Digital transformation forces us to grow differently, all sectors of human life are influenced by it ranging from business, education, even in the tourism sector, it cannot be separated from digitalization. This concept is increasingly being discussed due to the Covid-19 condition, which encourages the acceleration of the digital transformation process. Introducing Indonesia through the tourism sector to attract tourists both nationally and internationally will have an impact on the community's economy. The diversity of tourist destinations in Indonesia as a heritage such as culture, nature and also artificial tourism. Indonesia has a cultural diversity spread across 37 provinces. Each tribe and region has a different cultural diversity, influenced by different geographical conditions, regions of origin and historical and religious backgrounds. This activity is carried out to make an understanding of learning by providing socialization or explanation and motivation about how important education is in the family, as well as awaken the potential from within children about how to motivate adolescents to continue higher education. It is hoped that a good level of education can improve the quality of human resources so that development can run well. Microsoft Excel dianggap sebagai program spreadsheet yang sangat berguna karena memiliki fungsi perhitungan dan grafik dalam bentuk angka aritmatika dengan berbagai formulasi untuk mengolah data secara otomatis, termasuk perhitungan dasar dan penggunaan fungsi, pengelolaan data, dan pembuatan data. Dalam waktu singkat, Microsoft Excel dapat merampingkan laporan, dan jika terjadi kesalahan input, dapat diperbaiki tanpa memulai dari awal. Tujuan dari PKM ini adalah untuk mengajar para guru di MTS Assyafi'iyah 04 Cipayung Jakarta Timur tentang cara membuat dashboard menggunakan fungsi pivot table Microsoft Excel. Sebuah aplikasi sistem informasi yang dikenal sebagai “dashboard” menyediakan data tentang indikator utama kegiatan organisasi secara sekilas dalam satu layar. Penyajian data/informasi, personalisasi, dan kolaborasi pengguna adalah tiga (tiga) komponen utama pemodelan dasbor.

This study aims to determine whether there is any effect of the Corporate Income Tax Income In. Fastrata Buana. The research method used by the author is descriptive analytical method. Descriptive method aims to determine the nature and deeper relationship between the two variables by observing certain aspects. The data analysis technique used is the linear correlation analysis that aims to determine whether there is a relationship between the two variables, and simple linear analysis to determine the influence of the two variables, namely the corporate income tax (X) and Income (Y). To make it easier to analyze the data, the authors using SPSS v. 20. Based on the conclusion, that there is a very strong influence of the Corporate Income Tax (X) with Income (Y). the correlation value of 0,995. Then the contribution of corporate income tax variable (X) in the calculation of the variable explaining Income (Y) was 99% the remaining 1% balance of influenced by other factors. And linear regression equation  sobtainedareasfollows: Y = -46.66.087.488 + 3,841 X. In a hypothesis test, t test was concluded on Ho is rejected and Ha accepted. Means the Income Tax variables (X) has a significant effect on the Company Earnings variable (Y). It shows the value of t is greater than t table (17,647 > 3,182), so that Ho is rejected and Ha accepted. This means that "there are significant to the Corporate Income Tax Income at PT. Fastrata Buana, Year 2009-2013".

This study aims to explore students' understanding and participation of cooperatives at SMK Gajahmada Bandar Lampung, focusing on student perceptions, socialization of cooperatives by schools, and students' interest in participation in cooperatives. The methods used included in-depth interviews with three student informants and observation of school cooperative activities, to identify their level of understanding and participation in school cooperatives. The results showed that students' understanding of cooperatives is very limited, the majority only consider cooperatives as a place for purchasing school needs without understanding the basic principles and benefits of cooperatives as economic entities oriented to the interests of their members. This study also revealed that cooperative socialization by schools has not been effective, resulting in low interest of students to participate in cooperative activities. This research suggests the need to increase cooperative socialization and education efforts in schools, including the integration of cooperative education into the curriculum and the development of supportive extracurricular activities, to increase student understanding and participation in cooperatives. By strengthening cooperative education and socialization, students can gain a better understanding of the cooperative concept, increase their interest in getting involved, and tap into the potential of cooperatives as a means for economic learning and entrepreneurial skills development

This service activity discusses strengthening the profile of Pancasila to ward off juvenile delinquency, especially high school students. This service aims to strengthen the character and competence of high school students in implementing the Pancasila Student Profile program in the school environment. The Pancasila Student Profile means that Indonesian students are lifelong learners who have Pancasila competence and character which is manifested in 6 (six) Pancasila student profiles, namely faith and piety, global diversity, mutual cooperation, independence, critical and creative thinking. This service methodology goes through a preliminary survey stage to find out the situation at the service location regarding the implementation of the Pancasila Student outreach program, then observation or implementation of activities involving 20 people consisting of school principals, teachers, students and education staff. This service activity was carried out at Pelita Bangsa Lontar Integrated High School, Tirtayasa District, Serang Regency. The counseling on strengthening the profile of Pancasila students went smoothly according to plan. This activity received a positive response from the participants and they were very enthusiastic. The material presented is in the form of Pancasila student profiles which are then combined with religious values and local wisdom which has opened the horizons of thinking of the counseling participants. With good implementation and understanding of the Pancasila student profile, the PkM team hopes that students as the nation's next generation can grow and develop into individuals who are faithful, devout, have noble character and diversity. Students are expected to have an independent attitude, the ability to work together and work together, critical thinking skills, and high creativity to bring positive effects to society, the nation and the state and can ward off negative acts such as juvenile delinquency that occur among students

Advances in information technology have brought major changes in various sectors, including business and the economy. Digital technology, such as the internet and platform-based applications, provides opportunities for MSMEs to expand marketing reach, increase operational efficiency and increase customer satisfaction. Digital transformation is a necessity for MSMEs to compete and adapt in the digital economy era, where information technology allows them to reach wider markets and manage business operations more efficiently. Research shows that MSMEs that utilize digital platforms tend to be more resilient in facing economic challenges, including crises. Digital transformation does not only involve technology adoption, but also changes in the culture and mindset of the organization as a whole. The development of "Digital Entrepreneurship" is an important strategy to strengthen the competitiveness of MSMEs through innovation in marketing, financial management, collaboration and product design. However, MSMEs face obstacles such as limited human resources and access to capital for technology investment. Digitalization provides significant opportunities to increase the productivity and competitiveness of MSMEs in the global market, especially in the era of Industrial Revolution 4.0. However, obstacles such as the digital divide and lack of technological knowledge remain challenges. Therefore, government support and collaboration from various parties is needed to accelerate sustainable and inclusive digital transformation, which ultimately contributes to strengthening Indonesia's digital economy.

This This study's goal is to investigate public perceptions regarding caliber of services rendered by Samsat and provide suggestions for improvement.
