Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of organizational culture, work ethic and discipline on the employees performance either partially or simultaneously of Social Rehabilitation Institution Pamardi Khusnul Khotimah at Tangerang Selatan. The results showed that organizational culture based on partial test was positive and significant effect on the performance of 76,2%, while work ethos can be good too was positive and significant effect on the performance of 72,2%, then work discipline also was positive and significant effect on the performance of 73%. The result of correlation coefficient (R2) of 76,7% can be summed up the effect of the variable X1 (organizational culture), X2 (work ethos) and X3 (discipline) to variable Y (employees performance) where the relationship is positive. The results of calculation for 53.874 F-value further consultation with the F-table with dk = k numerator and denominator dk = (nk-1) with a 5% error level the importance of the F table = 2,80. Provisions applicable for F-value greater than F-table (53.874 > 2,80), it can be stated that the multiple correlation is significant. Thus the null hypothesis (H0) that states there is no effect between organizational culture, work ethos and discipline influence on employees performance is rejected, while the alternative hypothesis (Ha) is accepted

Abstract

An organization, whether business or non-business, cannot be separated from the role of Human Resources (HR) management. The more the organization or company develops, the more it involves workers in an effort to support the smooth running of the organization or company. To provide good product quality, the company must be able to improve and maximize employee performance, the company needs to pay attention to the needs of employees in working because by fulfilling the needs of its employees, the company will get better work quality or employee performance and the quality of the products created or worked on with good performance, the quality of the products worked on will be good or satisfactory. Indicators that must be met are the physical work environment, non-physical work environment, compliance with company regulations, work quality, work quantity, responsibility, cooperation and initiative. Overall, all of these indicators must be met by employees and the company optimally in order to achieve the desires of employees and the company in the future.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh keselamatan kerja dan kesehatan kerja terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan pada PT Tirta Varia Intipratama (Depo Bintaro) secara parsial dan simultan. Metode yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan sampling slovin (10%) dan di peroleh sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 84 responden. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan yaitu uji regresi linier berganda, uji koefisien dtereminasi dan uji hipotesis. Pengujian hipotesis variabel keselamatan kerja (X1) diperoleh t hitung > t tabel atau (5,913 > 1,989) hal ini diperkuat dengan signifikansi 0,000 < 0,05, artinya terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan secara parsial antara Keselamatan Kerja terhadap Produktivitas Kerja Karyawan. Pengujian hipotesis variabel Kesehatan Kerja (X2) diperoleh t hitung > t tabel atau (9,048 > 1,989) hal ini diperkuat dengan signifikansi 0,000 < 0,05, artinya terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan secara parsial antara Kesehatan Kerja terhadap Produktivitas Kerja Karyawan. Pengujian hipotesis Keselamatan Kerja (X1) dan Kesehatan Kerja (X2) diperoleh F hitung > F tabel atau (41,841 > 3,109) hal tersebut juga diperkuat dengan signifikansi 0,000 < 0,05, artinya terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan secara simultan antara Keselamatan Kerja dan Kesehatan Kerja terhadap Produktivitas Kerja Karyawan.  Kata Kunci: Keselamatan Kerja, Kesehatan Kerja, Produktivitas Kerja ABSTRACT The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of occupational safety and occupational health on employee productivity at PT Tirta Varia Intipratama (Depo Bintaro) partially and simultaneously. The method used is quantitative with a descriptive approach. The sampling technique used slovin sampling (10%) and obtained a sample in this study totaling 84 respondents. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression test, distribution coefficient test and hypothesis testing. Hypothesis testing of work safety variables (X1) obtained t count> t table or (5.913 > 1.989) this is reinforced by a significance of 0.000 < 0.05, meaning that there is a positive and significant effect partially between Work Safety on Employee Productivity. Hypothesis testing of the Occupational Health variable (X2) obtained t count> t table or (9.048 > 1.989) this is reinforced by the significance of 0.000 < 0.05, meaning that there is a positive and significant effect partially between Occupational Health on Employee Productivity. Hypothesis testing Occupational Safety (X1) and Occupational Health (X2) obtained F count> F table or (41.841 > 3.109) this is also reinforced by the significance of 0.000 < 0.05, meaning that there is a simultaneous positive and significant influence between Occupational Safety and Occupational Health on Employee.

