Abstract

Mental health of children is a mental condition of children who do not experience mental illness, and the ability to think clearly, control emotions, and socialize with children his age. Mental health is less good in childhood can lead to more serious behavior disorders due to mental imbalance and emotional, and social life of children who are less good. One reason could be due to excessive use of gadgets. It can not be denied that the gadget has a positive or negative impact on the childs development. The positive effects such as gadgets can stimulate the senses of sight and hearing. Negative effects of gadgets on children include the brain growth is too fast, developmental obstacles, obesity, sleep disorders, mental illness, aggressive, dementia digital, addiction, radiation and not sustainable.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui efektivitas musik klasik untuk menciptakan suasana hati positif. Subyek dalam penelitian ini menggunakan siswa SMP Semen Gresik kelas 8 yang memiliki tingkat suasana hati rendah yang berjumlah 14 orang. Pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner yang disusun dengan skala Likert. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain eksperimen semu. Jenis pengambilan sampel yang digunakan yaitu sampling purposive. Analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan analisis uji Mann –Whitney. Hasil analisis data menunjukkan tidak ada perbedaan yang signifikan antara perubahan suasana hati kelompok eksperimen dan kelompok kontrol, dengan selisih nilai yang diperoleh Z= -1.086; dan p= 0.277 (p < 0,05) yang mengindikasikan bahwa tidak ada efektivitas musik klasik untuk menciptakan suasana hati positif pada siswa. Musik klasik dapat menciptakan suasana hati positif pada siswa dengan kondisi lingkungan maupun ruangan yang kondusif.

Abstract

The goal of this study tested the effectiveness of Mindfulness training to overcome insomnia in college students.The number of participating subjects amounted to 8 people in the weight category, with four people in each group(experiment and control). Treatment was given to subjects in the experimental group as many as four meetings with11 sessions within one month. For control is given a mindfulness diary to find out the emotional condition and sleep of the subject. The study used the Jakarta Psychiatric Study Group – Insomnia Rating Scale as a pre-test and post-test to measure insomnia levels before and after treatment. The data analysis technique used in the study was the Mann-Whitney U Test. The results showed that the experimental group’s results (Mdn=7) were higher than those of the control group (Mdn=15.8). Mann-Whitney’s test results showed a significant difference in pain scores between the experimental and control groups (N experiment = 4, Control = 4, Z =-2,337; p=0.019). This can be seen in the decrease in insomnia score in the experimental group. Mindfulness training proved to be appropriate for overcoming insomnia in college students.

Abstract

This study examines "The Overview of Parenting Patterns for Slow Learner Children in a Coronavirus Disease 19 Pandemic Situation". The selection of parenting patterns used in caring for slow learner children is indeed very important for the survival of the slow learner child's life. The aspects and factors that exist in this study determine the parenting style of the five subjects. This research uses descriptive qualitative research using data as a tool used to solve the problems that occur. The measuring instrument used is expected to be able to obtain accurate data and be able to dig deeper into other data. The results of this study are the five subjects using democratic parenting as the choice of parenting for slow learner children. The choice of democratic parenting is an effective thing in raising slow learner children. This was proven at the time of the interview and the grouping of the interview results based on the defined concept limits. Cultural factors in this study lead to the parenting pattern used by the subject's parents, until now some have been applied and some have replaced them with new parenting patterns. The factors of parental education in these five subjects are not very influential. Parents with low education still want the best for their children's education later. Socio-economic factors do not really affect the existing parenting. The impact resulting from this parenting pattern is that children tend to become more confident individuals, children are easy to interact and socialize with the environment even though it takes some time for it. However, children become individuals who understand the conditions and circumstances of their parents because their parents often provide understanding in certain situations. During the coronavirus disease 19 pandemic like this, parents are required to be teachers of their respective children, because the implementation of online schools is still valid today. It is hoped that further researchers will be able to provide an effective way for online learning as it is today.

Abstract

Education is a very important role to ensure the survival of the state and nation. Wherever, character building is a very important national foundation and needs to be instilled early on in children. Therefore, it is very important to shape character values ​​through habituation and religious activities that begin at an early age. This study aims to: (1) Implementation of early childhood character education through religious activities in Muslimat NU 29 Mahkota Gresik Kindergarten, (2) Knowing the values ​​of character education for children who are implanted in Muslimat NU 29 Mahkota Gresik Kindergarten. The result show that the implementation of student character education through religious activities has been going well in accordance with the program that has been determined through several activities both habituation and exemplary. Religious activities that are routinely carried out every day include infaq, reading Asmaul Husna, reading prayers before entering class, reciting prayers, listening activities and memorizing short letters, and studying prayer. Abstract

Penelitian ini untuk mengetahui gambaran Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui gambaran pola asuh responsif orangtua pada anak tunagrahita dalam membantu daily activity Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif dengan tipe penelitian studi kasus. Subjek dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 2 orang tua yang mempunyai anak tunagrahita. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara semi terstruktur dan observasi. Teknik analisis data menggunakan model Miles dan Hubbberman. Teknik kredibilitas yang digunakan yaitu triangulasi teknik. Hasil yang diperoleh dari penelitian ini adalah subjek menerapkan pola asuh responsif. Bentuk dari pola asuh tersebut adalah subjek selalu mendampingi daily activity yang dikerjakan anaknya. Selain itu, subjek memberikan dukungan serta pujian ketika anaknya berhasil mencapai daily activity tertentu. Gambaran pola asuh responsif lain yaitu terlihat dari komunikasi yang dilakukan antara subjek dengan anaknya, subjek memberikan penjelasan terkait benda yang digunakan ketika mengerjakan daily activity.

