Abstract

Islamic Boarding School Abdussalam is located in rural areas of West Kalimantan and has agriculture and plantation sectors. The purpose of this study is to find out how the agricultural management system implemented by Islamic Boarding School. This research uses qualitative approach with phenomenology analysis technique. The results show that agricultural and plantation conditions in Islamic Boarding School Abdussalam have been empowered and have given economic independence to Islamic Boarding School although only managed by traditional system, from both sectors of agriculture sector have bigger result than plantation sector. The proposed agriculture and plantation management design resulting from this research is modern management based on solving the main problems faced by both sectors, such as weakness of governance system, lack of profersional human resources, limited infrastructure and capital, through cooperation with some related institutions such as government, universities, and companies that are directly related to the agricultural and plantation sectors in Islamic Boarding School Abdussalam. Originality of research, such a study has never been done before because in this study described the management system and level of empowerment of agriculture and plantation Islamic Boarding School Abdussalam.Keywords: Islamic Boarding School Abdussalam, Empowerment, Agriculture and Plantation

Abstract

The interest of the public to put their money in the financial sanctuary is an important thing to note, especially for sharia microfinance institutions that are generally still less desirable public. The objective of this research is to analyze the needs, expectation, challenge, and belief of the community toward SMI in Bogor city. The method used in this research is the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM AMOS 22) population of Bogor city community with 200 samples. The results of data analysis show that the community simultaneously has the needs, expectations, challenges, and beliefs of SMI. As with the statistical necessity with expectations, challenges with beliefs and expectations with trust have significant relationships and only variable needs with challenges that have no real relationship because of the value of both above the value that is 0.506≥0.05.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui penerapan audit internal pada BMT Sunan Drajat. Audit internal berfungsi mengontrol kinerja internal perusahaan sehingga kinerja perusahaan menjadi lebih efektif dan efisien. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif dengan pendekatan fenomenologi. Hasil penelitian menunjukan fungsi kadiv sebagai auditor internal di bmt sunan drajat telah sesuai dengan fungsi auditor internal watchdog, konsultan, dan katalis. Adanya audit internal di bmt sunan drajat memberikan dampak positif bagi perusahaan karena kinerja perusahaan dapat terkontrol dan sesuai dengan target perusahaan dan pemerataan sdm disetiap cabang juga terjaga sehingga kinerja setiap kantor cabang maksimal dan tidak ada ketimpangan. Kekurangan penerapan audit internal di bmt sunan drajat adalah sop audit yang belum memenuhi standar iso dan adanya tugas kadiv yang juga merangkap pada jabatan lain membuat kinerja audit kurang maksimal

Abstract

This study examines the integration of local wisdom and Islamic psychology in nurturing love and tolerance at Sunan Drajat Islamic Boarding School, Lamongan, Indonesia. The research aims to analyze how Sunan Drajat’s noble values are applied in the pesantren context to shape students’ character. Using a qualitative case study design, data were collected through in-depth interviews, observations, and document analysis. Despite extensive research on Islamic education and tolerance, few studies have explored how local wisdom traditions within pesantren function as a framework for Islamic psychology and character formation. This study fills that gap by showing how Sunan Drajat’s teachings are internalized through tazkiyatun nafs (purification of the soul), qalb salim (sound heart), and ihsan (spiritual excellence), fostering compassion and tolerance among students. The novelty of this study lies in its integration of Islamic psychological theory with indigenous pedagogical practices, positioning pesantren as a living laboratory for spiritual and social development. The findings reveal that this model strengthens psychological well-being, promotes inclusive spirituality, and contributes to global harmony through education grounded in local wisdom.
