Abstract

This research is a quantitative study aimed at knowing the financial literacy, financial attitude, and locus aof control to the financial behavior of SMES in Cinere village. This research uses the SME actors in Cinere village as a population of 30 MSMES. The sample collection is done using a saturated sample means all populations as a sample, so selected 30 respondents from a registered population. Data collected by spreading questionnaires. Data analysis testing is a validity test and reusability test as well as hypothesized analysis in this study using the analysis of PLS (Partial Least Square) with the program smartPLS version 3.0 and a signification rate of 5% (0.05). The results of this study indicated that (1) Financial literacy has no significant effect on financial behavior, (2) Financial attitudes have significant effect on financial behavior, (3) Locus of control significant effect on financial behavior. Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui sikap penerimaan diri penyandang tunanetra di Provinsi Banten. Penelitian ini mengggunakan metode kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini terdiri dari empat sekolah di Provinsi Banten, satu komunitas pertuni cabang Cilegon, dan satu perguruan tinggi negeri di Serang. Sample dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 40 sample. Hasil dan pembahasan menunjukan bahwa sikap penerimaan diri penyandang tunanetra di Provinsi Banten sebanyak 5 orang tuanetra dengan persentase (12,50 %), 4 oarang tunanetra berada di kategori kurang dengan persentase (7,50 %), 21 orang tunanetra berada di kategori cukup dengan persentase (45,00 %), 13 orang tunanetra berada di kategori baik degan persentase (32,50 %), dan 1 orang tunanetra berada di kategori sangat baik dengan persentase (2,50%). Maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa sikap penerimaan diri ini berada di kategori cukup.

Abstract

This study investigates the influence of the digital social media environment on academic and non-academic achievement among junior high school students at MTs Pembangunan Mandirancan, Kuningan Regency, Indonesia. Against the backdrop of increasing digital engagement among adolescents, this research addresses a gap in the literature by focusing on students at the MTs level—a group often overlooked in previous studies. Employing a quantitative associative explanatory approach, the study involved 100 students selected through stratified random sampling from a population of 255 active social media users. Data were collected using validated Likert-scale questionnaires and official academic documentation. Descriptive and inferential statistical analyses, including Pearson correlation and multiple linear regression, were conducted using SPSS. The results reveal a moderate and statistically significant positive correlation between the digital social media environment and both academic achievement (r = 0.512, p < 0.01) and non-academic achievement (r = 0.478, p < 0.01). These findings suggest that, when used constructively, social media can support student learning, collaboration, and engagement in extracurricular activities. It is recommended that educators, parents, and policymakers promote digital literacy and responsible media use, integrating social media into learning strategies and school programs to foster critical thinking, creativity, and social competence among students.

Abstract

Child marriage refers to a marital union conducted at an early age, in which individuals—particularly adolescents—are not yet adequately prepared to enter into such a significant life commitment. Nevertheless, due to specific underlying reasons, such marriages are sometimes carried out in an effort to avoid greater harm or societal repercussions. Law No. 1 of 1974 also regulates the minimum age requirement for marriage for both males and females, with the aim of establishing a stable and enduring family, consistent with the ultimate goals of marriage. In practice, child marriages often experience disharmony within the family structure, primarily due to the couple’s lack of readiness to bear the burdens of life and assume the responsibilities of parenthood. Consequently, such marriages are highly susceptible to ending in divorce. This study employs a qualitative descriptive approach, which seeks to portray the social realities surrounding the issue. Data were collected through interviews. The findings of this study reveal that underage marriages often occur despite couples lacking sufficient maturity and violating legal marriage requirements as stated in Chapter II of the Marriage Law. In Kasokandel, Argapura, and Majalengka districts, underage couples frequently experience marital disharmony due to unmet spousal rights and obligations, infidelity, and recurring conflicts, often leading to divorce. Child marriage negatively impacts household harmony, as young spouses generally face adverse consequences stemming from psychological unpreparedness to handle the challenges of married life, which ultimately diminishes family quality.

Abstract

This study explores the digital transformation in education accelerated by the COVID-19 pandemic using a bibliometric analysis of 1,300 Scopus-indexed publications from 2020–2025. Using the keywords “digital” AND “transformation” AND “education.” Analyzed using VOSviewer, Biblioshiny, and Microsoft Excel, and OpenRefine. The study identifies publication trends, prolific authors, institutions, and key research themes. The results show a surge in research on human-centered e-learning, innovation, and digital transformation. China tops the list with 83 articles, indicating high contributions, while the University of Oxford tops the list with the most contributions, with 28 articles. The Financial University, Under the Government of the Russian Federation, follows with 27 articles. The study emphasizes the importance of international collaboration and recommends further investigation into the socio-pedagogical implications of digital adoption in diverse educational contexts.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of total asset turnover and Net Profit Margin on Return On Asset at PT. Unilever Indonesia Tbk period 2013-2024. This type of research uses quantitative with an assosiative approach and secondary data in the form of the company’s annual financial statements. The data analysis used is multiple regression analysis, classical assumption test, hypothesis testing and coefficient of determination. Significant test include t test and f test. The result showed that Total Asset Turnover partially had a significant effect on Return On Asset with a tcount value of 26.635 > 2.3642 ttabel and a significance value of 0.000 2.3642 ttabel and a significance value of 0.000

Abstract

This study investigates the impact of implementing the Smart Tihamah mobile application on students’ savings participation and the ease of education fee (SPP) payments at MA Tihamah Putra. In the digital era, mobile financial applications are increasingly used by educational institutions to enhance financial efficiency, transparency, and convenience for students and parents. However, few empirical studies have specifically examined the role of educational mobile apps in improving financial behaviors and administrative efficiency at the secondary education level, particularly within Islamic schools. This research adopts a quantitative explanatory approach using structured questionnaires and school documentation to assess the effects of the application. The study sample comprises 100 students selected via stratified random sampling. Results reveal that the Smart Tihamah app significantly enhances both savings participation (R² = 0.56) and tuition payment convenience (R² = 0.61), with statistically significant t-test and F-test values supporting its effectiveness. The findings underscore the importance of digital innovation in promoting financial inclusion and operational improvement in education, while also identifying key contextual factors—such as digital literacy, user trust, and social support—that influence app adoption and impact. The study provides practical insights and theoretical contributions for the development and implementation of educational mobile financial systems aimed at improving student financial outcomes and institutional efficiency.