Abstract

Abstract: This study was conducted to determine the effectiveness of murottal Al-Qur'an therapy to reduce the stress work toward the teachers at Muslimat NU 29 Mahkota Kindergarten. Work stress is a reaction or psychological process of someone toward the environmental demands which are considered an unpleasant situation with the abilities that exist in him. This study tried to use the experimental quantitative methods with pre-experimental design research with a population of 20 teachers. The research design used in this study was the One – Group Pretest-Posttest Design. The sampling technique in this study used a purposive sampling technique. About the data analysis technique, this study used the Wilcoxon signed rank test The results of statistical analysis showed that there was an effectiveness of murottal Al-Qur'an therapy to reduce work stress. The analysis showed that the experimental group had the experimental group with p-value = 0.012 or p <0.05 that Z count is -2.524 and sig is 0.012 of the Wilcoxon Ranks Test. It means that there was a significantly difference in the experimental group before and after the treatment given. Abstrak: Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui pengaruh terapi murottal Al Qur’an pada penurunan tingkat stress kerja guru di TK Muslimat NU 29 Mahkota. Stres kerja merupakan reaksi atau proses psikologis seseorang terhadap tuntutan lingkungan, yang dipandang sebagai situasi yang tidak nyaman dengan kapasitas yang ada di dalamnya. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif eksperimen dengan desain penelitian berbentuk One – Group Pretest-Posttest Design. Teknik purposive sampling, digunakan untuk mendapatkan subjek penelitian yang berjumlah 20 Guru. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah menggunakan analisis uji wilcoxon signed rank test. Hasil analisis menunjukkan adanya pengaruh signifikan terapi murottal Al Qur’an terhadapp penurunan tingkat stress guru. Kelompok eksperimen menunjukkan hasil perhitungan uji Wilcoxon Ranks Test didapatkan p-value=0.012 atau p<0.05 bahwa Z hitung adalah -2,524 dan sig adalah 0,012 yaitu ada perbedaan yang signifikan pada kelompok eksperimen sebelum dan sesudah diberikannya perlakuan.

Abstract

 Abstract: Self-esteem is a basic human need for normal and healthy development in the process of life. One of the factors forming self-esteem is the friendship quality. Friends are cognitive and affective resources that can strengthen individual self-esteem. This study aims to empirically examine the role of friendship quality on self-esteem. The research participants were 100 Muslim students. The measuring instrument used is Friendship Quality Scale and Self-Esteem Scale. This study employs quantitative approach with linear regression analysis techniques. The results shows that the friendship quality plays a role in affecting the level of self-esteem at Muslim students (F = 5.093, R = 0.22, p <0.05). That means that the higher of friendship quality, the higher the level of self-esteem at Muslim students. Abstrak: Harga diri merupakan kebutuhan dasar manusia untuk berkembang normal dan sehat dalam proses kehidupan. Salah satu faktor pembentuk harga diri yaitu kualitas persahabatan. Teman merupakan sumber daya kognitif dan afektif yang dapat memperkuat harga diri individu. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji secara empiris peranan kualitas persahabatan terhadap harga diri. Subjek penelitian ini adalah 100 mahasiswa muslim. Alat ukur yang digunakan adalah Skala Kualitas Persahabatan dan Skala Harga Diri. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan teknik analisis regresi linier. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kualitas persahabatan berperan dalam mempengaruhi tinggi rendahnya harga diri pada mahasiswa muslim (F= 5.093, R= 0.22, p<0.05). Semakin tinggi kualitas persahabat maka semakin tinggi pula harga diri pada mahasiswa muslim.

Abstract

Caring for beauty for every woman is an activity that is almost certainly done every day. These activities are part of being confident in every appearance. In fact, most of the young women and housewives know about facial care or better known as makeup, which is obtained from experience from friends, or seeing in the mass media. The assistance provided to mothers and adolescents in the village of Terjan Kragan Rembang has provided an understanding and change in the creativity of makeup and self-care for daily life. Understanding makeup is not just taking care of the face, or beautifying yourself but also as part of a creative effort to open a new business in the beauty salon field. Assistance activities in beauty care through training have had a positive effect on a better and more harmonious household life in family life. The use of natural ingredients obtained from the daily environment has been part of traditional beauty treatments since our ancestors were preserved.

Abstract

The research was conducted to find out how the description of the process of resilience and the factors that influence it where as a woman it is certainly not easy after being cheated on by her husband and divorced to be able to survive in a depressed state and even deal with adversity or trauma experienced in her life, and it is not easy to be a single parent who have a dual role in educating and earning their own living. The impact of infidelity and divorce is very influential on the personality of women, families, and children. The existence of resilience factors that vary from the condition of each individual, can the individual survive in a state of stress, trauma or misery. Researchers used descriptive qualitative research methods with data collection techniques of observation, interviews and documentation. This research was conducted in Sarirejo District, Lamongan Regency with 4 single parent subjects. The results showed that the analysis of the picture of resilience showed that the four subjects had good resilience. Because these individuals can regulate negative emotions due to betrayal effectively, so they don't drag on in these emotions, can adjust to new circumstances, are able to survive under pressure and are able to play a dual role, namely educating and earning a living. Factors that influence women to be resilient are parental support, can encourage and motivate to rise from adversity and individuals are able to survive because mothers must be role models for their children. Mothers are the first educators in the family for their children.
