Abstract

Sargassum sp. is seaweed from the group of brown algae belonging to the Phaecophyceae class that can be found in Indonesian. Sargassum sp. contains polysaccharides in the form of alginate which can be used as raw materials and additives in the food, drug, and cosmetic industries. The aim of this study was to analyze the growth of Sargassum sp. which are cultivated with different seed weights on the floating rafts. The research was conducted from November 2020 to March 2021 in Ekas Bay, East Lombok, West Nusa Tenggara. The research method used is an experimental method using a completely randomized design (CRD) consisting of five treatments with four replications. The treatments were differences in the weight of the initial seeds used, namely treatment A (25 g), B (50 g), C (100 g), D (150 g), and E (200 g). Sargassum sp. Cultivation was carried out for a month. The results were the highest absolute weight was in treatment E with 550 g and the lowest occurred in A with 262.5 g. The highest specific growth was in treatment A with 8.13%/day and the lowest was inĀ  E with 4.4%/day. This study concluded that different seedling weights had a significant effect on the growth of Sargassum sp. cultivated using the floating raft method

Abstract

Permasalahan dalam artikel ini adalah berangkat dari sejarah pendikotomian pemikiran penjajah Belanda yang memunculkan dua teori: teori receptie dan teori receptive in complexu, yang menggambarkan tentang hubungan antara hukum Islam dan norma hukum yang berlaku di dalam masyarakat masyarakat Melayu, salah satu etnis yang ada di Indonesia, yakni hukum adat. Secara sederhana nilai dipahami sebagai ide-ide tentang apa yang baik, benar dan adil. Nilai merupakan salah satu unsur dasar pembentukan orientasi budaya. Nilai melibatkan konsep budaya yang menganggap sesuatu itu sebagai baik atau buruk, benar atau salah, adil atau tidak adil, cantik atau jelek, bersih atau kotor, berharga atau tidak berharga. Sedangkan norma adalah tata kelakuan yang dibangun agar hubungan antar masyarakat berjalan sesuai dengan yang diharapkan. Tata kelakuan itu berisi perintah atau larangan atas suatu perbuatan. Ia berfungsi memberikan batas-batas pada perilaku individu, mengidentifiksi individu dengan kelompoknya dan menjaga solidaritas antar anggota masyarakat. Dengan demikian, maka yang menjadi tujuan dalam penelitian ini ialah untuk mengetahui dan mencari konsep tentang Transformasi Nilai-nilai Islam dalam Norma Hukum Masyarakat Melayu. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam tulisan ini adalah penelitian pustaka/library research dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif. Kesimpulan dalam penelitian ini menjelaskan bahwa mentransformasikan nilai-nilai Islam adalah menggunakan nilai-nilai dalam Islam yang dianggap baik, penting dan bermanfaat. Transformasi menghasilkan integrasi hukum dan agama ke dalam satu kesatuan sistem hukum yang terbentuk dari otentitas hukum masyarakat Melayu yang mayoritas beragama Islam. Hal ini berarti sama dengan membangun peradaban Islam tanpa mendirikan negara Islam.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk untuk mengetahui kondisi fisik atlet voli klub Adroit Kota Sungai Penuh. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif. Hasil pengukuran dari tes komponen kondisi fisik kemudian dianalisis dianalisis dengan menggunakan teknik statistik deskriptif kuantitatif yang diterapkan dalam bentuk persentase. Ada enam komponen kondisi fisik yang akan dilakukan tes yaitu daya tahan, kekuatan, daya ledak, kecepatan, kelincahan dan kelentukan. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh pemain bola voli putri klub Adroit kota Sungai Penuh yang berjumlah 20 orang. Teknik penarikan sampel dengan menggunakan total sampling, sampel pada penelitian ini seluruh peserta pemain pemain bola voli putri klub Adroit kota Sungai Penuh yang berjumlah 20 orang. Hasil dari penelitian ini rata-rata lari 12 m adalah sebesar 2 Km dengan persentase 40% termasuk kriteria sedang, rata-rata push up adalah 2,4 repetisi dengan persentase sebesar 48% termasuk kategori sedang, rata-rata lari 30 m yaitu 1,9 detik dengan persentase 36% termasuk kategori kurang, rata-rata agility run test yaitu 1,8 detik dengan persentase sebesar 37% termasuk kategori sedang, rata-rata tes kelentukan 3,2 inci dengan persentase 63% termasuk kriteria baik. Rata-rata kondisi fisik atlet klub Adroit yaitu 14 dengan persentase 45% dan termasuk dalam kategori sedang. Kata Kunci: Tinjauan, Kondisi Fisik
