Abstract

Abstract The Economic Crisis is a situation of instability that can affect individuals and even large groups that tend to harm. The threat of crisis did not only occur in the current era but in the Khulafaur Rashidun Era, namely during the time of Umar Bin Khattab, namely the Ramadan Crisis, which was a crisis that occurred in the Hijaz area and its surroundings between 17-18H. At that time Ramadan greatly impacted the economy of Muslims because the population was starving, the land was black, livestock died and prices soared. Even trading activities could not carry out their normal activities. Ramadah occurred because the rains did not fall which caused drought, the occurrence of the bubonic plague which disrupted trading activities and because of rampant adultery and judges who acted tyrannically. Umar bin Khattab radhiallahu anh made many changes to his policies at that time. The research method used in this study is qualitative research, using a historical approach in which the author collects written sources in this research. From the results of this writing, it can be interpreted that economic policy during the caliphate of Umar bin Khattab could not be separated from Umar's intelligence and expertise as a caliph with his ijtihad and deliberations he conducted with friends. It is hoped that this writing can provide references and guidelines for the implementation of governance in managing countries. Keywords: Umar bin Khattab, Ramadan, Economic Crisis, Islam

The historical method has four steps in conducting historical research, namely (1) Heuristics, (2) Historiography. (3) critic, (4) Interpretation Agriculture and Trade Sector the Mughal economic system was based on agriculture and trade. communication between farmers regulated by the government in a good way. Taxation Council (1) high taxes given to high officials of the Mughal Empire, (2) Taxeslow for farmers. Tax collection is usually in the form of land tax and property tax (Ownership of goods) The conclusion in my paper is that regarding King Jalalludin Akbar, his economic policies are closely related to being based on the political and social policies that existed in the Mughal dynasty. poor people do not object to economic policies, but object to other policies, high tolerance with normal taxes makes economic policies run smoothly even though removing the jizyah policy but jalaludin agung can still reach its peak of glory with agriculture and its export trade to various regions

Abstract

Islam is a perfect religion. Whether it's from a very small thing even to the affairs of state government. Everything is well calculated by Islam. It is inseparable in terms of the economy, in this case the market. Various economic thoughts emerged in the times. There are two contrasting economic systems. First, the capitalist economic system which promotes absolute freedom without any intervention from any party. Second, a socialist economic system that emphasizes the intense role of the government. The two systems each assume that they can improve the welfare of society. However, both failed to make it happen. Whether it's intervention from the government that is too deep, there are price games by buyers and sellers, to the market which is only controlled by a few business actors. Then the mechanism in Islam appears to be a solution. Therefore, this paper will discuss market mechanisms based on the opinion of Ibn Taimyah supported by the opinions of other scholars. It was found that the Islamic economic system takes a middle path. Which is not too liberating or vice versa, that is, to restrain.

Abstract

IntroductionThe recent escalation of the conflict between Israel and Palestine triggered a global solidarity movement, including Boycott campaigns against products affiliated with Israel.ObjectivesThis study aims to analyze the determinants of digitalization's influence on online boycott product buying behavior among Muslim communities in Jabodetabek (Jakarta–Bogor–Depok–Tangerang—Bekasi), the Jakarta Metropolitan Area, or Greater Jakarta. MethodThis study's hypothesis is that social media, religiosity, subjective norms, behavioral control, and attitude have a positive and significant influence on boycotting behavior. Boycotting attitude also has a positive and significant influence on buying behavior. The R-square value of the model is 0.763, which means that the independent variables can explain 76.3% of the variability of buying behavior. ImplicationsThis study also provides implications for marketers and policymakers to understand the factors influencing the attitude and behavior of boycotting products affiliated with Israel among Muslim communities in Jabodetabek.Originality/NoveltyThis study contributes to the literature on consumer behavior, especially in the context of boycotting products related to political and religious issues.
