Abstract

Pengetahuan seks bebas sangatlah penting untuk remaja dalam meminimalisir resiko remaja melakukan hubungan seks pra nikah. Namun, berdasarkan hasil survey pendahuluan pengetahuan seks bebas pada siswa di SMAN 1 Sukomoro Tahun 2023 dari hasil wawancara dengan 15 siswa didapatkan 10 (67%) siswa memiliki pengetahuan kurang mengenai bahaya seks bebas. salah satu solusi untuk menambah pengetahuan siswa tentang bahaya seks bebas dengan memberikan penyuluhan melalui media audiovisual. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh penyuluhan menggunakan media audiovisual terhadap tingkat pengetahuan pada remaja tentang bahaya seks bebas. penelitian ini menggunakan desain pre eksperimen dengan rancangan penelitian one grup pretest posttest. Populasi penelitian ini sebanyak 306 siswa dan jumlah sampel 73 siswa yang dipilih dengan teknik random sampling. Variabel independen dalam penelitian ini pengaruh penyuluhan bahaya seks bebas dengan menggunakan media audiovisual, sedangkan variabel dependennya pengetahuan tentang bahaya seks bebas pada remaja sebelum dan sesudah dilakukan penyuluhan tentang bahaya seks bebas. hasil yang didapatkan dari penelitian ini adalah sesudah diberikan penyuluhan tentang bahaya seks bebas Sebagian besar responden (95,9%) memiliki tingkat pengetahuan baik. Penelitian ini menggunakan uji statistik Wilcoxon dengan tingkat kepercayaan 95% (a = 0,05) didapatkan p-value = 0,000. Hasil tersebut lebih kecil dari nilai a = 0,05 (0,000 < 0,05). Sehingga, dari hasil tersebut dapat disimpulkan ada pengaruh penyuluhan seks bebas menggunakan media audio visual. Saran untuk peneliti selanjutnya meneliti dengan metode lain yang terbaru.

Abstract

Mother's milk (ASI) contains high nutrients which are very beneficial for the baby's health. Mother's milk is the only perfect and best food for babies because it contains the nutritional elements needed by babies for the baby's growth and development in order to achieve optimal baby growth and development. Knowledge and experience regarding good and correct breastfeeding will support successful lactation. Positive attitudes that can support successful lactation include mothers immediately breastfeeding their babies within 30-50 minutes of giving birth, not wasting colostrum and using it well, breastfeeding exclusively and getting enough rest. The aim of this community service is to provide health education to breastfeeding mothers about efforts to increase breast milk production through Hypnobreastfeeding techniques. The activity participants in this service were breastfeeding mothers and cadres totaling 21 people. From the results of this community service, it is known that there is an increase in the knowledge and skills of breastfeeding mothers regarding efforts to increase breast milk production through the Hypnobreastfeeding technique. The media used in this service is booklets. It is hoped that good understanding and skills regarding efforts to increase breast milk production can increase the coverage of exclusive breastfeeding.

Abstract

Immunization is a public health intervention that is very effective in preventing serious infectious diseases. In this context, polio vaccination plays an important role because polio can cause permanent paralysis and even death. The aim of this activity is to increase knowledge, awareness and community participation about the importance of immunization, especially polio vaccination, through providing accurate information and eliminating misinformation, as well as facilitating access to health services. Method: This service begins with preparation and includes monitoring and evaluation. Where the interventions carried out are counseling, distribution of educational materials, door-to-door visits, and mobile posyandu to the community. Results: there has been a significant increase in knowledge, awareness and positive attitudes of the community towards immunization and polio vaccination. The evaluation showed a 45% increase in knowledge and a supportive change in attitudes. Conclusion: Service activities in Bandar Kidul Village succeeded in increasing the community's knowledge and positive attitudes towards polio immunization. This activity could be a model for other regions and is recommended to be held regularly with structured material and developed for maternal and child health (KIA).
