Abstract

Building public trust is the core of public services, but currently at the Regional Office of Banten Religion Ministry, public trust has not been built. The negative stigma of society, such as lack of transparency, many civil servants who act on behalf of religion take advantage of the public's ignorance on Hajj and Umrah management, and poor management of religious education. Therefore, this study was conducted seeing to what extent the employees of Banten Religion Ministry performed, and to analyze work culture factors had an impact on performance. This study uses quantitative methods, research sample is 67 respondents, sampling technique is simple random, research instrument uses a questionnaire, and the analysis method uses linear regression. The results showed that professional work culture contributed dominantly to performance. This finding confirms that the professional working model in the Banten Religion Ministry is more prominent than other cultural values

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the influence of compensation and work environment partially and simultaneously on the performance of CV employees. Cipayung-Depok Concrete Steel Core. The method used was a quantitative method of descriptive approach with a sampling technique using the slovin technique with a population of 165 employees and a sample of 62 respondents was obtained. The results of hypothesis-1 testing obtained a t-value of 8.142 > t table 2.00100) and a Sig. value of 0.000<0.05. This means that partially the compensation variable has a significant positive effect on employee performance. The results of hypothesis 2 test obtained a t-value of 8.994 > t-table 2.001 and a Sig. value of 0.000 < 0.05. This means that partially the work environment variable has a significant positive effect on employee performance. The results of hypothesis 3 testing obtained a value of Fcal 66.748 > Ftable 3.15. This means that simultaneously the compensation variables and the work environment have a significant positive influence on employee performance.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh pelatihan dan pengembangan karir terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Hakim Ekspres Berkah baik secara parsial maupun simultan. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode Asosiatif Kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 297 karyawan dengan jumlah sampel yang digunakan 75 responden. Metode analisis data menggunakan uji regresi linear. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikansi Pelatihan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan pada PT. Hakim Ekspres Berkah hal tersebut dibuktikan dari persamaan regresi linear sederhana Y = 21,068 + 0,430 X1. Nilai korelasi sebesar 0,488 (sedang). Nilai koefisien determinasi sebesar 50,3%. Nilai thitung 4,774 > ttabel 1,666 dengan signifikansi sebesar 0,000 < 0,05. Terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikansi Pengembangan Karir terhadap Kinerja Karyawan pada PT. Hakim Ekspres Berkah hal tersebut dibuktikan dari persamaan regresi linear sederhana Y = 21,871 + 0,529 X2. Nilai korelasi sebesar 0,553 (sedang). Nilai koefisien determinasi sebesar 57,8%. Nilai thitung 5,675 > ttabel 1,666 dengan signifikansi sebesar 0,000 < 0,05. Secara simultan terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikansi Pelatihan dan Pengembangan Karir terhadap Kinerja Karyawan pada PT. Hakim Ekspres Berkah hal tersebut dapat dibuktikan dari persamaan regresi linear berganda Y = 16,078 + 0,259X1 + 0,398X2. Nilai korelasi sebesar 0,611 (kuat). Nilai koefisien determinasi sebesar 54,9%. Nilai fhitung 21,433 > ftabel 3,124 dengan signifikansi sebesar 0,000 < 0,05.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of work motivation and work environment on employee performance at the Administrative Training Center Office of the Ministry of Religion, Ciputat, South Tangerang. Using a quantitative descriptive method, the study involves all 50 employees as the population and sample through saturated sampling. Data analysis includes multiple linear regression, correlation, and hypothesis testing. The results indicate that work motivation has a significant positive effect on employee performance, evidenced by a tcount of 5.012 > ttable 2.102 and a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05, with a contribution of 40.9%. Similarly, the work environment significantly influences performance, with a tcount of 6.016 > ttable 2.102 and a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05, contributing 44%. Simultaneously, work motivation and the work environment have a combined significant positive effect, shown by an fcount of 17.746 > ftable 3.195 and a significance of 0.000 < 0.05, with a combined contribution of 45.4%. The correlation coefficient of 0.656 indicates a strong relationship between work motivation, the work environment, and employee performance. Overall, the study confirms that these factors significantly enhance performance in the office