Abstract

Metode yang digunakan dalam pengabdian ini adalah ceramah dan diskusi terfokus. Kami Bersama tim mendatangi Yayasan Panti Indonesia untuk berkumpul di aula setempat dan memberikan sosialisasi kepada anak-anak yatim dan pengurus khususnya untuk menumbuhkan budaya disiplin positif dan manajemen diri.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh reward dan punishment terhadap kinerja karyawan di PT. Kharisma Interplast Pratama, baik secara parsial maupun simultan. Menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan 50 responden, penelitian ini menerapkan berbagai uji statistik, termasuk uji regresi linier dan uji signifikansi. Hasil uji t menunjukkan bahwa reward (X1) dan punishment (X2) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan (Y), dengan nilai signifikansi 0,000 < 0,05. Uji f juga menunjukkan pengaruh simultan reward dan punishment terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan nilai F hitung 29,816 > 3,20 dan signifikansi 0,000 < 0,05. Dengan demikian, reward dan punishment memiliki peran penting dalam meningkatkan kinerja karyawan.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of work discipline and work environment on employee performance at the Head Office of PT Kurnia Boga Narayan, West Jakarta. The method used is a descriptive quantitative method. The sampling technique uses saturated samples, the number of samples is 90 respondents. The analysis techniques used are validity test, reliability test, normality test, multicollinearity test, autocorrelation test, heteroscedasticity test, linear regression analysis, correlation coefficient analysis, determination coefficient analysis, partial significance test (t test), simultaneous significance test (f test). the results of this study are that work discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee performance with a value of (2.389> 1.661) and sig. 0.000 <0.05 with a probability level of 5% and the work environment has a positive and insignificant effect with (1.688> 1.661) sig. value 0.095> 0.05 with a probability level of 5%. Work discipline and work environment have a regression value of Y = 18.589 + 0.355 X1 + 0.113 X2. The coefficient of determination is 7% while the remaining 93% is influenced by other factors. The f test obtained a value of (3.283 > 3.091) and sig. 0.042 < 0.05 with a probability level of 5%.

Abstract

Abstrak. The objective of this research is to determine the partial and simultaneous influence of Motivation and Work Discipline on the performance of employees at the Lebak Regency Fisheries Department. This research employs a quantitative descriptive method to objectively examine a situation using numerical data collected through questionnaires. The sample used was a non-probability sampling with a saturated sampling technique from 52 employees. Data analysis was conducted using the hypothesis testing method with SPSS version 26. The results showed that both Motivation and Work Discipline variables have a significant influence on the performance of employees at the Lebak Regency Fisheries Department, both partially and simultaneously. Based on partial statistical tests or t-tests, the calculated t- value of 1.859 is greater than the critical t-value of 2.009. This means that H1 is accepted and H01 is rejected. Therefore, it can be concluded that Motivation has a significant impact on employee performance. Meanwhile, for Work Discipline, the calculated t-value of 3.476 is greater than the critical t-value of 2.006. This means that H2 is accepted and H02 is rejected. Therefore, it can be concluded that Work Discipline has an impact on employee performance. Simultaneously, the calculated F-value of 64.430 is greater than the critical F-value of 3.19 with a significance level of 0.000 < α 0.05, indicating that H03 is rejected and Ha3 is accepted. This means that Motivation and Work Discipline have a significant influence on employee performance. These findings suggest that the influence of Motivation and Work Discipline on employee performance is influenced or explained by other variables outside of those examined in this study. Abstract

On 14,15,16 April 2019, we have successfully carried out community service activities at PKBM NURUL QOLBI located on Jl. Pandu II Ujung No.154, Kelurahan Sepanjang Jaya, Rawa Lumbu District, Bekasi City. The Purpose of Community Service Activities is to carry out the Tri Dharma of Higher Education. Also expected from the results of this activity is that universities can contribute to the development and application of science to the community, especially to NURUL QOLBI PKBM students. The method used in this activity in the form of lectures and questions and answers about human resources, especially for students in order to improve the quality of student human resources through entrepreneurial motivation and knowledge, careers in the world of work, knowledge of education in higher education. The result of community service is the increasing knowledge of PKBM NURUL QOLBI students about entrepreneurship, career and education in higher education. The knowledge gained by students in community service activities is expected to be able to provide motivation and provision of knowledge for students in the future. And also will have a multiplier effect on the economy of the family and the community in their environment.

Abstract

This Community Service aims to introduce taxes to the MSMEs in the Da'wah Al-Adni Assembly. Issues raised regarding taxation for MSMEs. Methods The implementation method of this service is carried out in several activities, namely (a). The Preparation Phase includes: (1). Initial survey (2) Consolidation and determination of target locations, (3). Preparation of training materials / materials. The results of this activity are very useful for Majlis Da'wah Al-Adni in the formation of MSMEs and add insight and knowledge about MSME taxes.
