Abstract

The high mortality rate of pregnant women requires pregnant women to perform antenatal care (ANC) examinations. The nutritional quality of women during pregnancy is still a problem in developing countries. The incidence of anemia in pregnant women in Wajo district in 2019 increased to 7,096 people (27.42%). Therefore, it is necessary to conduct a survey to detect the interaction between the quality of ANC services and the nutritional condition of pregnant women. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between the quality of antenatal care and the nutritional status of pregnant women in the working area of ​​the Tanasitolo Public Health Center, Wajo Regency in 2022. This study was conducted with a cross-sectional research design, the survey was held at the Tanasitolo Health Center, Wajo Regency in July 2022. The population is 35 pregnant women in the III trimester. Sampling technique by applying the total sampling technique. The results showed that the P value had no significant relationship between the quality of antenatal care services and the P value of LILA (0.296 > 0.05), BMI (0.283 > 0.05), Hemoglobin Level (0.703 > 0.05). The conclusion of this study is that there is no relationship between the nutritional status of pregnant women and antenatal care services in the work area of the Tanasitolo Health Center, Wajo Regency in 2022. It is recommended to pay more attention to the quality of examinations for pregnant women and further improve services and facilities for mothers during pregnancy, especially in health service examinations so that risks and complications in the process of pregnancy, childbirth and post partum can be detected earlier so that prevention can be carried out as early as possible

Abstract

Kekurangan Energi Kronis (KEK) merupakan kondisi Wanita Usia Subur dalam kondisi kekurangan gizi. Rumusan masalahnya apa saja faktor determinan terjadinya Kekurangan Energi Kronis (KEK) pada Wanita Usia Subur yang menikah di Usia Anak di Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Lawawoi Kabupaten Sidenreng Rappang. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik cross sectional dengan desain penelitian kuantitatif, sampel pada penelitian ini adalah wanita usia subur yang berusia ≤20 tahun yang berjumlah 30 orang. Selanjutnya berdasarkan hasil uji chi square umur (nilai p-value = 0,004), pendidikan (p-value = 0,050), dan pengetahuan (p-value = 0.206). Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah tidak ada hubungan pendidikan dan pengetahuan Wanita Usia Subur (WUS) dengan kejadian Kekurangan Energi Kronis (KEK) dan terdapat hubungan umur Wanita Usia Subur (WUS) dengan kejadian Kekurangan Energi Kronis (KEK).

Abstract

Premature rupture of membranes can cause potentially dangerous pregnancy complications. Premature rupture of membranes can cause mothers to give birth to babies in preterm conditions. The aim of this study was to determine the relationship between the characteristics of mothers giving birth to premature rupture of membranes at Nene Mallomo Hospital, Sidrap Regency in 2022. The type of research used in this study was a quantitative study with a cross sectional approach. Study. The population in this study were all mothers giving birth at The Nene Mallomo Regional General Hospital, Sidrap Regency, from July to December 2022 has a total of 73 people Sampling technique using total sampling. data collection techniques using primary data. Data analysis used the chi-square statistical test. The results showed that there was a significant relationship between age and premature rupture of membranes with a p value of 0.01 <0.005. variable parity with premature rupture of membranes 0.00 <0.005. occupational variable with premature rupture of membranes with a p value of 0.00 <0.005. The conclusion of this study is that the variables age, parity and occupation have a relationship with premature rupture of membranes