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of total asset turnover and Net Profit Margin on Return On Asset at PT. Unilever Indonesia Tbk period 2013-2024. This type of research uses quantitative with an assosiative approach and secondary data in the form of the company’s annual financial statements. The data analysis used is multiple regression analysis, classical assumption test, hypothesis testing and coefficient of determination. Significant test include t test and f test. The result showed that Total Asset Turnover partially had a significant effect on Return On Asset with a tcount value of 26.635 > 2.3642 ttabel and a significance value of 0.000 2.3642 ttabel and a significance value of 0.000

Abstract

On 14,15,16 April 2019, we have successfully carried out community service activities at PKBM NURUL QOLBI located on Jl. Pandu II Ujung No.154, Kelurahan Sepanjang Jaya, Rawa Lumbu District, Bekasi City. The Purpose of Community Service Activities is to carry out the Tri Dharma of Higher Education. Also expected from the results of this activity is that universities can contribute to the development and application of science to the community, especially to NURUL QOLBI PKBM students. The method used in this activity in the form of lectures and questions and answers about human resources, especially for students in order to improve the quality of student human resources through entrepreneurial motivation and knowledge, careers in the world of work, knowledge of education in higher education. The result of community service is the increasing knowledge of PKBM NURUL QOLBI students about entrepreneurship, career and education in higher education. The knowledge gained by students in community service activities is expected to be able to provide motivation and provision of knowledge for students in the future. And also will have a multiplier effect on the economy of the family and the community in their environment.

Abstract

This Community Service aims to introduce taxes to the MSMEs in the Da'wah Al-Adni Assembly. Issues raised regarding taxation for MSMEs. Methods The implementation method of this service is carried out in several activities, namely (a). The Preparation Phase includes: (1). Initial survey (2) Consolidation and determination of target locations, (3). Preparation of training materials / materials. The results of this activity are very useful for Majlis Da'wah Al-Adni in the formation of MSMEs and add insight and knowledge about MSME taxes.

Abstract

Pengabdian  Kepada Masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk memberikan pendampingan terhadap UMKM Desa Pabuaran, Kec. Gunung Sindur Kab. Bogor dalam menerapkan strategi pemasaran melalui marketplace dalam upaya peningkatan penjualan produk UMKM Desa Pabuaran. Permasalahan yang diangkat mengenai cara memasarkan produk yang efektif melalui market place. Metode yang digunakan dalam pelaksanaan pengabdian ini dilakukan dalam beberapa kegiatan yaitu (a). Tahap Persiapan meliputi : (1). Survey awal (2) Pemantapan dan penentuan lokasi sasaran, (3). Penyusunan bahan/materi pelatihan. Hasil kegiatan ini sangat bermanfaat bagi UMKM Desa Pabuaran dalam upaya meningkatkan penjualan dengan cara pemasaran yang efektif pada marketplace.

Abstract

Tujuan pelaksanaan kegiatan pengabdian  ini adalah peserta memahami bagaimana merencanakan dan mengelola keuangan bagi pelaku usaha yang bergerak di bidang makanan dan minuman, terlebih pada masa sesudah pandemi saat ini. Selain itu peserta juga dapat mengetahui bagaimana alokasi uang atau modal perusahaan untuk membiayai keperluan lini usaha. Sehingga anggaran perusahaan tu akan terdistribusi pada pos yang tepat untuk digunakan untuk berbagai kepentingan yang mendatangkan keuntungan bagi perusahaan. Diharapkan setelah kegiatan ini peserta mampu untuk merencanakan keuangan secara efektif dan efisien. Sasaran kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini adalah para pelaku UMKM yang tergabung dalam CV. Cahaya Agribiz. Metode pelaksaan kegiatan terdiri dari tiga tahap. Pertama tahap persiapan meliputi pra survei, pembentukan tim, pembuatan dan pengajuan proposal, koordinasi tim dan mitra serta persiapan alat dan bahan pelatihan. Tahap kedua yaitu tahap pelaksanaan program berupa sosialisasi. Sosialisasi dilakukan melalui penyuluhan (pemaparan materi) dan diskusi. Tahap ketiga yaitu tahap evaluasi dan pelaporan. Evaluasi dilakukan dengan membandingkan kondisi mitra sebelum dan sesudah pelaksanaan program dengan metode wawancara dan observasi.Kata Kunci : Manajemen Keuangan, UMKM