Abstract

This study describes the implementation of the Merdeka Curriculum at SMKN 1 Kedawung and examines the role of teachers in its execution. The Merdeka curriculum emphasises flexibility, independence of thought, and character development of learners. Teachers have a central role as designers, implementers, and evaluators of learning in this curriculum. This qualitative research uses a literature review method and in-depth interviews with Vice Principals, senior teachers, and curriculum experts at SMKN 1 Kedawung. The results showed that although teachers have understood the concept of the Independent curriculum that has been running for almost two years, there are still obstacles in analyzing learning outcomes (CP), formulating learning objectives (TP), preparing the flow of learning objectives (ATP) and teaching modules, as well as making diagnostic assessments and learning evaluations. To overcome these obstacles, teachers implement strategies such as discussions with the MGMP team or peers and participating in online and offline training. Applying various learning models and methods, such as Problem-Based Learning (PBL), Project-Based Learning (PjBL), and inquiry, is emphasised to train students ' cognitive and psychomotor abilities and develop character. Evaluation of learning focuses on cognitive aspects, but also the character of learners through P5 (project for strengthening Pancasila student profile). Training and professional development are very influential in improving teachers' ability, as evidenced by 80% of teachers at SMK 1 Kedawung who have implemented the Independent curriculum well after attending various trainings.

Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to analyze the application of Management Information System through digital innovation as an education modernization strategy. The main focus of this study is to analyze the extent to which the effectiveness of the role of digitization in improving the efficiency of school management as well as identifying factors of educational performance. The study used a qualitative approach with data collection in the form of literature studies. The method of collecting data by searching or extracting data from the literature related to what is intended in the formulation of the problem. The Data was obtained using a database from google Scholar and from the websites of journals or articles that are already available. The data obtained were then analyzed by descriptive analysis method. The results showed that digital innovation has had a positive impact on educational performance which has accelerated access to academic data and work time efficiency, especially in managing student and teacher data. In addition, administrative efficiency also increases along with the implementation of technology-based management systems. The use of digital systems, although still Limited, has helped speed up the data management process and reduce errors that occurred in previous manual systems. Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis penerapan Sistem Informasi Manajemen (SIM) melalui inovasi digital sebagai strategi modernisasi pendidikan. Fokus utama kajian ini adalah untuk menganalisis sejauh mana efektivitas peran digitalisasi dalam meningkatkan efisiensi manajemen sekolah serta mengidentifikasi faktor kinerja pendidikan. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan pengumpulan data berupa studi literatur. Metode pengumpulan data dengan mencari atau menggali data dari literature terkait apa yang dimaksudkan dalam rumusan masalah. Data diperoleh dengan menggunakan data base dari google schoolar dan dari situs-situs jurnal atau artikel yang sudah tersedia. Data-data yang diperoleh kemudian dianalisis dengan metode analisis deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa inovasi digital telah membawa dampak positif terhadap kinerja pendidikan yang mana telah terjadinya percepatan akses data akademik dan efisiensi waktu kerja, terutama dalam pengelolaan data siswa dan guru. Selain itu, efisiensi administrasi juga meningkat seiring dengan penerapan sistem manajemen berbasis teknologi. Penggunaan sistem digital meskipun masih terbatas, telah membantu mempercepat proses pengelolaan data dan mengurangi kesalahan yang terjadi dalam sistem manual sebelumnya.

Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to analyze the implementation of the use of Simpenqu, a web-based application developed internally by SMP Islam Qurani Al-Bahjah, on the effectiveness of teacher learning administration. This application includes various features such as daily journals, student attendance recording, preparation of report cards, and management of teaching modules. The results showed that the use of Simpenqu provide a significant positive impact in improving the work efficiency of teachers and encourage the involvement of parents in the educational process. In addition, this application also supports Adiwiyata program by reducing the use of paper. However, there are technical constraints such as system disruptions and infrastructure limitations that still need to be addressed. This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach with data collection techniques in the form of observation, interviews, and documentation. Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis implementasi penggunaan Simpenqu, sebuah aplikasi berbasis web yang dikembangkan secara internal oleh SMP Islam Qurani Al-Bahjah, terhadap efektivitas administrasi pembelajaran guru. Aplikasi ini mencakup berbagai fitur seperti jurnal harian, pencatatan kehadiran siswa, penyusunan rapor, serta pengelolaan modul ajar. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan Simpenqu memberikan dampak positif yang signifikan dalam meningkatkan efisiensi kerja guru serta mendorong keterlibatan orang tua dalam proses pendidikan. Selain itu, aplikasi ini juga mendukung program Adiwiyata dengan mengurangi penggunaan kertas. Namun, terdapat kendala teknis seperti gangguan sistem dan keterbatasan infrastruktur yang masih perlu dibenahi. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan teknik pengumpulan data berupa observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi.
