Abstract

Mathematic is discipline that has a vital role in an effort to master of science and technology. Since the importance of mathematics, the mathematics learning process for students needs special attention. Therefore, teachers should also be able to select appropriate learning methods. One of the methods that is appropriate to help students learning math is to use Audio Visual learning media, because the media is very interesting since there are animation, images, audio, visuals involved in it. It can help students to visualize mathematical concepts in realistic. Based on the above, the authors choose the title in this study as follows: Correlation Response Students Against Use of Instructional Media Audio Visual With Subjects Mathematics Learning Achievement Highlights Size Tube In Class IX SMP Islam Surabaya. In this study the authors used quantitative research methods using the non-parametric Spearman Rank correlation data analysis for hypothesis testing. The population of this research was all Surabaya Islamic junior high school students, while samples of this study were all students of class IX SMP Islam Surabaya totaling 40 students. The result of analysis of this study was the percentage which obtained from the questionnaire responses of the students was increased.It means that the value of student achievement increasing also.It can be concluded that there was a correlation between students' response to the use of instructional media Audio Visual (X) with the learning achievement (Y) students class IX SMP Islam Surabaya and of the results were positive and the statistical correlation value is greater than 5% ie 0.968 it can be said that there is a significant correlation.

Abstract

Lobster breeding is a business to make as much profit as possible using advanced technology. The objective of the research is to find out the effect of feeding pellet, blood worms, mixed (blood worms and pellets) on the growth of crayfish (Cherax quadricarinatus), so by applying the type of these feed, they are able to support the growth of crayfish (Cherax quadricarinatus) optimally, This study is experimental research and uses a Randomized Completely Block Design with one treatment that is using feed ing for crayfish which consists of pellets, blood worms, and mixed feed (pellets and blood worms) in 3 repetitions. Research finding indicates that the type of feed which support growth lobster is a mixture of feed (pellets and blood worms). This is due to the protein contents of blood worm which are enriched by pellets nutritious and fulfilling need of lobster. On the feed mixture shows optimal qualifying that appropriate with the living conditions of crayfish, that is DO concentration of 4.47 ppm, pH 7.81, and the the temperature of 27  C.

Abstract

Purpose – This research aims to determine the impact of the quality of authentic leadership, teacher competence, and employee competence, as well as their collective impact on satisfaction with educational services at MAN (Madrasah Aliyah Negeri) throughout the Semarang Residency. Design/methods/approach – The study employed a quantitative approach with a correlational method. The research population involved all stakeholders in the MAN of the Semarang Residency, with a total sample of 1021 respondents. Data were collected through questionnaires, and their validity was tested using validity and reliability tests. Data analysis was conducted using multiple linear regression analysis, preceded by classical assumption tests, including multicollinearity, heteroscedasticity, autocorrelation, and normality. Findings – The results significantly impact authentic leadership quality, teacher competence, and employee competence on satisfaction with educational services at MAN in the Semarang Residency. Additionally, authentic leadership, teacher competence, and employee competence collectively influence satisfaction with educational services at MAN in the Semarang Residency. Research implications – This research emphasizes the importance of authentic leadership, teacher competence, and employee competence in enhancing the satisfaction of educational services. These findings suggest the need for transparent leadership approaches and continuous professional development for teachers and support staff in educational environments.

Abstract

The biology of learning closely related to human life, so that in the learning process process can be implemented in the natural environment, in other words learning not only predicated on the provided text books in school but can also utilize the surrounding environment as a learning resource. Learning that so called contextual learning. One of the environment that can be used as a source for learning is the mangrove. Therefore, the need for innovation learning resource utilization is around students who could potentially be used as an ingredient for the manufacture of learning media for students. In addition to the availability of the media has not discussed the specifics about the mangrove. The media is a popular scientific book on Mangrove Diversity which discusses mangrove diversity that is clearly packaged in an interesting way to overcome the limitations of space and time. This popular scientific book developed to help students better understand about the diversity of mangroves around its environment. This type of research is research development using development model ADDIE. ADDIE development model consists of several stages, namely analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation. The subject of the tests in this study consisted of 2 biology teachers and 8 students of class X SMA Maqwa and 2 biology teachers of SMA Maqwa. Data collection instrument on this research is questionnaire. Shape data obtained quantitative data and qualitative data. The results of the validation by an expert of the material retrieved percentage 78.7% with the "good" category and the results of the validation by an expert media obtained the percentage of 91% with the category "very good". Furthermore, the test by the teacher obtained percentage 84.58% by category "very good" and small group trials obtained percentage 81.76 % by category "very good". Based on the results of the study it can be concluded that the media of popular scientific books learning diversity of mangrove is worth is used in the process of learning both in schools as well as self learning. This media can be used as an alternative media learning material on biodiversity.

Abstract

Resistensi kuman Mycobacterium Tuberculosis merupakan keadaan dimana Obat Anti Tuberkulosis (OAT) tidak mampu untuk membunuh kuman Mycobacterium Tuberculosis. Salah satu jenis resistensi tersebut adalah Multidrug Resistant Tuberculosis. Multidrug Resistant Tuberculosis (MDR-TB) merupakan TB yang disebabkan oleh bakteri TB yang telah resisten terhadap 2 jenis OAT yaitu INH dan Rifampisin. Konsekuensi jika resisten terhadap OAT adalah memburuknya kesehatan, meningkatnya biaya, pengobatan yang semakin lama, tingginya angka kegagalan terapi dan kematian. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis Pengaruh Edukasi Tentang Multidrug-Resistant Tuberculosis (MDR-TB) dengan Media Leaflet Terhadap Tingkat Pengetahuan Penderita Tuberkulosis Paru di Puskesmas Kanigaran Kota Probolinggo. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan Quasi-Eksperimental dengan desain penelitian Pretest-Posttest with Control Group. Sampel penelitian ini sebanyak 60 orang yang terdiri dari 30 kelompok Intervensi dan 30 kelompok Kontrol dengan teknik Purposive Sampling. Pengukuran tingkat pengetahuan menggunakan kuesioner dengan 20 soal. Pada kelompok intervensi sebelum dilakukan edukasi responden terlebih dahulu diberikan pre-test, 2 hari kemudian responden diberikan post-test, tetapi pada kelompok kontrol tidak diberikan edukasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan Uji Wilcoxon.Berdasarkan hasil Pre-test tingkat pengetahuan responden pada kelompok Intervensi dalam kategori Baik yaitu 4 orang (13,3%), post-test meningkat menjadi 27 orang (90,0%). Pre-test tingkat pengetahuan responden pada kelompok Kontrol dalam kategori Kurang sebanyak 23 orang (76,7%) dan Post-test 24 orang (80%). Uji Wilcoxone didapatkan perbedaan Pengetahuan Pre-test dan Post-test pada kelompok Intervensi dan Kontrol yaitu P value 0,000 0,05. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adanya Pengaruh Edukasi Tentang Multidrug-Resistant Tuberculosis (MDR-TB) dengan Media Leaflet Terhadap Tingkat Pengetahuan Penderita Tuberkulosis Paru di Puskesmas Kanigaran Kota Probolinggo.
