Abstract

This research is based on the potential and opportunities that women can have for entrepreneurship which is useful for developing their business or even building a new business. The aim of this research is as an effort to determine the factors that influence women's interest in entrepreneurship in the city of Tasikmalaya. By conducting this research, it is hoped that we can find out the main factors that can arouse the interest of women in Tasikmalaya City to become entrepreneurs. This research was conducted on women who have not yet started a business or already have a business in the city of Tasikmalaya. survey methods and quantitative approaches, and sampling using sampling techniques. The data source used is primary data, and the data collection technique used is a questionnaire. Hypothesis testing in this research uses SEM-PLS analysis. From the research results, it is known that economic factors most encourage women to become entrepreneurs as a solution to meet their daily needs.

Abstract

This research aims to find out how female employees work productively during the Covid pandemic, when companies implemented work from home for female employees in Tasikmalaya City. Primary data was taken by distributing questionnaires to female employees in the city of Tasikmalaya. The research sample was determined using the Accidental Sampling technique by distributing questionnaires in the form of a Google Form. data were analyzed using the PLS-based Structural Equation Model method. From this research, it is known that the work performance of women who work at home to complete housework tends to decline further due to disruption of the housewife's duties. Where they have to work multitasking, this is aimed at negative results from the relationship between WFH and WLB to increase performance. work whose results are not significant, so WFH is not suitable for married female employees.   Keywords: work-life balance, achievement, working from home

Abstract

This study aims to determine the Effect of Preventive Maintenence and Breakown Maintenence on the smooth running of the Production Process (Case study on CV. Dira Mahakarya Utama Printing Ciamis Regency). The method used in this study is a casual associative method (causation) with a quantitative approach, as for what is used as a sample, namely data on preventive maintenence costs, maintenence breakdown costs, and production target data for the last 4 years, namely in the 2018-2021 period at the Dira Mahakarya Utama printing house. The analysis tool used in this study was multiple linear regression using SPSS Version 25. The results showed that simultaneously the disciplines of Preventive Maintenence and Breakdown Maintenence had a significant effect on the smooth running of the production process. Partially Preventive Maintenence has a significant effect on the smooth running of the production process. Partial Breakdown Maintenence does not have a significant effect on the smooth running of the Production Process.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect simultaneously and partially of Quality of service, Promotion, Purchase Decision in Sandy Make up Tasikmalaya City. The method used in this research is method a survey. The research data were obtained by distributing questionnaires to 100 respondents. Data analysis in this study used multiple regression analysis using SPSS software. The results of this study indicate that the Quality of service, Promotion simultaneously have a significant effect on Purchase Decision. Quality of service partially significant effect Purchase Decision. promotion has a significant effect on Purchase Decision.

Abstract

This study aims to identify factors that shape employee performance in the Indonesian hotel industry, specifically by analyzing the influence of competence, emotional intelligence, work-life balance, and motivation on employee performance, both collectively and individually. The method used is a survey with data collection through questionnaires distributed to respondents, namely hotel employees in Indonesia, with a focus on Pangandaran Regency. The results of the study revealed that competence, emotional intelligence, work-life balance, and motivation have a significant effect on employee performance, both simultaneously and partially.

Abstract

This research uses a mixed approach, namely a qualitative and quantitative approach. In terms of objectives, this type of research is associative descriptive. This research aims to describe and analyze in depth (in depth analysis) the quality of human resources in Pananjung Village and analyze the extent to which Spirituality Worklife Balance influences the quality of human resources. The results of this research show that the magnitude of the influence of emotional intelligence and Spirituality Worklife Balance on improving the quality of human resources is in the moderate category. The magnitude of the influence of emotional intelligence on Spirituality Worklife Balance is in the moderate category. Emotional intelligence has a significant influence on the quality of human resources. Emotional intelligence has a significant influence on Spirituality Worklife Balance. Spirituality Worklife Balance has a significant influence on HR Quality. Emotional intelligence has a significant indirect influence on the quality of human resources through Spirituality Worklife Balance. Spirituality Worklife Balance significantly acts as a variable that mediates the indirect influence of emotional intelligence on the quality of human resources.
